Aishe is a creature of the forest, a warrior and healer. He has the moral compass that Morgorth needs, and Morgorth gives Aishe the companionship he craves. Together, they forge ahead, weathering the storms and fighting the enemies fate puts into their paths.
However, their greatest enemy is not a living being, but gemstones infused with deadly power. They are addictive, seductive, and completely treacherous. Morgorth hates them and is determined to find and imprison all of them.

Guardians of a Giant's Treasure
Hello there!
I am currently on gathering together an anthology of three previously published stories that are no longer in print. The first two were short stories part of larger anthologies with Torquere Press--Trash and Treasures and Night Guardians.
The third story in the anthology will be a (heavily) revised and expanded version of A Giant's Friend, my very first published story. I plan to shine it up from its original form and make it worthy of publication. The anthology will be called "Guardians of a Giant's Treasure" which incorporates pieces of each of the titles. I hope to have it available early next year. If you're at all interested, keep an eye out for it!

It has finally happened!! "Carnelian: Dreams and Visions" is now done and finished and ready for preorder!! This has been a long journey and exhausting marathon, started in December 2016. Ever since a *certain* publisher closed and stole money from authors, I've been re-publishing The Stones of Power stories like crazy--1 per month. Self Pub and New Releases!
Good day all,
I have successfully re-pubbed "Ruby: Lost and Found" and "Peridot: War and Peace" books 1 and 2 of The Stones of Power series. Super excited! I am working on book 3 and if all things go according to plan, I will have all 5 books re-pubbed and then book 6 which has NEVER been published will be released in July 2017. "Carnelian: Dreams and Visions" has been waiting in the wings for more than a year so I will be supremely satisfied to finally publish that one.
I am revising and "cleaning up" the stories before I re-pub them. I want to only put my best work forward and I figured this was the BEST time to do that! So if you have the first editions, you don't have to buy the newest ones, but I would never discourage it! ;)
For anyone interested, I currently have the first 2 chapters of "Carnelian" posted on my blog on my website. I will publish the first FIVE chapters of "Carnelian" in anticipation for its July release. You can find my blog here: https://www.mdgrimmwrites.com/blog
Also, the next two books in The Shifters series with Dreamspinner Press will be released later this year. They are "Feather and Scroll" and "Kindred Truths."
I am going to have sooooo many books this year I can't wait! It's exhausting but so worth it!

Yes, it is has finally happened! The newly REVISED and EXPANDED edition of "Ruby: Lost and Found" (The Stones of Power #1) is now available at Amazon (and soon other retailers)!
