I really enjoyed writing these kids!

WEIRD.
do you think wonder woman should spend more time on themyscira sorta like thor with Asgard?
Yes, and no.
I think the stories there are fun, I love writing them. But as a rule, it’s felt (and seems to be true) that the more the stories focus on Themyscira, the fewer people will continue to get the book. Apparently, if stories focus on that, a fair part of the audience does not want that at all.
So it’s always a juggling act. Due to a miscommunication (nothing evil, just a bit of a misunderstanding), most of my run took place on or about Themyscira and that was a problem for a lot of readers.
But they’re the funnest to write!
I know you've been asked this question before but is there a particular limit to how many comics fans can bring to you to be signed? Btw I CAN'T wait to meet you this summer at the comic expo in Little Rock!!
Absolutely not, I am delighted to sign as many books as you bring (and I’m serious, I have had a lady bring 200 books once).
I am always happy to sign whatever you bring, and look forward to seeing you in Little Rock!
Can we have you write a Mister Miracle and Zatanna team-up mini series. Idk what the plot or anything would be aside from a traveling magic show, but it would be amazing. Barda and Oberon could occasionally step in as Zatanna's reluctant assistants.
I like the characters a lot, and I have a lifelong interest in magicians and escape artists. It could happen someday!

We all need to remember the importance of Emma Orczy in her creation of the first superhero, the Scarlet Pimpernel. Without her character, we wouldn't have Zorro, and without him, we wouldn't have Batman, and without him, we wouldn't have Nightwing's butt.
It’s a direct line!

The Vampire Is The More Emotionally/Mentally ‘Healthy’ Character - Nancy Collins
Nancy Collins has wrapped up her writing on the Swords of Sorrow: Vampirella / Jennifer Blood miniseries and talked to Byron Brewer about being part of an event and brainstorm with a new generation of female writers. Cover art by Billy Tan.
BYRON BREWER: Nancy, how has it been being a part of this most unique summer comic book “event”?
On Jon Stewart's commentary about Caitlyn Jenner
First off, Stewart has frequently and unapologetically used transmisogynist humour in his show. Let’s be really clear about who we’re praising here, especially when trans women have been talking about this exact phenomenon for decades and providing much more insightful…
