This Week in History!!
LIZZIE BORDEN INDICTED!!

Over 100 years ago on December 2, 1892, spinster Lizzie Borden was indicted by a grand jury for the gruesome August 4th hatchet murders of her father, Andrew Borden, and her stepmother, Abby Durfee Borden.
What if she did it... because she had no other choice??
“The autopsy photos and violence of the crimes suggest a completely different reason as to why the victims’ skulls had been crushed,” says Verstraete, author of LIZZIE BORDEN, ZOMBIE HUNTER. “Based on the gruesome nature of the crimes, it’s entirely plausible to suggest that the victims had turned into zombies.”
** SALE!!!! ** The Kindle version of LIZZIE BORDEN, ZOMBIE HUNTER is on sale, Dec. 1-15 for 99 cents!! ** Get it here!**

Every family has its secrets…
One hot August morning in 1892, Lizzie Borden picked up an axe and murdered her father and stepmother. Newspapers claim she did it for the oldest of reasons: family conflicts, jealousy and greed.
But what if her parents were already dead? What if Lizzie slaughtered them because they’d become... zombies?

And.... if you don't know who this is....
Dr. Seabury Bowen, doctor of the Borden family, was one of the first persons on the murder scene.
I'm working on a supernatural-flavored project involving him as a character, and why he thinks Fall River is cursed, even haunted... Is something from the past haunting the present? Or is the good doctor losing his mind?

From Lizzie Borden, Zombie Hunter:
1 Line:
It, too, staggered along behind the first, its body a torn, rotted, movable feast for bugs and other horrid creatures.

I’m Baaaaaack! #Zombie Films!
Hey, fellow zombie fans!
It’s been a while since I’ve posted on this blog. Life kind of got in the way, but things have changed, so I now have more time on my hands. I apologize for my absence, but we’ll pick up right where we left off.
To start, shall we talk about zombie films? There doesn’t seem to be a lot of them coming out lately. It appears that perhaps the craze has died down. That may very well be, it’s the cycle of monsters, but for us die hards, we’ll always find zombies to watch.
And let’s not forget that zombie TV shows seem to be going incredibly strong. The Walking Dead started their 7th season and announced that they’ll do a season 8. There’s also Fear the Walking Dead and Z Nation . We’re covered for zombies on TV.
However, don’t lose hope just yet. The British film The Girl with All the Gifts is still on the radar.
I haven’t seen it yet, but it’s definitely on my list. Has anyone else seen this film?
What are your thoughts? Do you think zombies are fading from the scene?
