Here’s Why the Covid Vaccine Should be Banned for Pregnant Women

Pfizer court-ordered, released data reveals the miscarriage rate among women whose pregnancy outcomes were known was 87.5%. The true rate may be higher or lower, as Pfizer did not record or report pregnancy outcomes for 238 of the 274 women known to be pregnant during the trial.

Since the rollout of the experimental COVID-19 shots, U.S. health officials have adamantly claimed the shots are safe for pregnant women and have been urging all pregnant women to get the jab “to protect themselves and their babies.”

To this day, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends the COVID-19 shot for:

“… people who are pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to get pregnant now, or might become pregnant in the future.”

The CDC further recommends:

“People who are pregnant should stay up to date with their COVID-19 vaccines, including getting a COVID-19 booster when it’s time to get one.”

And claims:

“Evidence continues to build showing that:

COVID-19 vaccination during pregnancy is safe and effective.There is currently no evidence that any vaccines, including COVID-19 vaccines, cause fertility problems in women or men.”

All the while, they’ve had Pfizer data showing the shots cause shocking rates of miscarriage which, adding insult to injury, have been blatantly miscategorized as a “recovered/resolved” adverse effect.

Who in their right mind would consider DEATH a resolved side effect unless they had a depopulation agenda in mind all along?

I don’t see how this could be described as anything but a criminal cover-up. The only reason we know any of this is because U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman ordered the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to release Pfizer documents at a rate of 55,000 pages per month. The FDA and Pfizer had asked to release the documents at a pace of 500 pages per month, which meant it would take 75 years to disclose them all.

Criminal cover-up

Dr. Naomi Wolf recently reported that an analysis of Pfizer data revealed that 44% of the women in the trial suffered miscarriages. That statistic turns out to have been the result of a miscalculation, as Pfizer listed the miscarriages in two separate columns, resulting in them being counted twice.

We’ve repeatedly found Pfizer’s data collection and reporting to be all over the place, and seemingly on purpose, to make hazards more difficult to ascertain. Wolf admitted the error and took down the original report.

However, while fact-checkers are gloating over the perceived victory, there’s plenty of other evidence in the Pfizer material to demonstrate these shots should be banned for all time.

In an Aug. 20 Substack article, Dr. Pierre Kory addressed other, “absolutely horrifying,” findings on miscarriages found in the Pfizer data dumps:

“… let’s do a dive on just one page of the many thousands. See below, Section 5.3.6, Page 12 of the document called ‘Cumulative Analysis of Post-Authorization Adverse Event Reports.’

“Looking at the first bullet under the header: Pregnancy cases: 274 cases including:

“In this paragraph, at first read, it is just a list of adverse events and numbers, detailed in a way that is confusing at best, and obfuscating at worst. I think it is the latter because, if you do some simple arithmetic trying to parse that paragraph, you end up with this:

“270 pregnancies were reported in vaccinated women during the first 12 weeks of the vaccine campaign. In 238 of them, ‘no outcome was provided.’ So, they only knew the outcome of 32 pregnancies reported. What happened in those 32 pregnancies they followed up on?

“My hands are literally trembling as I write this, but here goes. In these 32 pregnancies, there were:

23 spontaneous abortions2 spontaneous abortions with intra-uterine deathSo, 25 of the 32 pregnancies with known outcomes resulted in a miscarriage, a rate of 78%. Note that miscarriage normally occurs in only 12-15% of pregnancies2 premature births with neonatal death1 spontaneous abortion with neonatal death1 normal outcome

“Note that this only adds up to 29 known outcomes, but then they note that ‘two different outcomes were reported for each twin’ and then they talk about ‘fetus/baby cases as separate from mother cases.’ I have no idea how to interpret this explanation of outcomes, so it may have been one or two less (or more) deaths then.

