What would you do if eating a single meal could change or eliminate world hunger?

What if Jesus feeding the five thousand used a form of energy transference that made it so others felt the meal He ate?

What if it’s possible? Would you do it?

If you wish to try…say this simple prayer before you begin eating your meal(s):

“May the hungry of the world eat with me. Let the nutrients I consume transfer to those who need it. May they feel full with me.”

Amazing Instant Pot Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:

Follow this recipe for French onion soup: https://www.simplyrecipes.com/instant-pot-french-onion-soup-5102108

2 pounds stew beef1 cup sour cream1 pound Extra Wide Amish Egg Noodles

Directions:

Prepare the French onion soup according to the recipe above, adding the stew beef in during the onion sauté step.Add noodles and cook an additional 10 minutes on high pressure with 10 minutes natural release, then release pressure and remove lid.Allow to cool slightly (~5 minutes) and stir in the sour cream.Serve with toasted rolls with dijon mustard and sharp white cheddar.

I have decided to open Besser Books & Services, LLC to freelance editing and formatting jobs.

I have over a decade of editing and manuscript formatting experience. I would love to help writers/authors get their work ready for submission and publishing. I’ve worked with Indie publishers, have self-published, and have prepared manuscripts to be submitted to literary agents.

My fees and offerings are as follows (for fiction/nonfiction/children’s):

Editing

Full Length Manuscripts

$100 = Editing and marking (with comments) the first 50 pages of a manuscript.

$200 = Editing and fixing (in Word to accept changes) the first 70 pages of a manuscript.

*Full manuscript editing is possible, with fees assessed by the size and beginning state of the work.

Short Stories

$150 = Short story up to 4K.

$200 = Short story up to 7K

*Longer stories or collections are possible, with fees assessed by the size and beginning state of the work.

Formatting

$50 = Standard manuscript formatting.
