ISIS Now Blowing Commercial Planes Out Of the Sky

By Robert G. Yetman, Jr. Editor At Large

If youre a citizen who has all along taken the threat from ISIS seriously, youre one of the smart ones. Although some among us have not thought of ISIS in terms of being the kind of group that would explode bombs on commercial passenger planes, we should all think that way now. According to U.S. officials, Metrojet Flight 9268, which crashed in the Egyptian desert on Saturday, was blown up by ISIS terrorists who managed to smuggle some type of explosive device aboard. The plane, which had taken off from Egypts Sharm el-Sheikh International Airport minutes before, en route to St. Petersburg, Russia, disintegrated above the Sinai Peninsula. There were no survivors among the 224 passengers aboard.

Screenshot (6)

Intelligence analysts have found veracity in the claims of ISIS militants, made since the incident, that the attack on the Metrojet aircraft was payback for Russian air strikes against ISIS in Syria. According to one unidentified U.S. official, Sharm el-Sheikh is known for having poor security to begin with, and it further appears that ISIS operatives may have had some assistance from someone on the inside who works at or is otherwise associated with the airport.

Although other nations immediately grounded flights originating from Sharm el-Sheikh, the U.S. has not had to do so because there are no U.S. airlines that service the area. Nevertheless, any U.S. citizen who is traveling anywhere now, particularly internationally, should pay close attention to what appears to be ISISs move up to this kind of terrorism, because it does not appear they are going away anytime soon.

Hispanic Groups Pressure NBC to Drop Trump from This Weeks Saturday Night Live

By Robert G. Yetman, Jr. Editor At Large

You may be aware that Donald Trump is slated to host NBCs Saturday Night Live this week. However, a campaign is growing to pressure NBC to cancel the Trump appearance over his expressed views on the subject of illegal immigration. No surprise there, really.

2015-11-05_12-02-58

The National Hispanic Leadership Agenda had previously asked NBC to reconsider Trumps planned appearance, and numerous petitions were delivered this week to NBC, representing a coalition of various advocacy groups, calling for NBC to dump Trump as host of this weeks show. Groups calling for his ouster include the National Hispanic Media Coalition, MoveOn.org, and the National Council of La Raza. The National Hispanic Media Coalition has indicated it will now turn to pressuring sponsors of the program to remove their advertising from this weeks show.

The backlash, of course, is in direct response to Trumps strong campaign positions on the subject of illegal immigration. Trump has called for efforts to secure the southern border, and to deal with illegal immigrants already in the U.S., in ways rarely expressed by mainstream presidential candidates.

So far, NBC has declined to comment on the efforts to have the network remove Trump from this weeks show, as well as on the attempts by advocacy groups to pressure advertisers to pull their spots.

For his part, Trump says he welcomes the protests and the controversy, citing the positive ratings performance that he believes will surely result.

Big News For Cord Cutters - Chromecast Integrates With Sling TV

Many of you have already downloaded my free 18 page report on How To Drop Cable TV. There is big news today for those taking the leap into cutting the cable TV cord. Google Chromecast is now fully integrated with SlingTV. For those not familiar with it, Chromecast is a small device that connects to your TV's HDMI port and your home Wifi network. It has been used mostly for the purpose of beaming content from a computer to a TV screen. This new integration, however, makes Chromecast more of a standalone device (rather than just a supplement to Roku or Fire TV). Sling TV has channel packages starting at just $20. For the one time cost of about $35 for a Chromecast, it is easier than ever to cut the cable TV cord.

Chromecast also works seamlessly with Netfilx and Hulu Plus. An interesting side note - Amazon just stopped selling the Chromecast device on its site yesterday (as it represents stiff competition for its own Fire TV devices).

The Church of Lucifer is in Business in Texas

By Robert G. Yetman, Jr. Editor At Large

A while back, I wrote a piece about the fuss surrounding a statue of Satan unveiled in Detroit. Many seemed downright apoplectic over the thing, but, sure enough, no one really cares anymore. Why would they? It was a publicity stunt.

This past weekendon Halloween, of coursesomething called the Church of Lucifer opened its doors in Old Town Spring, Texas. As you might expect, particularly in Texas, protestors of the Christian faith were on hand to greet those assembled for the churchs first meeting (church leaders clarify that they hold meetings, not services).

2015-11-03_17-20-52According to said church leaders, despite the name, the church is not thematically centered on the worship of Satan. Instead, the name Lucifer was chosen for its Latin translation of light bringer. That is, as they explain it, the church is not about devil-worshiping (per se), but is merely a new-age manifestation in the interest of seeking wisdom.

The declarations of Lucifer church leaders aside, its hard to believe that the selection of the name, given its universal connotation to the Devil, as well as the choice to open on Halloween, were decisions really made without any consideration of their obvious demonic associations.

