COMMUNION
Saturday, September 30th at 6:00pm and Sunday, October 1st at 8:30am, 10:30am and 6:00pm – Communion during all services and prayer night.
Sunday evening will be a unique time of prayer and praise. We want to take time to pray for our nation, the world and especially for those whose families are facing challenges related to hurricanes, fires, earthquakes, world events, etc.

MEN’S RETREAT
Friday, October 6th – Sunday, October 8th at America’s Keswick Retreat Center, Manchester, NJ.
Every man has roles and responsibilities: husband, father, employee, etc. How do you let God show through you into every role and responsibility you have? Join us on the 2017 Men’s Retreat to learn how.

Speakers include Pastors Daniel Massieh (Open the Gates Ministry), Joe DeProssimo (Calvary Chapel Crossfields), Ray Dash, Jr. (The Rock Christian Fellowship).
Activities include swimming, canoeing, basketball, fishing, volleyball, tennis, bicycling, weightlifting, flag football, shuffleboard, Frisbee golf, racquetball.

PIONEER CLUBS
Registration begins on Saturday, August 19th; Club meetings begin on Tuesday, September 12th at 7:00pm.
Pioneer Clubs is a Christ-centered program which integrates spiritual and personal development to help girls build healthy relationships with caring Christian adults, peers and, most importantly, Christ.
Pioneer Clubs is designed to teach young ladies to exalt “Christ in every aspect of life.”
August 19th & 20th (after all services) – Leader Opportunity and Registration
August 26th & 27th (after all services) – Registration
September 12th – Weekly Club meetings begin for the 2017-18 school year
Registration fee: $50 per child if registered by August 29th; $55 per child if registered after August 29th
Fee covers the Pioneer Clubs National Membership Fee, Uniform & Award badges.
Handbooks are $10.

INDUCTIVE BIBLE STUDY CLASS
Saturdays, August 12th and 19th – 8:30am – 10:30am at 109 White Oak Lane (High School building). All are welcome to join us for this 2-part class, held consecutive Saturday mornings, to learn how to inductively study the Bible.
Inductive Bible Study is a method of Bible Study that seeks to understand what the Bible means by simply asking the text a series of questions. In this manner of study we come to the text without any preconceived notions about what a text means.

NORTHEAST BIBLICAL INSTITUTE – HERMENEUTICS
Tuesday, September 5th – Tuesday, October 24th at 7:00pm – Northeast Biblical Institute is now accepting students for its next class, Biblical Hermeneutics. The NBI courses delve deeply into the Scriptures and various aspects of theology and doctrine.
Hermeneutics is the science and art of Biblical interpretation. It is a science because it is guided by rules within a system; and it is an art because the application of the rules is by skill, and not by mechanical imitation.
All new students are required to fill out an application available online or at the Info Counter.

OLD BRIDGE DAY
Saturday, September 9th – 12:00 to 5:00pm – Old Bridge Day – fun for the entire family!
Several ministries (Family Ministry, Training Children to Care, the Women’s Ministry, youth ministries, and others) come together to bring family-friendly fun to the community, including games, inflatables and crafts – each with the distinct purpose of sharing the love of Christ with the Old Bridge community!
