Pricing an author’s work
Pricing an author’s work does not simply come down to a download or a printed book. Every book I’ve written takes at least a year. Hours and hours and hours and hours of work. Crime novel set in Mexico
Although 3 of my firefighter series have been taken by BWL PUBLISHING, I still have my international crime novel set in Mexico TEETH OF THE COCODRILO. It’s still available as a paperback and eBook on Kindle and Smashwords. International crime between Mexico and Canada combined with a ruthless state police commandant and an alluring Latino woman make for some suspenseful

BWL Publishing update
This is a much better BWL Publishing update than the last one. I have been assigned a new editor and it is working out so well that FIRE DREAM will be released in April. It is the 1st of my firefighter crime series. MAN ON FIRE, the 2nd, is now being worked on by me. I am trying to bolster

2020 BWL publishing update
I am wintering in Columbia, SA and still keeping up with my writing. The BWL update is that FIRE DREAM, previously OLD FLAMES will be delayed. I discovered that using lyrics in a novel is costly so I’ll have to change up on any I’ve used. Eight lines of lyrics from the Deep Purple ‘Highway Star’ tune will cost me

You Can Be A Star In My Next Novel
SO YOU WANT TO BE A STAR? YOU CAN STAR IN MY NEXT NOVEL. Your name will live forever. I am presently writing a new crime novel ‘Services Rendered’ and am not satisfied with the names of my characters. Have you ever considered the cool factor of lending your name or inventing one? I named a boat and a hotel

The Almost Was
THE ALMOST WAS (a ray of hope for the self-published) Most writers seek validation through publishing while others simply write for the sake of writing and self satisfaction. My goal is to broaden my readership and thereby find validation and success. Of my ten novels, three were accepted by a small publisher who did little marketing except for arranging a
