Friday September 20th 2024Dear Diary,Well, today kicked off with heavy downpours and thunderstorms forecast, and a wheel snapping off my author trolley - the contents of which weigh more than a baby elephant. But other than that, my visit to the amazingly awesome Abbeymead Primary School started the second term of my author visits off perfectly!

Waterstones Southampton, West Quay
Friday July 26th 2024Dear DiaryToday, it was an absolute treat to host two workshops at Waterstones Southampton, Westquay - a huge and beautiful bookshop and coffee shop situated in the West Quay shopping centre, Southampton.
“Amazing book has captivated a reluctant reader”
The author came into our local middle school, having seen she was visiting I took the opportunity to purchase the book for my 10 year old son who is reluctant to go into school and very reluctant to read."

Tuesday July 16th 2024Dear Diary,Today's visit was to Christ Church Primary in Cheltenham. It was another delightful day at yet another splendid school. And after the morning assembly, we somehow managed to squeeze five workshop sessions in before 3pm!

“Perfectly written and pitched for this age group!”
"I read this with my year 4 class (8/9 year olds) and they LOVED it! I was regularly asked to read an extra chapter which I think speaks volumes about how much they were loving the story.
