The theory of chance

The theory of chance can best be explained in the Vedic literature by the
words ajnata-sukrti, which refer to pious activities performed without the
actor’s knowledge. But these are also planned. For example, Krsna comes like
an ordinary human being, He comes as a devotee like Lord Caitanya, or He
sends His representative, the spiritual master, or pure devotee. This is
also the planned activity of the Supreme Personality of Godhead. They come
to canvass and educate, and thus a person in the illusory energy of the
Supreme Lord gets a chance to mix with them, talk with them and take lessons
from them, and somehow or other if a conditioned soul surrenders to such
personalities and by intimate association with them chances to become Krsna
conscious, he is saved from the material conditions of life. Krsna therefore
instructs:
sarva-dharman parityajya
mam ekam saranam vraja
aham tvam sarva-papebhyo
moksayisyami ma sucah
“Abandon all varieties of religion and just surrender unto Me. I shall
deliver you from all sinful reaction. Do not fear.” (Bg. 18.66) The word
sarva-papebhyah means “from all sinful activities.” A person who surrenders
unto Him by utilizing the chance to associate with the pure devotee,
spiritual master or other authorized incarnations of Godhead, like Prthu
Maharaja, is saved by Krsna. Then his life becomes successful.

Qualified materialistic snakes

However qualified a materialist may be, he is no better than a venomous
serpent. Everyone knows that a snake is dangerous and poisonous, and when
its hood is decorated with jewels, it is no less poisonous or dangerous.
However qualified a materialist may be, he is no better than a snake
decorated with jewels. One should therefore be careful in dealing with such
materialists, just as one would be careful in dealing with a bejeweled
serpent.

Let us all become dogs

So we are very much thankful to Mr. Kulanidhi(?). He has given us a place,
very important place, and you are constructing temple. He’s always eager to
help us. Therefore he’s a bhakta. We are very much thankful to him. He’s a
bhakta. So at any moment Mr. Kulanidhi will call us. We are ready to come
here, because he’s a bhakta. Mad-bhakta pujya adhikah. Krsna likes if you
honor the bhakta. Krsna is very much pleased. “If you love me, love my dog.”
We have seen in the Western countries when two gentlemen meet, he pats his
friend’s dog and he pats the friend’s dog. That you have seen it. (laughs)
First of all dog, “How are you? How are you?” (everyone laughs) So let us
all become dogs of Krsna, and bhaktas will love us.

The Seven Tongues of the Fire of Sankirtan

Question:
What is the meaning of the phrase used by Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Maharaj in the first (1944) "Back to Godhead" magazine, "Seven Tongue Sankirtan Movement?" I could not find any reference in the biography book.
