Title: In My DreamsAuthor: Cameo RenaeGenre: YA Contemporary RomancePublisher: CHBBCover Design: Steph’s Cover DesignsHosted by: Lady Amber's Tours

Blurb:
The dreams were happening again.
It was something seventeen-year-old Elizabeth Hayes thought she’d outgrown. She didn’t want them anymore; detailed premonitions of how people would die.
One night, Lizzy’s worst nightmare occurs. She dreams of her boyfriend, Michael Young, and soon discovers his car was found in a river, along with his lifeless body.
Confusion settles deep within when Michael appears alive in her dreams. He warns her, attempting to keep her safe from the very person who murdered him.
Awake, Lizzy must pull on her inner strength, not only to save herself, but also her friends whose lives are in danger.
In My Dreams is a story of trust, friendship, courage, and true love that lives beyond the grave.

Movie Review of Spy 11/25

Susan Cooper is an unassuming, deskbound CIA analyst, and the unsung hero behind the Agency's most dangerous missions. But when her partner falls off the grid and another top agent is compromised, she volunteers to go deep undercover to infiltrate the world of a deadly arms dealer, and prevent a global crisis.
- Written by 20th Century Fox
119 minutes in length

My Review 5 OWLS
O.M.F.G!! Melissa McCarthy as CIA analyst, Susan Cooper is EVERYTHING! She is my new hero! Her facial expressions are priceless and the one liners are off the chain. I didn't stop laughing through the entire movie. As a matter of fact, I was still laughing an hour after the movie was over. The actions scenes were intense, and up to par with any action movie starring icons like Bruce Willis, Sylvester Stallone, or Vin Diesel! I recommend Spy to anyone and everyone who enjoys laughing and knife fights all at the same time!

I want to ask the readers, if they could choose three books to survive in the event of an apocalypse of some kind where everything was destroyed. What three books would they be?

Author BiographyJennifer Malone Wright is best known for her short story series, The Vampire Hunter's Daughter. Other works include the follow up to The Vampire Hunter's Daughter series called The Arcadia Falls Chronicles, The Graveyard Guardians series, and her vampire novel called Savior. Jennifer also co-authors a series called Once Upon A Zombie Apocalypse as well the Beary Tales series.
She resides in the beautiful mountains of northern Idaho with her husband and five children where she practices preparing for the zombie apocalypse. Just kidding!
But seriously, between the craziness of taking care of her children, Jennifer has little time left for herself. The time she does have left, usually leading far into the night, is spent working on her beloved fiction or chatting with her equally crazy friends.
Jennifer also loves coffee, has a passionate affair with red bull, wishes the sushi were better where she lives and dances while she cleans.
This special edition of The Vampire Hunter’s Daughter contains parts I-VI, the complete collection. Fourteen-year-old Chloe witnesses her mother’s murder at the hands of a vampire. Before the vampire can kidnap her, there is an unexpected rescue by a group of vampire hunters.

Overwhelmed by the feeling of safety, Chloe passes out and they whisk her away to their small community. When Chloe wakes, she comes face to face with the only other living relative, besides her mother, whom she has ever met: her grandfather. Chloe’s mother kept her hidden from the family; now, Chloe tries to unveil the family secrets.

Through her grandfather, she learns her mother was a vampire hunter. In fact, her entire family is descended from the powerful bloodlines of vampire hunters. Chloe agrees to join the family she has never known for one reason only: Chloe vows to kill the vampire responsible for her mother’s murder. With vengeance in her soul, Chloe is even more determined to follow through on her vow when she discovers the true identity of her enemy and how he is connected to her.

Experience the world of vampires hunter’s, vampires and mythology with Chloe in this exciting series.

My Review 5 Owls
I first became aware of The Vampire Hunter's Daughter by seeing a post for a free ebook of the first part in my facebook news feed. I thought to myself, it was short and it was free. I needed something fast to read, so I downloaded and opened up my kindle and began to read. Immediately sucked into the world of 14 year old Chloe,  the rollercoaster ride of adrenaline and sheer awesomeness began! Luckily, it was the next day Jennifer had announced that she had prints of the complete collection. I quickly purchased one and within two days it was in my hot little hands. I stayed up that whole night and read the complete series in one sitting. I was blown away. Vampires, Vampire Hunters, Demi-Gods and Angels... the supernatural smorgasbord was unlike anything I had ever read before or since. I highly recommend this YA Paranormal piece of paradise to all book lovers. Get lost in Chloe's world and remember; It's always Vampire hunting season!