“So, of the 32 pregnancies they knew the outcome of, 87.5% resulted in the death of the fetus or neonate. Burying this data in the way and not alerting the world to what they found, is criminal activity …”

To be perfectly clear, the failure to record and report the outcomes of 238 out of 274 pregnancies during a drug trial is simply unheard of. It’s shockingly unethical. And the fact that both the FDA and the CDC accepted this, and claim there’s “no evidence” of harm to pregnant women and their babies is proof positive of reprehensible maleficence.

There’s no fixing what’s gone wrong at the FDA and CDC. Their credibility with the public is ruined beyond any possible recovery.

The CDC can review and reorganize itself all it wants, but it changes nothing. They are, to this day, urging pregnant women to take a shot that they KNOW will cause babies to die. Calling it a dystopia of epic proportions is a profoundly serious understatement.

CDC-sponsored study also tried to hide data

Need more evidence? How about the fact that the CDC-sponsored study published in The New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) in April 2021 — which was widely used to support the U.S. recommendation for pregnant women to get injected — also obfuscated data to hide a shockingly elevated miscarriage rate.

According to this paper, the miscarriage rate within the first 20 weeks of pregnancy was 12.5%, which is only slightly above the normal average of 10%. (Looking at statistical data, the risk of miscarriage drops from an overall, average risk rate of 21.3% for the duration of the pregnancy as a whole, to just 5% between weeks 6 and 7, all the way down to 1% between weeks 14 and 20)

However, there’s a distinct problem with this calculation, as highlighted by Drs. Ira Bernstein, Sanja Jovanovic and Deann McLeod, HBSc, of Toronto. In a May 28, 2021, letter to the editor, they pointed out that:

“In table 4, the authors report a rate of spontaneous abortions <20 weeks (SA) of 12.5% (104 abortions/827 completed pregnancies). However, this rate should be based on the number of women who were at risk of an SA due to vaccine receipt and should exclude the 700 women who were vaccinated in their third-trimester (104/127 = 82%).”

In other words, when you exclude women who got the shot in their third trimester (since the third trimester is after week 20 and therefore should not be counted when determining the miscarriage rate among those injected before week 20), the miscarriage rate is 82%. (The errors in that NEJM article were also reviewed in a Science, Public Health Policy and the Law paper published in November 2021.)

Of those 104 miscarriages, 96 of them occurred before 13 weeks of gestation, which strongly suggests that getting a COVID shot during the first trimester is an absolute recipe for disaster. So, here was yet another attempt to hide the fact that more than 8 in 10 pregnancies may be terminated as a result of the jab.

As of Aug. 12, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) database listed 4,941 miscarriages post-COVID-19 jab. For comparison, the fetal death reports for all other vaccines reported to VAERS in the last 30 years is 2,239.

“With this being the case, how on earth have medicine regulators around the world managed to state in their official guidance that ‘Animal studies do not indicate direct or indirect harmful effects with respect to pregnancy’? And how have they managed to state ‘It is unknown whether the Pfizer vaccine has an impact on fertility’?

End the COVID shots now, before it’s too late to recover

In October 2021, when the FDA was voting on whether to authorize the COVID jab for children aged 5 through 11, Dr. Eric Rubin, an FDA advisory panel member, Harvard professor and editor-in-chief of the NEJM, stated:

“We’re never going to learn about how safe this vaccine is unless we start giving it. That’s just the way it goes … And I do think we should vote to approve it.”

So, in this and other instances, they’ve openly admitted that anyone who takes the jab is part of an experiment. Yet at the same time, the FDA and CDC have insisted that the jabs are perfectly safe — all while in possession of data showing they’re anything but!

Birth rates are suddenly plummeting worldwide

In addition to miscarriages, we’re also looking at abruptly plummeting birth rates, suggesting the COVID-19 jabs are having an adverse impact on future fertility as well.

Kory notes:

“They are large drops, and they are occurring, almost like clockwork, approximately 9 months after pregnant women around the world started to be vaccinated.”

