I had a chance to see the product at the GPUG Summit 2011 and it looks extremely slick. In essence you "add" any GP window to their product. This creates a wrapper on the window showing status similar to how GP  manages the built in workflows.

After that the tool allows a SharePoint foundation or MOSS workflow to be built around the window or process.

The product launched recently and they are working on workflow templates for common requests but it seems like you can create almost any workflow.

As part of their early adopter program the application is incredibly reasonably priced so if you need workflow go look at U-LINC from Integrity Data. You can check out the website video as a starting point.
