Adobe Ideas To Undergo A Transformation

How mysterious! The Creative Cloud Team has just posted a vaguely worded message to say that Adobe Ideas (our popular vector drawing app for iPad and iPhone that's been downloaded millions of times already) will soon become a full-featured drawing app, and will still be free. Full details to be announced at MAX. And while I can't spill the beans, I will tell you that I use Ideas, and I have confirmed that one specific enhancement that I was waiting on is indeed in this next version.

Adobe MAX is just over a month away. This year I'll once again have the privilege of hosting MAX Sneaks, and my celebrity co-host will be the very talented Joseph Gordon-Levitt (A River Runs Through It, Angels in the Outfield, 3rd Rock from the Sun, Inception, Looper, ...). Not that you needed another reason to attend MAX, but, yeah, now you do indeed have one more reason to attend.

Adobe Muse had a major update in June, and the team has just announced that the product has been updated yet again to include support for self-hosted web fonts, CAPTCHA form protection, right-to-left languages (Hebrew and Arabic), and more.
