So I'm told. . .
I guess a copy of the book is circulating among the students at Whitney Young.
You guys should buy more copies; it's not very expensive.

Happiness is a warm review copy.
Just shipped out a review copy to John Bloom, AKA Joe Bob Briggs. Considering soliciting reviews from Penn Jillette and NFN Teller to complete the holy trilogy of Monstervision.

Another "unofficial friend review"
I really enjoy these.
Poorly summed up, one could call it a cranky vampire road trip. Under the "ff you like…" category, I'd place it with early Christopher Moore or some of A. Lee Martinez' better work. Plus, it's only $10. And it's excellent. I mean, really, really, surprisingly good.
You know those friends of yours, who are all like, "Yeah, so I'm writing a book" and you smile and nod and choke your way through their 5th draft even though it reads like a transcript of any Final Fantasy...

And One More Thing
A friend of mine, from whom I haven't heard in 18 months, just found out about the book, bought it and finished it.
He delivered what might be my favorite compliment: "It looks like you and Charles Stross will have to wrestle over who gets to be the Len Deighton of horror fiction, preferably with lucha masks."
Yes, I have strange friends.
Well Kiddos
If you ordered the book in the last month or so and have not received it, well, it is currently in the mail. You should get it Monday at the latest.
Tiny Toe Press should be all caught up with the orders, and future paperbacks shouldn't take so long.
We appreciate your patience.

"Community" fans have been asking if we should send the Cootie-Catcher or the above Dark Timeline Goatee. Personally, both would not hurt. Also, I should note that this is similar to the "Fringe" Operation White Tulip mail-in that occurred last year, and that I have nothing against "30 Rock" or any other NBC show. I just want my "Community" back.
