So this is something I’ve been playing with for some time. I’ve wanted to work on the next Mrs. McGillicuddy Mystery, but I’ve been a little short of time, what with KHP, my various ongoing other series, and editing and cover work on the side. Frankenstorm
It looks like Frankenstorm will be washing through NE Pennsylvania, starting Monday. Locally, they’re predicting we’ll likely have power outages either Monday or Tuesday onward. You know it’s bad when your local area is actually predicting a power outage!
It also doesn’t help that the lines in my area are so old, they were likely around during the Nixon administration.

Test Results
[image error]I have good news. My blood profile came back, and to quote House (and Sighlon), it’s not lupus. I have a genetic protein deficiency that’s causing the clotting, not related to anything in my lifestyle or anything I could ever do about it–good, in a way, because it’s not me, bad because it reminds me of how we often exists at the full mercy of our genetic codes. Even my arthritis is not to blame.
But anyway, other than needing to be on blood thinners for the rest of my life, there is no treatm...

Hospital Stay
So I figured I’d update everyone on everything that’s been happening to me over the past few days.
A little over a week ago I began getting severe pain and inflammation in the right leg, reaching from ankle to pretty much all the way up to my thigh.