This said, I think we all knoweven those of us who want to get very upset over something like thisthat the Church of Lucifer is as much, if not more, a publicity stunt as it is representative of a serious effort on the part of any members to seek wisdom. If you want to haul yourself down to Old Town Spring, Texas to protest the latest entry to its spiritual community, then, by all means, have at it. However, if you opt against doing so, I dont think you have much to fear in the way of Satanists, and Satanists-in-training, using the church as a springboard from which to spread darkness across the earth. As a matter of fact, in this case, ignoring the silliness is likely going to prove to be the best weapon to seeing it defeated; I mean, what more do you hear about Detroits Baphomet statue these days? Nothingabsolutely nothingand my guess is that, in the same way, youll shortly hear no more about the Church of Lucifer in Old Town Spring, Texas.

Yes, Even the Little Guy Can Be a Bona Fide Gun Dealer

By Robert G. Yetman, Jr. Editor At Large

We talk a lot about the importance of developing multiple streams of income, in this day and age. The economic infrastructure of the United States has changed in such a way that there has become an emerging class of worker who is not entirely full-time, and not entirely part-time. These people have found themselves generating income on the basis of a patchwork approach to working. A number of factors beyond their control have conspired to create this situation; among them are substantial constraints now placed by the federal government on businesses, including onerous health insurance requirements, that now prompt many small- to medium-sized businesses (the ones that employ most of us) to employ fewer full-time people. In the face of all of this, you have to make do, somehow.

For those of you who are more conservative-minded, you likely already have a real interest in firearms. Have ever considered the possibility of getting involved, part-time, in the gun businessspending more time in a realm you enjoy while also further insulating yourself from financial uncertainty? Becoming a federally-licensed firearms dealer is one of the easiest ways to do it. Having a FFL opens up a new world to you as a small business person; as a matter of fact, not only do you then have the ability to actually sell guns yourself, but you can make decent money simply processing transfers of firearms.

8370935959_572e81f521_b

What is a gun transfer ?

There are plenty of online stores from which guns can be purchased. However, the store cannot ship the gun directly to you on the basis of an online purchase; it has to be shipped to a FFL in your area. From there, all of the required processing is done, and you then take your gun home when it is completed. The FFL handling the transfer charges a fee, of course, for that service. $50 is very common. Whats important to note here is that a lot of larger outfits with FFLs dont want to be bothered with transfers theyre only interested in the guns theyre selling. Fair enough. However, that reality opens up an opportunity for you, as the little guy. And were just talking transfers here.

If youre looking for a way to add more money to the family coffers, and you have an interest in firearms, you might do well to consider becoming a federally-licensed firearms dealer. Its even a business that you can run from your home no storefront required. With the average markup on guns running about 30 percent, becoming a home-based firearms dealer means you have a leg up on the local, storefront, retail competition because of your lower overhead. Processing just a few gun transactions in the lower-dollar range ($300 to $500, these days) could see you earn several hundred additional dollars per week, even while undercutting the competition.

If you are interested in picking up your FFL, its a good idea to get some solid guidance on completing the application when applications are kicked back by the ATF, its typically because theyre incomplete or were otherwise filled out incorrectly. Theres no reason to make that mistake; for just a relative few dollars, you can grab this comprehensive course on establishing your own, home-based gun dealer business that includes, among so much other great stuff, step-by-step instructions on how to complete the government paperwork and other requirements that unnecessarily trip up so many. Bonus the course comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee; so, if you decide, after tearing into the materials, that becoming a FFL is not for you, or you just have a change of heart, then you can get your money back, no questions asked. How great is that? To learn more, Click Here.

When It Comes to Weddings, SmallIn Size AND Priceis the Way to Go

By Robert G. Yetman, Jr. Editor At Large

Maybe its my perspective as a man, but Ive never thought much, either way, about weddings. The wedding seems to be largely the concern of the brideher day, and all of that. Sure, its the grooms day, as well, but the way the wedding culture has evolved, weddings have made the bride the centerpiece of the eventand make no mistake, it has become an event. Even relatively small affairs can run into the tens of thousands of dollars, depending on what sore of features a couple would like to offer to both themselves and their guests, on behalf of the happy day.

When I married a second time, my wifewho may even be more pragmatic than Iinsisted we keep things very low key. I was reluctant, at first, to be quite as down to earth as she wanted, but I confess it was only because I didnt want there to be zero glitz and glamor, and then for her, several years later, to regret that we didnt opt for something a little more ostentatious. In all honestly, if she meant it, as far as not going over the top, I was thrilled, and she did. She wanted something nice, but thought it positively silly for us to spend a bunch of money on a ceremony and reception.

