Gail love your work I really love the movement a lot I got a question I been dating this guy for about 3 months he really makes me happy but the thing he is 25 and I am 34 do you think that too much of a age difference he says no and I don't mind please he

I am not the best person to ask for advice, if this is serious, honest.

I would say that an age difference can be a little bit of an extra obstacle in a relationship.

But here’s the thing, ALL relationships have their own little (or big) bundle of obstacles. Society doesn’t get to decide which of these obstacles is important, only you guys get to decide that.

My mom married two guys her own age, it didn’t work. She married an older man, who was a great guy and was very, very happy.  Plenty of people had advice for HER at the time about the age difference and guess what? They were all 100% wrong.

Good luck!

So when are you dropping by in Singapore again??

Haveta be invited but I would go pretty much any time. It’s weird, but nowhere outside of the US feels more like home to me than Singapore, and it’s totally because of the people there.

If approached, would you be willing to write a sceenplay for a Wonder Woman movie? I mean like if it were Joss Whedon or someone similar?

I hesitate a little because while I would love to be involved, I would really want someone who was the BEST in their field, someone amazing who loves Wondy as much as we do but ALSO is an experienced, gifted screenwriter. I have worked mostly with animation, I imagine it’s different.

If I had some experience and my screenplays worked well, yeah. But to me, it’s way, WAY more important that a great Wonder Woman movie get made than it is for a Wonder Woman movie with my name on it.

Ramon Perez Wildcat drawings. When I was asked to write a Wildcat story in JSA CLASSIFIED that could “potentially launch a new Wildcat book,” I knew Ramon (a friend for years even then) was the guy I wanted to draw the story. The first sketch here was the first design he turned in, and it met some resistance at DC, since it was more “stylized” than they wanted. Refusing to give in, I asked Ramon to do something a little closer to what they had in mind, and the second drawing worked. So we did a neat little three-part story, of which I’m still very proud, and no Wildcat book ever emerged. Seeing Ramon finally explode on the scene has been wonderful to see. He is the awesome.

What I like to consider my first job in comics, as it was the first time I was allowed to just be me, came along thanks the ever awesome B. Clay Moore. Here are the pieces, the second one more so, that got me the job. Still very proud of the work we did together here…

One of my absolute favorite characters, LOVE this guy.

Great sketches!
