OPRAH ON FACEBOOK

If you want to talk to Oprah, this week you'll have your chance. According to CNN, she will be answering questions for one hour on Facebook on September 8th at 4:30pm ET. Go to Facebook Live to see it.

It's great that Oprah is embracing technology. This little event might help her come up with ideas to help her OWN network.

TI RELEASED AND RENEGED

This week, news spread from various sources that rapper T.I. would be released to a halfway house to finish his 11 month sentence. Yet, because of a communication glitch, he was detained again. The confusion involved the means in which he would be released. Reportedly, T.I. told them that he would be transported to the halfway house by a van. When the day came, he was picked up by a tour bus. Apparently, the ward had a problem with it and ordered him back.

HAWTHORNE CANCELED

I didn't expect this to happen so soon. According to various sources, Jada Pinkett-Smith's 3 year show, HawthoRNe has been canceled. TNT and Jada released statements about the cancellation. This all comes about a week after InTouch magazine printed a story that Jada and her superstar husband, Will Smith, are seperated. Since then, rumors have spread that Jada is involved in an "inappropriate" friendship with her co-star Marc Anthony, which all parties deny.

BREAKING NEWS: BEYONCE IS PREGNANT

Tonight, Beyonce showed up at the VMAs sporting a red dress and (surprise) a baby bump! According to her mother, Tina Knowles, Bey was shocked. This is the first child for Beyonce and Jay-Z, who married in 2008.

FORMER ATLANTA "HOUSEWIFE" AND HUBBY CALL IT QUITS

In keeping with break-ups, former Real Housewife of Atlanta, Lisa Wu confirmed on Twitter this week that she and her husband, former NFL player Ed Hartwell are now separated. Lisa and Ed appeared on the first and second season of the popular Bravo franchise. When she left the show, they were talking about having another baby and scaling back on spending due to Hartwell's retirement. Lisa was previously married to R&B singer Keith Sweat.

WILL AND JADA UPDATE

Recent photos of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith laughing in the sun seem to betray the rumors surrounding them. The country was shook this week when word got out that an InTouch Magazine story claimed the star couple were separated. I never thought I'd see the day but, apparently, Will Smith is feeling an itch to get back into the studio and record an album.
