I absolutely loved Ruin and Rising so I figured it was time to take a shot at drawing Alina again and I’m really pleased with how it turned out. I’m going to try to get a matching Darkling picture done soon :)

For some reason the idea of making these books into movies makes me so sad. I know that they could be amazing, but I'm just so scared that they wouldn't do the characters justice and I don't want to see Alina turned into some girl who is just the stereotyp

Should the movie get made, I hope it will be marvelous.

If it isn’t, lots of books survive bad movies.
