The Wicked + the Divine is out on June 18th. If you pre-order before May 26th (i.e. Monday) you can guarantee a copy and make us all very happy. When I say “Us” I mean “Me.”

Already bought and paid for 2 months ago through my Previews order.

I am confused about all the steps after Step One. And including Step One.

Is there a chart available?

I was raving about Gail Simone’s version of Red Sonja today, which is maybe weird because I’m such a fan of the oldest comic book versions… This drawing was my homage to both Barry Windsor-Smith and Frank Thorne - their early drawn stories of Sonja (in collaboration with Roy Thomas) were bawdy, romantic, and occasionally filled with wonder. Gail’s recent interpretation, though very different, is probably the best ever written. Highly recommended, if you’re looking for something new at the comic shop.

Thank you for the kind words, but also, WOW, I LOVE THIS DRAWING!

Huh. Weird.

I just spoke to She-Hulk and she told me that screenwriting was created as a male power fantasy.

So ironic!

Hey Gail! Loved reading Wolverine #19 today, you have a real knack for writing Logan and Jubilee! If Marvel were to offer you one project, any one book, what book would make you drop what you're doing and start writing said Marvel comic? I know you're too

I am actually working on a BUNCH of new stuff, it just hasn’t been announced yet!  :)

But Spider-man is big for me, I’d love to write him someday. I have a huge fondness for some of the X-women. And I have a blast with Deadpool and the Agent X cast.

I also love the Marvel martial artists and monster characters.

Thank you for the kind words!

Given your love for Jubilee, why don´t you write a mini-series or a series based on her, if you could bring her former powers back that would be wonderfull

Well, that’s a nice thought, but I would have to be asked, and also, the schedule for me is a bit tight at the moment.

But she’s one of the characters I would love to write at more length someday!