A war is brewing between the hunters and the vampires and Chloe is determined to strike against the vampires before they have a chance to attack. Unfortunately, her plan goes all wrong and results in a massive takeover by the undead.

This group of unlikely heroes have the power of elements, magic and strength on their side. They have even recruited one of the original vampires to help aid in their mission. But will it be enough? Will society ever go back to normal now that the world knows that vampires truly exist?

The Arcadia Falls Chronicles is the continuation of The Vampire Hunter’s Daughter. Following the format of The Vampire Hunter’s Daughter, The Arcadia Falls Chronicles is serialized into several novella-length stories.

My Review 5 Owls
Jennifer has done it again! The continuation of The Vampire Hunter's Daughter, we continue to follow Chloe and her merry band of friends as they battle the undead. Chloe has grown up before our eyes through the writer's pen and she's amazing! The story is fluid. The characters develop before your very eyes as you read. And, there's never really a dull moment! Grab this set of the first 6 books pulled together in a fabulous boxed set in time for the holidays! Great for your favorite YA readers!

What happens when the hunter becomes the hunted? Christina is about to find out when she awakes as the one thing she hates the most.

Anthony, the original vampire has whisked her away to his country home to help her through this difficult transition. Though Christina knows that she is isolated for the protection of her friends and family, being alone with only her new mentor proves a challenge.

Once a Vampire Hunter, control has never been an issue. Now, as a vampire, controlling the bloodlust might just be the fight of her life.

My Review 5 Owls
AH-MAZE-BALLS! This installment of The Arcadia Falls Chronicles is told from Christina's POV. This strayed from all the others, as we've always seen this story play out through Chloe's eyes. This was an added bonus for us fans! You have to read this, because you'll love Christina even more :)

When her father died, Lucy Mae Estmond inherited the family business. She has known all of her life that she would be in line to watch over the souls of the recently passed, keeping them safe from the Reapers.

The soul eating Reapers have been a plague upon the Earth, stealing souls and leaving the Keepers as the only thing that stands between Heaven and Hell. The factions despise each other and have warred for generations.

Then Lucy discovers an ancient legend predicting the arrival of the Chosen One, destined to bring forth an end to the Reapers. The surprises continue when she realizes she is that person. For Lucy, being the Chosen One doesn’t change much. Fighting Reapers is just another day in the life of a Keeper.

When she meets Jack Walker, they both realize they have an insane, mutual attraction. Too bad that he’s been sent to prevent the prophecy from coming true. His only mission: to kill the Chosen One.

At the end of Keeper vs. Reaper, you get a special preview of Author Rue Volley's new novel, Stardust! Read the blurb here.

When Jasmine gets the call that her father has died, she immediately heads home to Stillcreek, Pa. Having been gone for years, she thought she had shed the small town and the insecure girl that she once was. However, returning home opens up all of the old wounds she thought she had mended and brings back her panic attacks and inability to deal with her overbearing sisters. The only thing that seems to pacify her anxiety is Cody Baker. Cody has a way of making her feel calm, when she needs it the most. Opening up to this stranger she meets on a train, Jasmine lets him in when the walls she has so carefully constructed start to crumble from grief. It may appear that Jasmine is the only one in need, but as most things go, appearances can be deceiving. Perhaps she is not the one who truly needs salvation.

The love of her life left her long ago, shattering her heart into a million pieces. It’s taken Hannah almost twelve years to push away the hurt and move on with life. That is, until the death of a Reaper brings Detective David Foster back to town and their paths cross once again.

With more and more of the soul-eating Reapers passing through town in search of the Chosen One, who happens to be her sister Lucy, the Estmond family has been busy enough. Now, they rally together in hopes of keeping Hannah out of prison.

With all the trouble lately, being a Keeper, a protector of souls, has never been more difficult for Hannah. Will she forgive David and rekindle their relationship? More importantly, will he find out she is the one responsible for the murder he is investigating?