For example, Germany recently released data showing a 10% decline in the birth rate during the first quarter of 2022.

According to Gunnar Andersson, a Swedish professor in demographics at Stockholm University:

“We have never seen anything like this before, that the bottom just falls out in just one quarter.”

Between January and April 2022, Switzerland’s birth rate was 15% lower than expected, the UK’s was down by 10% and Taiwan’s was down 23%.

In Hungary, MP Dúró Dóra has expressed concern about a 20% drop in the birth rate during January 2022, compared to January 2021.

The U.S. is also showing signs of a drop in live births. Provisional data from North Dakota show a 10% decline in February 2022, a 13% reduction in March and an 11% reduction in April, compared to the corresponding months in 2021.

In a July Counter Signal article, Mike Campbell reported that in the five countries with the highest COVID-19 jab uptake, fertility has dropped by an average of 15.2%, whereas the five countries with the lowest COVID-19 jab uptake have seen an average reduction of just 4.66%.

Many women report menstrual irregularities post-jab

High rates of menstrual irregularities post-jab are also a warning sign that reproductive capacity may be impacted. As of Aug. 12, there were 31,443 VAERS reports of menstrual disorders.

Changes include heavier and more painful periods and changes in menses length, as well as unexpected breakthrough bleeding or spotting among women on long-acting contraception or those who are postmenopausal and haven’t had a period in years or even decades.

Health officials have tried to brush off the reports, but a study published in Obstetrics & Gynecology — funded by the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) and the National Institutes of Health’s Office of Research on Women’s Health — confirmed an association between menstrual cycle length and COVID-19 shots.

According to the authors, it’s possible that the immune response created by the mRNA shots affects the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis, which plays a well-known role in the timing of a woman’s cycle.

The authors stated:

“Our findings for individuals who received two doses in a single cycle supports this hypothesis. Given the dosing schedule of the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines in the United States (21 days for Pfizer and 28 days for Moderna), an individual receiving two doses in a single cycle would have received the first dose in the early follicular phase.

“Cycle length variability results from events leading to the recruitment and maturation of the dominant follicle during the follicular phase …”

Other disturbing evidence

A Japanese biodistribution study for Pfizer’s jab also showed the COVID-19 spike protein from the shots accumulate in female ovaries and male testes, and there’s credible concern that the COVID-19 jabs will cross-react with syncytin (a retroviral envelope protein) and reproductive genes in sperm, ova and placenta in ways that may impair fertility and reproductive outcomes.

A Pfizer-BioNTech rat study revealed the injection more than doubled the incidence of preimplantation loss (i.e., the risk of infertility), and led to mouth/jaw malformations, gastroschisis (a birth defect of the abdominal wall) and abnormalities in the right-sided aortic arch and cervical vertebrae.

As noted by The Exposé:

We’re also seeing a sudden uptick in infant mortality. The Exposé highlighted data from Scotland, showing neonatal deaths were 119% higher above the annual norm in March 2022.

COVID jab affects male fertility too

Male fertility is also under attack by these bioweapons. Israeli research published in the journal Andrology found the Pfizer COVID-19 jab temporarily but significantly impairs male fertility, dropping sperm concentration by 15.4% and total motile count by 22.1%, compared to baseline pre-jab.

Both eventually recovered, some three months after the last jab, but if you destroy a man’s sperm for three months every time he gets a COVID shot, you’re significantly reducing the probability of him fathering a child for a good part of any given year and the stats reviewed above support this.

Remember, the mRNA shots are recommended at three-month intervals for the original series, and boosters are now being recommended at varying intervals thereafter.

End the COVID shots now, before it’s too late to recover

During the Han Dynasty, the five sacred Confucian texts, along with hundreds of other books banned and burned under the Qin dynasty (see The Qin and the First Emperor of China) were carved in stone to ensure their survival.

