YEAR-END GIFTS
As we approach the end of 2017, you may be considering “catching up” on the giving you purposed in your heart earlier in the year. The following are a few of the areas where your prayerful, intentional year-end giving may be applied, as the Lord leads you. Simply click on the “Contribute” button below to give towards these or other areas:
Calvary Christian School: donations made to the scholarship fund make it possible for more students to benefit from an “education by discipleship.”
The Bridge Christian Radio Network: donations allow The Bridge eliminate its debt completely, and further the station’s outreach to millions of people living in New York City and beyond.
Calvary Old Bridge Facility: giving supports the ongoing, large-scale construction project to improve sound and other technology, and to expand spaces for fellowship and learning.

SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINES CLASS
Weekly on Sundays, January 7th – February 11th, at 10:00am in the Chapel room. Spiritual Discipleship, a Calvary Equipped class.
The Spiritual Disciplines are those practices found in Holy Scripture that promote spiritual growth among believers in the gospel of Christ Jesus. This class is intended for those who have already taken the Next Steps class.

IGNITE YOUTH RETREAT
Friday, January 5th at 3:30pm until Sunday, January 7th at 1:00pm – Ignite (Junior High Students in Grades 6-8 Only) Winter Retreat at Camp Shiloh, Hewitt, NJ.
This year’s theme is “Purity of Heart” taken from James 4:8. A weekend youth retreat is a great time for preteens to get away from life’s distractions and seek the Lord in times of worship, fellowship, games, and teaching.

IMPACT YOUTH RETREAT
Friday, January 12th – Sunday, January 14th – Impact (High School) Youth Retreat at Shiloh Retreat Center, 753 Burnt Meadow Road, Hewitt, NJ, with guest speaker, Pastor Joey Rozek.
There is just something about getting away from all of life’s distractions and seeking the Lord that changes you. God always honors any effort to draw close to Him (James 4:8). If you are looking to recharge your faith and fall in love with Jesus all over again then join us for a great weekend.

WOMEN’S WINTER/SPRING 2018 BIBLE STUDY
Weekly beginning Tuesday, January 16th at 10am and 7pm – Do not miss our in-depth study of the book of Proverbs. Pastor Lloyd has often said the book of Proverbs is a treasure trove of wisdom for every situation, stage and season of life! Join us as we explore topics of wisdom, controlling the tongue, the fear of the Lord, and more from this rich book!
The Tuesday morning session meets 10:00am – 12:00pm with childcare provided for infant – homeschool age.
The Tuesday evening session meets 7:00pm – 9:00pm; there is no childcare provided at the evening study.
The Winter/Spring 2018 session will continue the book of Proverbs and will meet weekly from January 16th – March 13th. March 20th begins a study of the book of Habakkuk which will continue through May 1st with a two-week Easter break after the intro message.
Signups are not necessary for this session. Even if you did not attend the Fall 2017 study, you are welcome to join at any time. The first time you visit, ask one of the leaders to assign you to a group.