Sparks fly in more ways than one in the second installment of the Graveyard Guardians.

Once upon a time, something wicked was woven. A magic formed by darkness and pain, a magic that only the victim of a broken heart could have created.

The death of her one true love has forced Goldalynn to use dark magic. Determined to bring him back she discovers she must acquire the pelts of three bears under the light of the blue moon to fulfill the spell.

The blue moon has risen and the three bears are caged, awaiting the fate of Goldalynn’s deadly spell. But, a collision of spells, magic dark and light create a curse, a curse that turns the bears fur into soft skin and their paws into delicate arms and legs… a curse that turns them human. Now these bears in human bodies must travel across the magical realms of the modern world searching for a way to break the curse.

This dark fairy tale is not the book your mother read you when tucking you in at night, you won’t find a fairy tale princess who needs a rescue, but there might be a prince or three in this world. Find out as Beary Tales takes you on a magically twisted adventure.

Jennifer has informed me that Arcadia 8 Mortals and Magic will hopefully release in December and Keeper Under Fire hopefully will release in January! I'm totally stoked for both releases! Make sure you stalk Jennifer at the links listed below!!

Cover Reveal for Unbound Faith by J.L. Baldwin

Title: Unbound Faith (Bulletproof Series Book One)
Author: J.L. Baldwin
Genre: Dark Contemporary Romance
Date: November 23, 2015
Cover Designer: CT Cover Creations

Blurb What if everything you've ever known and grew up with was suddenly a lie?

When you have faith, and believe that it will work out for the best, what do you have to lose? Nothing because nobody can predict the outcome so it's best to just let it be. I could tell you this tale has a happy ending. But then that would be a lie. That's all I've ever known, are lies.

Fifteen years ago, my family did something terrible. Something that cost my father his life. Nothing prepared me for that one fateful day that I would have to pay for what my family did.

Then he came along. The gorgeous bartender with all his tattoos, muscles and everything else that would make a girl fall to her knees was right there, and he wanted me. Zac was everything I could have wanted. Tall, dark and handsome, swooping in like prince charming...but that wasn’t the case. You see, a hero comes in all kinds of different ways. Zac wasn't your average hero, but he was my hero when I needed him the most. From the moment I met him, I was enraptured. Taken by his soft blue eyes that gripped my soul and didn’t let go.
God help me.

Excerpt  While standing there waiting for my coffee, I allow my mind to wander out which was a common thing for me. Who was Z? Where the fuck did he come from? And when was I going to see him again? I thought that before walking into that bar then boom, there he was. All tan and muscular, with those tattoos showing. He was beyond gorgeous and had such an amazing body. The naughty side of me wondered where that sexy V led to. God, I had to pull myself together if I’m going to be able to write this piece. Sarah interrupts my thoughts as she waves my coffee in my face.

“Hello? Earth to Jayde. Is anyone home in there?” Sarah waves her hand in my face to get my attention. “Do I have to pour this scalding hot coffee over your head to get your attention?” She asks laughing. Z is still on my mind. I don’t know what to do now. There was a really good chance I’d never see him again, because there’s no way I’m going to that bar anymore so it would be better if I kept that little bit of information to myself to not bring up any unwanted issues or feelings.
“Huh? Oh sorry, just staring off into space again.” I say a little bit more enthusiastic than I probably should have let on as I take my coffee from Sarah and blow softly into my cup to cool down the hot liquid before taking a small sip. My taste buds light up at the contact of the morning drug.

“Mmmm this is delicious. Thanks Sarah! You rock.” Rolling her eyes, she shoos me away so she can get back to work. “Yeah, yeah. I heard that one a million times. Now go, before I sick my wrath upon you.”

Laughing softly at her false modesty, I head over to my vacant corner that’s not inhabited by spring breakers and settle down into the chair. Pulling out my Kindle, I flip to the latest book I was reading, Rogue by Katy Evans. Oh, what I wouldn’t give to have a guy like Greyson King. But that would never happen. Not in a million years would a guy like that come into my life. Greyson was a guy with a past. He had so much blood on his hands but he made it sexy. Wow, I sound sick and twisted.

