USA Today best-selling author for The Body in the Attic, as Judi Lynn. I first published writing urban fantasy as Judith Post, but when I switched to writing romances and mysteries, I used the pen name Judi Lynn. I live in Indiana, and the Midwest is often the setting for my books. I love it here! When we got married, my husband and I bought a 1920 small bungalow, and we've never moved. It needed lots of work. We're still working on it. That's where I got the idea for a fixer-upper mystery series. I love to cook, so food sneaks into most of my stories. I include two or three recipes at the end of my Jazzi mysteries. ...more

And that made me think of Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth--but I was going backward, not forward:) So I decided on Nevada Baylor and Connor Rogan from Ilona Andrews' new Hidden Legacy series. They both have "magic," literally. And their chemistry smacks you in the face. I enjoy it when they spar and then rally to help each other. They're great characters on their own, but boy, are they fun together!(less)

I’m not looking for sympathy here or fishing for compliments, but so often, when I read a REALLY good book, I wish I could write like THAT author writes. I have to remind myself that what makes each author special is his unique voice, his take on stories. And I have m

Judith Post I broke my leg in the middle of June. No speed demon yet:) But I can hobble around, and I'm still getting some writing done. I'm working on my fifth romance for Kensington. Didn't think I could write romance, but found out it's fun!