In 123, the world’s (containing 9,431 characters and 1,279 variants) was presented to the emperor. The first history books of East Asian civilization were written by Wudi’s grand historian Sima Qian. Important Chinese discoveries/inventions under the Han include the padded horse collar, the wheelbarrow, the water mill, the seismograph, the first accurate calendar, paper, sunspots and the piston bellows. The latter allowed iron to be heated to 1,100° C (the temperature reached in a modern blast furnace). This made the iron/carbon alloy liquid so it could be pored in a mold (which was much easier than heating it and pounding it on a forge). It would be 500 years before this technology was developed outside China.

The Han Dynasty also produced the first steel (which has a higher carbon content) by combining molten and wrought iron. Highly prized by the Romans for its strength, steel was Han’s second most valuable export (after silk).*

The royal eunuch Cai Lun invented paper in 105 AD, which combined hemp, bark and silk to produce a a compact semi-permanent writing surface for the massive number of official documents the Han Dynasty produced. Prior to the invention of paper, documents were recorded on bamboo strips that were sown together. This made the documents so bulky a wheelbarrow was required to carry one of them.

Benjamin asserts that it was mainly this invention that allowed China to surge ahead of the West in technological development. In addition to increasing literacy rates, it also allowed new knowledge to be more rapidly and widely disseminated.

The use of paper first appeared in the Arab world in the 7th century and in Europe in the 12th century.

The late Han Dynasty was also known for exquisite porcelain*, engraved bronze dishes and ornaments and jade burial suits.

*The iron, salt, silk and copper industries were all government monopolies.

Fauci announced on Aug. 22 that he is stepping down from his positions as director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, chief of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Laboratory of Immunoregulation and as chief medical adviser to U.S. President Joe Biden.

“The huge pop we are all hearing is the global opening of champagne bottles celebrating Fauci’s departure,” attorney Thomas Renz told The Epoch Times.

Renz is the lead attorney in several major cases brought against the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Defense, the Biden administration and Fauci himself; regarding forced vaccine mandates, the COVID-19 lockdowns, mask mandates, business closures, alleged hospital negligence, vaccine injuries to military personnel and civilians and efforts to censor the truth about COVID-19.

While his assertions have been dismissed as “false,” “rich in conspiracy theory” and “based on faulty data due to a database glitch,” Renz responded to critics that even if he was “only right five percent of the time,” it still means “we were lied to five percent of the time.”

Inaccuracies and inconsistencies

According to Renz, the whole COVID-19 playbook used by the government and the liberal media to force compliance of restrictive protocols is filled with inaccuracies and inconsistencies.

While Fauci demanded the use of masks and social distancing because these measures were supposed to prevent the spread of the virus, numerous studies and scientists say otherwise.

The CDC admitted in August 2020 that “sustaining social distancing interventions over several months might not be feasible economically and socially.”

Fauci himself has flip-flopped numerous times on the effectiveness of wearing masks. Democrat politicians who imposed mask mandates, lockdowns, quarantines and rules barring indoor personal-care services were frequently caught doing precisely what they forbade others to do.

With the cumulative effect of the flip-flopping, double standards and false information, Renz believes “the public is starting to wake up.”

“They can no longer keep telling us that everything is a crisis,” Renz said. “They can’t say: ‘Hey, we’ve got a new monkeypox pandemic and we need to declare a new emergency. So what if there’s only about 7,500 people affected nationwide.’”

As The Epoch Times reported this month, Dr. Syed Haider suggested that the development of the monkeypox outbreak seems suspiciously identical to the way COVID-19 was introduced to the world.

Data published by the CDC this month, in its “Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report,” showed there were about 7,500 cases of monkeypox in the United States. Of those, 99% of the cases were in males, and of those, 94 cases reported recent male-to-male sexual or intimate contact.

“How is that a national pandemic,” Renz asked rhetorically. “How is that an emergency? How is that anything?”

