Frogman Perspective
Chumly: That's Lily standing up to the Frogman. What she says, "There are women and children on board. I want your assurance no harm will come to anyone." What he says, "If I could promise you that, I wouldn't need to be here." There's a whole lot of she says, he says going on (chumly means dialogue).