We ended up getting married at the local public park, and had the reception at her home (which thereafter became mine). She bought a new dress, but nothing fancy, and we rented chairs for those in attendance at the ceremony. As for the reception, there was a local grocer that had a wonderful deli and bakery, and we availed ourselves of those services to assemble a very nice offering to reception guests. It was a great day, and I think we spent in the neighborhood of $1,500, somewhere in that range, to host about 40 people, and there was plenty of food and beverage.

What has caused me to think back on all of this is an article I read recently about a couple that was looking to save money on their wedding reception. They were already married in a private ceremony, but wanted to have a celebration of their union with guests. Calling around to various prospective venues, they found that when they priced out the gathering as a private party, as opposed to a wedding with reception, they saved a ton of money. Its a great read.

2015-11-02_11-54-40

Im just not a big believer in expensive weddings, expensive wedding receptions, any of it. The national average cost of a wedding now is around $30,000. Thats the average cost, so were talking average people. Can average people really afford to spend $30,000 on a wedding event?

Even if they somehow can, I say limit the budget to maybe $5,000, do what you can with that, and invest the other $25,000 in a portfolio of broad-based equity funds, which, after 30 years, will likely be worth about $200,000 (assuming an annual rate of return of around seven percent). OK, its not the most romantic idea in the world, but Ill tell you this: the romance dividend you wont be earning by going this route will be more than compensated for by the peace of mindand help to your net worthyielded as a result.

Should You Start Collecting Social Security Early?

By Robert G. Yetman, Jr. Editor At Large

Financial advisors are often asked by their clients when they should begin taking Social Security. As you may know, you can begin taking it as early as age 62, but if you do, you will receive diminished benefits compared to if you waited you roughly lose seven percent for each year before age 66 that you begin withdrawals (and, conversely, you gain about 7 percent for each year over 66 that you wait to start accessing your benefits, up to age 70, which is latest you can wait to begin taking benefits).

This said, there can be reasons for starting early. For one thing, what if you simply need the money and just cant wait? That may be the best reason of all. Relatedly, you might not be in the best of health, and may not expect to live to at least the average life expectancy for your demographic; in that case, you may want to begin withdrawing.

6280517815_e5d397bfd5_b

The point is, while it is a good general rule of thumb to wait to receive maximum benefits, considerations unique to you might make it prudent to begin earlier withdrawals. Jim Blair, a former Social Security Administrator and consultant in Social Security Benefits, discusses more fully the reasons you might want to take benefits early in his great ebook The 2015 Social Security Retirement Guide. The ebook is about how to make sure youre applying for benefits in the best way possible for you (as in, MAXIMIZING your benefits as much as possible), and its loaded with all kinds of great information for those seeking to safely and effectively navigate the oft-times treacherous Social Security application waters. Its important to note that the way the system is set up, you must make the right decisions the first time when completing the application, because it can be practically impossible to make changes once youve formally filed. There is a provision to re-file your application within 12 months of your first benefit payout, but that is the only time you may apply again for benefits in your lifetime, and, even then, the appeals process can be very dauntingso you want to do everything you can to get it right the first time.

Anyway, as if the ebook is not enough, purchasers enjoy email support for any questions they may have considering the price of this book, $24.95, that is an unbelievable added benefit; as a matter of fact, the email contact is also a live link at the end of the book, so you can reach out to Blair immediately. Whats more, the product comes with a 60-day, money-back guarantee. It is these kinds of perks that take a very good product into the realm of great. If applying for Social Security benefits is anywhere on your horizon, your parents horizon, or that of anyone else whos important to you, I recommend picking up a copy of The 2015 Social Security Retirement Guide as soon as possible.

Will Blockbuster "Government Zero" See Michael Savage Banned from Vatican?

For those of us who complained about the cost of the Pope's recent visit, we were reminded that he is a head of state, and that the Vatican is a sovereign country (basically, "Shut up, this is diplomatic protocol."). I asked my own radio audience why we have never had a multi-million dollar parade for Billy Graham. When I started reading estimates of the overall cost of the Papal visit reaching nearly a half a billion dollars, I could not believe it. And for what? So he could kiss a few babies, trade his hat with a few people (yes, considered a rare honor), and teach us humility by being driven around in a compact car after disembarking from his chartered Airbus?

"Pope Francis is different, because he is not a spiritual leader. He is a political operative, with all of the earmarks of having been handpicked for his office..." Michael Savage

Savage Already Banned From The United Kingdom

Michael Savage was banned from the United Kingdom in 2009 - "Considered to be engaging in unacceptable behavior by seeking to provoke others to serious criminal acts and fostering hatred which might lead to inter-community violence." After our review of his latest book, ChristianMoney.com wonders if the next state ban for Savage will be Vatican City.

