Vegan Pumpkin Cranberry Dog Cookies
Isn’t Brenna a cutie? She’s our beautiful lab mix that’s been with us for 10 years and she loves cookies. All the cookies I make aren’t for her, but she is an optimist and always thinks that the currentbatch is hers.
You probably noticed the shaved part of her leg. She was diagnosed with lymphoma in October and started treatment. Her veins aren’t easy to find, so they needed to shave some hair off to get to them.
It’s been up and down the past few months, but we’re hopeful that she’ll get be...

It’s Pumpkin Drink Time! Vegan Pumpkin Spice Frozen Coffee
Everyone I know is dreaming of pumpkin spice everything or they want to punch a wall everything they hear those words. It’s a line in the sand and I fall on the everything spice side. Of course, you don’t have to drink hot coffee to pack all those fall flavors in and today I have a recipe for a frozen coffee drink.
Oddly enough, the pumpkin spice syrup at Starbucks actually has dairy in it, so if you want a pumpkin-spiced anything, making it at home is your best bet. You can get the cold bre...

Slow Cooker Vegan Pumpkin Coconut Caramel Sauce
I hope you’ll join me in a steaming pumpkin spice latte. Mine’s made with slow cooker vegan pumpkin caramel sauce – yum! Today’s recipe blends some of the best flavors of fall into a rich sauce that makes the best coffee you may ever have. It’s also pretty awesome in a cup of tea.
Not only is this much cheaper than your fancy coffee habit, but it’s almost as easy to make. You really just toss everything in a small 1 1/2 to 2-quart slow cooker and cook for 7 to 9 hours on low.

Slow Cooker Pumpkin Spice Cashew Creamer
By now you all know the dirty little secret that most pumpkin spice lattes and syrups have dairy in them. But did you know most of them don’t even have any pumpkin in them at all?
The pumpkin spice refers to a blend of spices you use in pumpkin pie. My other pumpkin latte includes real pumpkin, so I thought I needed to make one with no pumpkin too. This recipe is especially for those of you who are not pumpkin-in-your-coffee kind of people. Now everyone can revel in pumpkin spice season!
