Thanksgiving for Werewolves: update

The story is progressing quite nicely.

Slowly, but nicely. 

I'm hoping to have some the bulk of it done by next week. It probably won't be any longer than The Mosquito Song, but it will have a more satisfying ending. 

After this first draft is done, we'll start working on the vampire follow-up. I've already had some requests for what "has to be" in the sequel. I've got a couple of different Ambrose/Bob scenarios I've been toying with.

I'm even considering making book 2 about a different main...

Fables

So, my friend Rocky and I switch comics around. Right now he's lending me Fables.

I like it so far. I like the characters and there are some cute ideas. The only downside is that I figured out the mystery about 45 pages before it was revealed. 

Vanity Stalking. . .

So, a stranger on Goodreads gave The Mosquito Song a Four Star Review. Naturally, I looked at her other reviews. 

She gave three stars to: 

The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, and A Princess of Mars. 

Take that Edgar Rice Burroughs!

Aftermath

So, we "sold" well into the triple digits for our free day. A couple of WNYer picked up the book and were happy to see places like Derby make it into print.