Guys in romance novels never exist. That was rule number one of being a book junkie. Don’t expect the guys in the romance novels to be real. I guess I was kind of like Melanie. Bubbly, energetic and carefree. But when it came to…him, I was a plate of butter. I melted instantly and I cursed my body for betraying me when our eyes collided. There was something about him that made me shiver with angst. That same feeling you get when you’re about to see a scary movie, excited but anxious because you never know what to expect.
Z made me feel that way.

He made me feel…everything.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR There’s a lot to be said about a person that is gifted with the talent of writing and to be given a chance to do something huge with that gift.  J.L. Baldwin is a friend, an introverted comedian (yes, I am aware it sounds like an oxymoron), a family-centered person, and a very talented writer, just to name a few things. She comes from a very small, conservative town in Virginia and is a debuting author that all of you are seeing a glimpse of for the very first time.

Jessica is not your typical writer. She got her start in the writing world through online role play. Luckily, enough people loved the characters she portrayed which encouraged her to take it a step further and write a book. At first, she was terrified to allow people to read her work because of the conservative views that she was raised with and feared that others would not approve. With the help of her close friends, she came out of her shell and took a chance and she made the incredible leap of faith. Please, take the same leap but as a reader; open your mind and let your imagination get the best of you. I hope you enjoy reading her first book has much as she has enjoyed writing it.

My Journey

Hiya all! It's been a minute since last we met, huh? Well, stay with me for a few more and the reason why shall be revealed...

I've been hunched over this laptop for days trying to gather my thoughts and put them into some semblance of order that actually makes sense.

Over the last eighteen months, I've been hit and miss on book releases, sending out prizes and social media interaction and after finally being able to return to the computer last Friday and receiving some very nasty emails, I thought it was about time to explain why to my friends and fans.

I have Multiple Sclerosis.

I know that most of you are staring at your computer screen like... What? Never heard of it. Just do your job, K.B.!

Now. if I had just told you that I had Cancer, you'd most likely be sympathetic, empathetic, and even understanding of my absences and delays. Right? Me too.

So, I want to take the time to explain my story and a little about what MS does to those it afflicts. Maybe then you'll be a little more patient with me.

In April of 2004, just after my 29th birthday, my family and I were at a Relay for Life event honoring both mine, and my husband's grandparents, and most importantly to me, my mom. She lost her battle with Breast Cancer on 4/3/01. So there we were; proudly walking lap after lap on the track of Westminster High School trying to raise money and awareness for a cure. We were laughing at the good times, and crying about the bad when I began to notice a flickering candle sensation in my right eye. It wasn't bad enough to make me stop walking, but enough to make me turn to my husband and tell him about it. He assured me it was probably just irritated from all the candles on the bleachers that spelled out HOPE.

As the evening progressed the flickering in my eye got worse and worse and began causing a massive headache. By the time we left, I was practically blind in my right eye. I thought that sleep would help with both my pounding head and my eyesight. When I woke the next morning, I was completely blind in my right eye, still had the pounding headache, and a new symptom... I was completely deaf in my right ear.

I called my husband at work and then raced to the doctor immediately.

My husband flew home and the doctor brought me into his office instantly. He examined me and shipped me off to the hospital for a CT scan, MRI, and bloodwork STAT!

It was a long day of pain, whirling tubes, and being poked by phlebotomists with little to no real experience.

The following morning he brought my husband and I back into his office to reveal the results. On the ride there, with my two-year-old son chattering in his car seat directly behind my own, I began crying. I was certain that I had cancer or some illness that they would tell me would surely take my life. The thought of not seeing my Monkey grow up made my heart ached and my stomach turn. After all, I had lost my mom when she was only 47 years old. She was young, and so was I.

The doctor ran through the results with us. I had no clue what the hell he was saying. I felt like I was in a nightmare that I couldn’t wake up from. Suddenly, I heard his voice call my name and I turned my head towards him. He asked a question that has and will forever changed my life.

Does anyone in your family have Multiple Sclerosis?

No, I replied. I had been a nurse. I racked my brain to remember what the hell that was. Apparently he saw the puzzled look on my face and proceeded to remind me what MS was.

After the shell shock had worn off he sent me down to GBMC in Baltimore for three days of IV Steroids.

My vision and hearing returned partially. I’m color blind in my right eye and have to wear glasses all the time to read. I’m still partially deaf in my right ear, and the headache never really goes away.