Trending - How To Cash In As Millions Begin To Drop Cable TV

The Pope Is A Zero?
In his book, Government Zero , radio talk show host Michael Savage includes a chapter he calls 'Zero Religion,' subtitled 'Lenin's Pope.' Savage begins the chapter by defending both Pope Benedict XVI and Pope Pius XII (it was refreshing to read an accurate account of Pope Pius' activities during World War II). I can't believe how many educated people still buy into the oversimplified account of Pope Pius working as an ally of Hitler. Savage quickly changes his tact, however, and goes on the offensive: "Pope Francis is different, because he is not a spiritual leader. He is a political operative, with all of the earmarks of having been handpicked for his office..."  Savage goes much further than simply making a comparison between Pope Francis and Vladmir Lenin; he even titles a paragraph 'Channeling Lenin.' In case the reader doesn't yet fully appreciate how impassioned his views are on the current pope, he later adds, "Not only is he advocating thoroughly discredited socialistic theories, he's completely misinformed on the economic conditions he says he wants to improve."

"When Al Gore left office as vice president of the United States in 2001, his net worth was less than $2 million. By 2013 it was estimated at over $300 million. He's made it all on climate change and other left-wing scams..." Michael Savage

3331794344_f2ab23576a

The pope's advocacy of global warming is another important theme of this chapter. Savage lays bare the financial scam behind global warming. When Al Gore left office as vice president of the United States in 2001, his net worth was less than $2 million. By 2013 it was estimated at over $300 million. He's made it all on climate change and other left-wing scams...

The problem many Catholics may have with Savage's book is that the facts are on his side. I can only imagine the vetting this portion of the book went through with his publisher. After finishing this chapter, I found myself feeling a little sorry for the pope, and you get the sense that Savage may, as well; he writes, in part, "I am not saying the pope is evil..," as he compares him to the masses of 'well meaning' leftists in our own country.

51Xo6YqxcDL._SX330_BO1,204,203,200_

"Not only is he (Pope Francis) advocating thoroughly discredited socialistic theories, he's completely misinformed on the economic conditions he says he wants to improve." Michael Savage

Pope Francis Much More Than A Footnote In Government Zero

Savage's chapter on Pope Francis represents nearly ten percent of the page count of his new book. As an author myself, I know firsthand the dynamics of working with a publisher. I don't think it is by accident that this most explosive, and politically incorrect, chapter is 'buried' squarely in the middle of its 368 pages. The chapter title (which perhaps should have been Pope Zero not Zero Religion), also seems to have been an attempt to soften the blow. As is the case with Savage's other books, you will not likely find it front and center in your bookstore. Your local bookseller will hold their nose while they gladly take your money at the register. They will quickly put your book in a bag, so other customers won't be startled by the sight of it as you make your exit.

How To Cash In As Millions Begin To Drop Cable TV

How Do I Earn My Income Online?

One thing that people regularly ask me is, "how do you make money from your website and blog?" As many of you know, I am a huge believer in multiple streams of income. Without getting into each and every one of my income sources, I can share with you the one that currently represents about 80% of the pie - affiliate income. Simply stated, I get paid very well for sharing links to other people's products and services. There are a variety of affiliate opportunities, but the easiest program to get started with is Amazon Associates. The program is free to join, and all you have to do is to share links to Amazon products and services and you begin earning money (based on the sales that your links generate). You not only get paid when people make a purchase of a product or service you link to, but you also get paid if they happen to buy other items after clicking on your links (this is huge around the holidays as people will almost always end up making add-on purchases once landing on the Amazon site). For more on this program, check out my prior article - How To Make Money And Get Free Stuff From Amazon.

Note: The Amazon Associates opportunity is currently not available to residents of Arkansas, Colorado, Maine, Missouri, Rhode Island, or Vermont. This means you can not profit with my rebrandable report if you live in one of these states.

Make Money Giving Away Viral Report On FREE Internet TV

Jim Paris Viral Report - Replace Cable TV With Free And Low Cost Internet TV

I just finished writing a detailed 18 page report outlining step by step how to replace expensive cable TV with FREE Internet TV. I have to share with you that this has been one of the most popular topics I have written about in the last three years. After all, who would not want to save $1,000 or more per year by getting rid of cable TV? This is the key... this is why it is viral. When people get their hands on information like this, they can't help but to begin sharing it with their own circle of friends.  It is the very same thing that happens with those laughing baby videos, but the big difference here is the embedded affiliate links.

Embedded in the new report are multiple affiliate links for the equipment needed to access TV through the Internet. I also make recommendations of antennas to be used for free over the air TV channels.  Each time someone makes a purchase after clicking on one of these links cha-ching... This is a win-win, as people would be buying these items anyway, and since I am the one that shared the information with them I get to earn a commission on their purchases.
