What if there had been one final interview? What if Ted Bundy had actually opened up about his heinous crimes? Dr. Carlisle takes his extensive experience with the criminal mind as well as his intimate understanding of Ted Bundy---with whom he had extensive interviews---to create a Roman a clef reconstruction of Bundy's life. The second part of the book is a factual overview of what is truly known about Bundy and his transformation from a normal child to a serial killer who murdered more than 30 young women in the late '60s and early '70s.
