Which would be more ridiculous, yet fun, Zatoichi joins The Secret Six, or Zatoichi running across Red Sonja?

Zatoichi is my favorite thing, I am a huge fan (the new boxed set is AMAZING), and I have to say, the idea of him meeting Red Sonja somehow never occurred to me.

What would you think of a world were the Secret Six were the same but their genders reversed? Love to see how the designs/origins would have changed in certain places.

That’s an interesting question—I don’t know that it would make as much difference with the Six as it would for other books because we kinda objectified EVERYBODY a little bit. :)

Please come to the Dallas comic con in May! I really want to meet you and get some stuff signed.

I do need to get back to Texas…I went to a bunch of things in a row there and felt like I was neglecting everywhere else, but that’s been several years now. I should go back…best bbq was in Austin, though… :)

Strix + Catwoman

I just finished reading Batgirl Annual #1 from aages ago because for some reason TFAW didn’t order me a copy and then I forgot. It was great. But now I really, really want a Strix + Catwoman book. Or at least some indication of ongoing friendship. They were so sweet together.

Hmmm.

Could Catwoman actually be involved in SECRET SIX in some way?

So December is set to see the return of Gail Simone’s Secret Six and, more importantly Catman! …one of DC’s greatest characters (as well as a personal favorite).   

I can’t wait for Catman’s debut and am excited to see what his nu52 version looks like.  In the meantime, here’s a paper cut-out of what he might look like :)

Secreet Six #1 is scheduled to premier December 3rd with Simone and art by Dale Eaglesham and Ken Lashley.