The real COVID numbers

“They’ve lied and lied and lied and we’ve caught them over and over and over again,” Renz stated. “We the people who believe in truth, science, and freedom fought very hard very early on. Because of that, we were able to bring about skepticism about these jabs. By doing that, there are a number of people in this country who remain unjabbed. If we go by CDC numbers, they say 75% of the population is jabbed. But here’s the problem. Those people are getting COVID again.”

A recent Epoch Times investigation showed vaccinated people are more likely than the unvaccinated in recent months to be a COVID-19 case, hospitalization or death in 25 states.

The CDC admitted in June that people who are vaccinated can get COVID-19 again.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) said in January 2021 that those who obtain natural immunity after having COVID-19 have long-lasting immunity to the virus.

Despite claims that the unvaccinated are “dangerous” and pose a risk to society by “increasing the opportunity” for the disease to spread through a community, the CDC was also forced to admit in November 2021 that it has no record of unvaccinated people with natural immunity spreading the virus.

Vaxxed versus unvaxxed

“What’s happening now is people are wondering why people who have been quadruple vaccinated are getting COVID again and the rest of us are perfectly fine,” Renz asserted. “The reality is, because there was such a militant force being used to make people get these jabs, those who didn’t get them are asking those who did why they are the ones getting sick again.”

Renz said:

“Pfizer can buy as many commercials on FOX News as they want but you can’t lie to people about what they’re seeing with their own eyes. People are waking up. You only have to see a lie once before you have suspicions about the people telling the lies.

“Fauci has gotten nothing but praise and pats on the back for his work; but people like me, Peter McCullough, Peter Corey, and Robert Malone, we’ve been attacked brutally and endlessly for trying to speak up about our concerns. In the meantime, Anthony Fauci has lied over and over again.”

Renz asserted that “one of Fauci’s biggest lies” was when he announced in July 2021 that more than 99% of the people who died were unvaxxed. Around that same time, Renz said they uncovered “Project Salus.”

Project Salus

“Project Salus” was the Artificial Intelligence program used by the Department of Defense, in cooperation with the Joint Artificial Intelligence Center, from January to Aug. 21, 2021, to study the efficacy of vaccines against the COVID-19 virus on the 65 and older population.

According to the study, 71% of new COVID-19 cases and 60% of the hospitalizations in this group occurred among the fully vaxxed. The 65 and older population is 80% vaxxed.

Other key Project Salus findings are:

The effectiveness of mRNA vaccines is confirmed to wane over time.Over time, those vaccinated with mRNA vaccines show an increased risk of COVID-19 infections requiring hospitalization, with the “odds ratio increasing to 2.5 at 6 months post-vaccination.”Prior COVID-19 infection greatly reduces the odds of a vaccinated person needing hospitalization from a subsequent infection.

“Fauci outright lied,” Renz insisted. “We caught him because he was being interviewed at the same time. It’s very clear.

As more and more information continues to come out about people getting sick and dying from the vaccines, and as the government’s COVID-19 narrative continues to collapse, the more politically toxic Fauci becomes, Renz said.

It’s widely expected that Republicans will retake control of the House, and possibly the Senate, in November.

Because of this, Renz believes Fauci’s resignation has less to do with his desire to “pursue the next chapter” in his career and more to do with his need to escape accountability for his incompetence and mismanagement of the COVID-19 outbreak.

Renz also asserts that Democrats want him gone because his “presence is no longer politically sustainable.” They know “they need to get that lightning rod out of there.”

‘He’s got some serious issues’

Considering the cumulative number of deaths associated with Fauci, “he’s got some serious issues,” Renz said.

Renz continued:

“You’ve got a guy who has lied and lied about the safety and efficacy of vaccines for two years now. You can tell when he’s lying because his mouth is open. What kind of a person would advocate for babies to get an experimental shot in light of the fact that no healthy children have died from COVID-19? But you have this guy pushing these vaccines on babies. What does this tell you about his character?”

