The Sleeping Knight by Kristina Stangl (New Release!)

I’m excited to announce my latest release, The Sleeping Knight, which is the second installment to The Enchanted Forest Saga and the sequel to The Curse of the Dark Horseman that’s now available for purchase on Amazon. However, please note, that this novel is a stand alone, so it can be read in any order in this series.

He waited two hundred years for her…
After centuries of slumber, the Sleeping Knight has finally awakened and now, Lady Violet Galloway, an unlikely hero, finds herself whisked away to a brand-new adventure in a far-off land!
Feeling lost, without a purpose and at a crossroads in her life, on her twenty-first birthday, Violet is gifted a peculiar amethyst heart-shaped stone necklace by her great-grandmother. Wearing it safely tucked around her neck, Violet wanders deep into the enchanted forest, where she accidentally stumbles upon a sleeping knight. Much to her surprise, this sleeping knight has not only awakened from his long and deep slumber, but he also seems to know a lot about her... including her name... which is most curious, considering that she’s never once met him before until now...
As the second son to the former and late King of the West, Maximus never intended to become the heir to the throne. That was a role reserved for his much beloved elder brother, the former King Leopold. However, when a fierce rebellion is unleashed by a wicked witch, his brother is murdered, leaving the former rebel, Maximus, as the new crown prince and the next rightful heir to the throne. But in an effort to thwart his succession, the wicked witch has unjustly crowned herself as the new queen instead. But all hope is not lost, for there is also a prophecy foretold about a savior and once Maximus comes to discover the true identity of this fair maiden, he ventures into her world to find her. And after two hundred years of waiting, Maximus has finally awakened and now, he must urgently convince Violet to come and face an upcoming and epic war, which will ultimately be fought between the forces of good and of evil…
But along their journey, our heroes will discover that learning to trust and depend on each other might be their only hope for survival and that sometimes, new and unexpected alliances can surprisingly blossom into the most enchanting of love affairs. Will Violet and Maximus achieve their long awaited happily ever afters? Can justice prevail and true love come to conquer all, in this epic and romantic fairy tale that spans across both time and space?
