OK We have a new place, it’s totally going to work as a gallery/living space and I will know by the end of the day tomorrow when we can break our current lease. Also New York called this morning and it had a very charming British accent. Things could get really ridiculous around here.

I loved Haunted City, so thanks a ton for posting a new chapter so soon! :D Do you reckon you'll finish James' sequel as well? It's brilliant.
I’m super excited to finish up Haunted City! I’ve been fussing with that story for years and it feels really good to be wrapping it up.
I don’t know what I’m going to do with the Art Criticism sequel. I am not the worlds fastest writer no matter how badly I want to be so all these “just for fun” projects end up being huge monstrous time commitments haha. Remind me of that the next time I start five new things all at once. In my fantasy world I wrap that little fic up and put it straight to ebook and everybody is happy.
And can I just add I’m mildly annoyed James has a better job than me? I really really need to do something about that. I looked at a live/work gallery space last night that we really can’t afford but I think we are going to move into anyway so I guess I better do something really fucking awesome with it and that, my friends, is a whole other can of worms.

I was outside in the snow tonight and I felt him...
I was outside in the snow tonight and I felt him in the air…..like I had felt him right when he’d passed. I hadn’t felt him this strongly in a few weeks. Every snowflake that fell on me felt like him touching me again. It was electric and it made me smile.