Renz spoke of the “accidental” October leak by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in July 2021 that showed the numerous side effects of the vaccines they were promoting to be given to children.

The side effects include such things as Guillain-Barré Syndrome, stroke, acute myocardial infarction (heart attack), anaphylaxis, autoimmune disease and death.

“They called them ‘adverse events of special interest,’ so they wouldn’t have to list them as side effects,” Renz explained. “If anybody can explain to me the difference between ‘adverse events of special interest’ and a ‘side effect,’ I would love for them to do so because I don’t know what the difference is.”

According to the World Health Organization, an “adverse event of special interest” is “a pre-identified and predefined medically-significant event that has the potential to be causally associated with a vaccine product that needs to be carefully monitored and confirmed by further special studies.”

US: Crisis of Military Recruitment

Reaffirming the idea that empires collapse from within, when their contradictions cause their decline or facilitate conquest by their enemies, we see how the United States Armed Forces are having enormous difficulties recruiting members.

The US media maintains that the Army confronts “the worst recruitment crisis since the end of the Vietnam War,” that is, since compulsory military service [the draft] was eliminated, according to a report from Politico in July.

With just two months to go in the fiscal year, the Army had reached just 66 per cent of of its recruitment goal. General Joseph Martin told the House Military Affairs Committee of the House of Representatives that the Army could lose more than 20, 000 members, down from 466,000 soldiers to just 445,000, due to the difficulty of finding recruits.

However, as the Tom Dispatch report points out, the force offers “enlistment bonuses of up to $50, 000 dollars” to the candidates who decide to join the ranks. The other forces also offer bonuses, but all face the same problem recruiting combatants, with the Air Force facing the greatest difficulty after the Army.

The reasons must be found in a broken society, in frayed institutions and in a nation with no other goal than to continue dominating the world.

Blackwater offers jobs.Only 23 percent of the Americans between 17 and 24 years of age can be selected to enter the Armed Forces, compared to 29 percent in previous years, NBC News highlights. The rest, more than three-quarters of youth, are automatically disqualified for obesity, criminal history, drug use, and physical or psychological problems.

In the US, there is a real epidemic of obesity, which has shot up in recent years and is growing five times faster than before among children, killing 300 thousand people each year.

The suicide rate is the highest among rich countries (14 deaths per every 100 thousand inhabitants), twice that of the United Kingdom and is largely due to mental illness, making up what is called “deaths of despair,” which also encompasses deaths by drug overdose, international reports on health reveal. The US has the lowest life expectancy among the 38 countries that make up the OECD. [1]

Indeed, a report from the Commonwealth Fund reports that: “Americans are living shorter and less healthy lives because the health care system doesn’t function as well as it could. However, the US spends more on health care than any other OECD country (17 percent of GDP in 2018), because it’s wasted on private insurance, while public care is deficient.

Mental health is another big problem that affects one in five young women and one in 10 men under 25. These are typical effects of inequalities based on wealth and skin color, in a country where the concentration of income continues to grow and the Afro-descendent population is severely punished by repression and the lack of prospects.

There is an additional problem, inside the Armed Forces. Of the population eligible to become combatants, only 9 percent have any propensity to enlist, due to the risk of physical injury or death, the possibility of post-traumatic stress and other psychological disorders. In addition, 34 percent of young people answered a survey assuring that they didn’t like the military lifestyle and 28 percent pointed to the possibility of sexual harassment or assault, Politico explained.

Much more data could be added that attest to the decline of the empire, and now also the difficulty in sustaining its Armed Forces. This doesn’t mean that they are going to give up, far from it. It means that more and more private armies will be created, like the famous Blackwater, now renamed Academi, a private company of mercenaries.

The so-called “private armies” are in reality paramilitary organizations that reach beyond the State armies, but governments don’t pay the costs political costs of sending their soldiers. The British G4S Secure Solutions, for example, intervenes in 125 countries, has 620,000 employees, recruits serial criminals and has excelled in assassinations of personalities, among many other crimes (https://bit.ly/3clRuul).

