Thanksgiving for Werewolves: update
The story is progressing quite nicely.
Slowly, but nicely.
I'm hoping to have some the bulk of it done by next week. It probably won't be any longer than The Mosquito Song, but it will have a more satisfying ending.
After this first draft is done, we'll start working on the vampire follow-up. I've already had some requests for what "has to be" in the sequel. I've got a couple of different Ambrose/Bob scenarios I've been toying with.
I'm even considering making book 2 about a different main...
Fables
So, my friend Rocky and I switch comics around. Right now he's lending me Fables.
I like it so far. I like the characters and there are some cute ideas. The only downside is that I figured out the mystery about 45 pages before it was revealed.

Part 2 of Connor Coyne's How to Survive Your First Year in College: Shattering Glass encompasses chapters three and four of the story. It is available here.
Things are starting to tighten up here, in the narrative sense. Our principal players have been defined and these chapters are more plot-driven. While the story maintains the dream-like quality present in all of Coyne's work, these sections feel like more of a lucid dream. The...
