A Day at Giza Pyramids
Today, went to the Giza Pyramids and just had a beautiful time there for a few hours. Went inside Khufu Pyramid, and despite a lot of tourists at the site, and a lot of people going inside, I still got to be in the King’s Chamber by myself which is a rarity and so important: to be in there with absolute silence is sublime, and the entire experience is just as wonderful as I remember it from 2011, if not better. I’m glad my memory did not make more of it then it is… it really is just surreal!

New Book “Ancient Egypt; An Artist’s Coloring Book” Now at Aboudi Bookstore! Got my first copy today!
Had a wonderful chat with Taher Aboudi over coffee and talked about all things books! He is the first store to receive copies of the coloring book, and it is the first time I’ve seen it in print. So of course I had to buy a copy.