Since my diagnosis I've seen three neurologists, an Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist, and an Ophthalmologist that specializes in cases like mine, where I can’t just have laser surgery to fix my vision. The 7 lesions on my brain, and degeneration of the myelin lining covering my spine is what’s causing my health issues.

In the last eighteen months it’s gotten worse. I’m in constant pain with no relief. I have a new neurologist who is actually competent in my treatment, and I’m hopeful that I’ll stay in remission longer this time.

Recently, the new symptoms are a bit more severe causing me to fall down flights of stairs constantly, become disorientated, forgetful, lethargic, depressed, unable to get out of bed, and a whole litany of other issues that have had me in and out of the hospital.

To be blatantly honest, I just feel like shit.

You have no idea how many times over the last year and a half I lay in bed crying. I just wanted to be online with you guys, get my writing done, and send out the things that needed to be sent.

So I hope that after hearing my story, and reading the material I’ve provided for you that you will be just a smidge understanding in what my life has been like for the past eleven years.

You guys are part of my family, and if I thought for one second that you were upset with me, I couldn't stand it.

Below, I've offered a few visuals and the medical definition of MY disease

Multiple sclerosis (MS), also known as disseminated sclerosis or encephalomyelitis disseminata, is a demyelinating disease in which the insulating covers of nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord are damaged. This damage disrupts the ability of parts of the nervous system to communicate, resulting in a wide range of signs and symptoms, including physical, mental, and sometimes psychiatric problems.
MS takes several forms, with new symptoms either occurring in isolated attacks (relapsing forms) or building up over time (progressive forms). Between attacks, symptoms may disappear completely; however, permanent neurological problems often occur, especially as the disease advances.
While the cause is not clear, the underlying mechanism is thought to be either destruction by the immune system or failure of the myelin-producing cells. Proposed causes for this include genetics and environmental factors such as infections. MS is usually diagnosed based on the presenting signs and symptoms and the results of supporting medical tests.
There is no known cure for multiple sclerosis. Treatments attempt to improve function after an attack and prevent new attacks. Medications used to treat MS, while modestly effective, can have adverse effects and be poorly tolerated. Many people pursue alternative treatments, despite a lack of evidence. The long-term outcome is difficult to predict, with good outcomes more often seen in women, those who develop the disease early in life, those with a relapsing course, and those who initially experienced few attacks. Life expectancy is on average 5 to 10 years lower than that of an unaffected population.

Will you stand with me and Fight like a Girl to find a cure for MS?For more information on MS contact the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

As a side note, please welcome my new assistant, Mallory! She'll be helping me with posting when I can't get online. Writing, or typing to be exact is very hard in the middle of attacks. So she's going to help me keep you guys in the loop and finish sending out all remaining prizes. So if you're waiting on something from me, keep checking your pm's. We should have everything out in a few weeks. :)
As always, until next time...

Beary Tales

Once upon a time, something wicked was woven. A magic formed by darkness and pain, a magic that only the victim of a broken heart could have created.

The death of her one true love has forced Goldalynn to use dark magic. Determined to bring him back she discovers she must acquire the pelts of three bears under the light of the blue moon to fulfill the spell.

The blue moon has risen and the three bears are caged, awaiting the fate of Goldalynn’s deadly spell. But, their cries for help were heard across the magical realms and their Fairy God Uncle has been called. A collision of spells, magic dark and light create a curse, a curse that turns the bears fur into soft skin and their paws into delicate arms and legs… a curse that turns them human.

The girls are now the charges of their Fairy God Uncle until they no longer need him. Not knowing what to call them, he gives them the most important part of their human identities … their names, Katya, Nita, and Leilanni. With his help, these three bears in human bodies journey through the lands of modern fairy tales trying to find a way to break the curse.

This dark fairy tale is not the book your mother read you when tucking you in at night, you won’t find a fairy tale princess who needs a rescue, but there might be a prince or three in this world. Find out as Beary Tales takes you on a magically twisted adventure.

I just got done listening to Beary Tales on Audible and of coarse I own the ebook so I read along because I could. Haha. I haven't listened to many books yet. This is still kinda new to me. I loved the narrators voice. So calm and soothing yet she kept my attention, which is hard to do, and I really enjoyed it.

