Chicagoland Vampires
Heard so many good things about the Chicagoland Vampires series that I've decided to give it a try. Anyone read this series? Can I truly expect great things?

Delay in first EMS series book
I'm delaying the release of the first EMS book to put some final touches on it, which won't happen for a few weeks since I'm wrapped up in a few stories. My goal is to release the new Neighbor From Hell book titled, "Perfection" and the first Sentinel book at the same time. I'm hoping this delay won't be more than two months. I'll post updates on my Facebook page for the upcoming releases.

Book buying addiction
Really starting to think I'm addicted to buying books. I really can't seem to go out without automatically searching out books to peruse no matter where I go, pharmacy, grocery store, department stores and of course it being summer, yard sales.
Although I've always enjoyed a good yard sale, going to not having, it seems that lately when I come across one I make a bee line for the books, hoping to find something promising.
On the plus side I find myself with plenty to read for a while.

Had biggest scare tonight
My 4 yo decided to play superman tonight. He ran through the house, tripped, went flying and slammed his head into my desk. Had to call 911. I don't think I've ever been more frightened in my life than I was tonight. Thankfully he only has a concussion and a cut. Very fortunate tonight.
