what to read next?
Okay, so I finally finished Iris Johansen’s The Perfect Witness, which I swear I started reading by accident. 
I was already a good stretch into another book, but happened to leave it well out of reach at a time when I really needed something to read. The Perfect Witness happened to be on a stack of other books nearby, so I just grabbed it & read the first couple pages to keep myself occupied. This week, I AM HAPPY that I was finally able to share the news of my new house with you guys!img23 It’s such a huge event for me, & it all came about so amazingly, it was really hard not to say anything the minute I thought it was going to happen. it’s okay, go on without me
So the 2015 RWA National Conference officially kicked off yesterday in New York City.
Unfortunately, I am not attending this year, even though it’s closer than usual & Nationals is always so darn much fun!
But don’t worry, I’m not sad or depressed or anything like that. I’ll be just okayhere at home. Alone. By myself. Without any friends or agents or editors to talk with about writing.

Happy Sunday
Happy Sunday—again! Can you believe how quickly the weeks are flying by?
I hope you’re having a wonderful summer so far. Have you done anything fun or exciting yet…or have plans for anything fun & exciting? 
The last few weeks,I’ve been having a bit of trouble with my right thumb. Yup, just the thumb. LOL Too much writing by hand, I suspect. It’s just sort of sore & stiff, & definitely gets worse when I start writing.