For a book that has multiple authors that I'm already familiar with, I thought for sure I'd notice when the writing would switch from one author to another but I couldn't! They really brought their amazing story telling talent together seamlessly! The characters were funny and developed into very likable people. The guys that the girls meet along the way added something extra to the fairy tales I grew up knowing. The twist in the story kept me begging for more and I was wondering how it would all fit since I could see it was almost to the end.....well I can't wait to see what's planned for the next book because of coarse they left me with a CLIFFHANGER!! Who am I kidding, I love cliffhangers! Lol. I give this book 5 handbags. I almost forgot about dinner completely and I got little sleep. It was so worth it! I recommend this for adults and maybe mature teens btw.

Author, K.B. Miller is a proud native of Baltimore, Maryland. Currently, she resides in a tiny valley, nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Pennsylvania along with her husband and son (both Steelers fans ─ eww!), her energetic puppy ─ Cullen Edward, and her mouthy blue front Amazon Parrot, Poppy.

K.B. is a huge football nut! That's right fellas, she's a DIE-HARD Ravens fan living in Pennsylvania! How's that for ballsy?

She's been writing for as long as she can remember, but two years ago her loving husband─ who believed in her talent, finally gave her a gentle push... actually, according to her, it was really more like a kick... in the lower back-upper thigh region. She claims it hurt. After a few restless nights she decided to allow everyone to meet all of the crazy characters in her head, and here we are.

K.B. has, as her family calls it, a ridiculous addiction to hats, shoes, sunglasses, owls, and coffee. No problems there, right? That's what she said.

Welcome to K.B.-land, it's a lot like Disneyland only without all the endless lines, unnaturally happy people, and it doesn't cost you an arm and a leg to enter! LOL

NEW RELEASE... K: The Awakening (The Shadow Chronicles Book 1) by K.R. Fajardo

“Fifty years ago the Shadows betrayed me, left me to wither slowly into nothing, chained deep inside a hidden mountain cave. Meanwhile they took control of my kingdom, killing or enslaving any who would dare oppose them. But I am a patient woman … and immortal. The Shadows should enjoy their reign of terror while they can, in the meantime, I will continue to stare at these dark walls plotting my revenge. After all, it is only a matter of time, and I have all the time in the world.” K.

In the small town of Vicaris, Mikel and his daughter Citera live in and run a small clinic. It’s often chaotic and overwhelming, but neither of them would have it any other way. But their desire to help those in need, regardless of race or status, has often made them a target of the harassment by the Shadows forces.

Even so, when their Full-blood friend Rigar shows up at the back door of the clinic with the emaciated body of a young woman, Mikel doesn’t hesitate to bring her inside. And when they find out only minutes later the Shadows forces, including their henchman the Enforcer, are heading their direction, Mikel bravely puts his life on the line to protect the mysterious stranger.

Unbeknownst to Mikel, this young woman is the immortal queen the Shadows have been searching for decades to find. And it doesn’t take long before Mikel and his friends find themselves thrust into the midst of an ancient feud that will eventually decide the fate of Vanteria once and for all.

Author Bio A married mother with 3 children who works part-time as a IMC nurse, I soon found myself with an a lot of extra time on my hand when my youngest started school 2 years ago. I considered going back to college and getting my master's degree for a minute(literally) but quickly decided that was not the path that was right for me.

So what to do with all this free time? Take up a hobby of course. Only needlepoint and crocheting aren't really my thing. Then the idea hit me, write a story! I have always had a wild imagination, and one character in particular had been rolling around in my mind since I was in high school.

The start was slow. However, little by little the story began to build and the further along I progressed the more excited I became. Once finished I decided to let a few people read my story, which had ended up being over 300 pages long! That was one of the hardest things I have ever done. It felt like I was exposing a side of myself that no one else knew about and the thought that they might not like it, or that they would think I was totally crazy, scared me to death.

I turned out to be pleasantly surprised, they loved it. And more and more people began to give me positive feedback. Now K: The Awakening is available on Amazon for all to enjoy. The second installment, Linked, will be released by Anchor Group Publishing in April of 2016 and the third is already in progress. So please check it out and if you enjoy it leave a review so it can find its way to more people!!
