Ali Simpson “This was a wonderful book. The style was so different but worked incredibly well, with all the characters having such distinct voices. I loved the love story at its heart but also the other relationships between young and old, and the African setting was magical too. Would definitely recommend this book”
Evelyn W

“What a treat! I have absolutely loved this book – with its wealth of wonderful warm characters and colourful, descriptive landscapes and language. I’ve never been to Africa but I absolutely want to go now!”
Debbie G

“I absolutely loved this book and was really drawn in all the way through. I took the book on holiday, I took the book to bed and I had Alexa read to me whilst I was doing the ironing! Ali’s obvious knowledge of Africa and its people has given me a real interest to visit for myself. Well done – I’m looking forward to her next work!”.