Pfizer Vaccine Whistleblower False Claims Suit Payout could Reach $3.3 trillion: “It would be enough to bankrupt Pfizer”

“Under federal law, individuals can sue on behalf of the government and win treble damages if they can prove an individual or company deliberately lied to the government.”

Pfizer cannot use the government as a shield from liability for making false claims about its COVID-19 vaccine, lawyers for a whistleblower argued in response to Pfizer’s motion to dismiss a False Claims Act lawsuit.

“Respondents claim fraudulent certifications, false statements, doctored data, contaminated clinical trials, and firing of whistleblowers can be ignored based on the theory that they contracted their way around the fraud,” lawyers for Brook Jackson, who worked as regional director at one of the clinical trials used to develop the Pfizer vaccine, wrote in their Aug. 22 response.

“A drug company cannot induce the taxpayers to pay billions of dollars for a product,” they countered, “that honest data would show poses more risks than benefits, and that ignores the actual contract and the law itself.”

Jackson’s lawsuit alleges that Pfizer and two of its subcontractors violated the False Claims Act by providing bogus clinical trial results to garner the FDA approval of its COVID-19 vaccine.

Under federal law, individuals can sue on behalf of the government and win treble damages if they can prove an individual or company deliberately lied to the government.

One of Jackson’s attorneys, Warner Mendenhall, told The Epoch Times that the payout could be as much as $3.3 trillion.

“It would be enough to bankrupt Pfizer,” Mendenhall said.

Mendenhall, whose law firm has won multimillion-dollar False Claims Act cases, based his estimates on the more than $2 billion the U.S. government has paid Pfizer for more than 100 million doses of its COVID-19 vaccine.

In motions to dismiss the lawsuit, Pfizer and its subcontractors argued that besides Jackson’s allegations being false, the government, not a private citizen, can initiate a False Claims Act complaint and that the lawsuit against them should, therefore, be dismissed.

“The Relator may not pursue the claims against Pfizer without the Government first pursuing them in an administrative proceeding,” Pfizer’s motion states.

The companies also argued that the FDA was well aware of Jackson’s claims for at least two years before the lawsuit was filed against them and that it publicly responded to Jackson’s allegations by expressing the agency’s “full confidence” in the data used to support the vaccine.

However, Mendenhall said a false claims action is independent of the government’s knowledge and that Jackson only has to prove Pfizer and its subcontractors presented fraudulent information to the FDA.

Jackson was third in command of the clinical trials conducted by Ventavia Research Group as part of Pfizer’s application for emergency use authorization of its COVID-19 vaccine. She was there for only 18 days before being fired by Ventavia after reporting what she called “absolute mayhem” and an utter disregard for safety protocols and federal regulations in developing the vaccine.

Jackson has submitted over 400 exhibits as part of her complaint. Jackson said that a former Taco’s cashier was among those tasked with injecting patients with the experimental jab. She alleged that the trial staff falsified patient signatures on informed consent paperwork. And she has described a daily mess of unsanitary conditions.

Jackson also responded for the first time to Pfizer’s characterization of her as an anti-vaccine, anti-government individual out for money as vengeance for her firing.

Jackson has worked on a long list of government-run clinical trials for vaccines and said she is pro-vaccine. She pointed out that her children have had all their childhood vaccines and that her entire family gets the flu vaccine yearly. Jackson received the COVID-19 vaccine as soon as it was available and was initially one of its biggest cheerleaders.

While she is seeking compensation for her termination as part of her actions against Pfizer and the other companies, Jackson said she plans to donate any money she receives under her legal action against the companies to those injured by the vaccine.

“As far as I’m concerned, it’s blood money,” she said. “The world should be disgusted by what went on here with the shameful actions behind this dangerous vaccine.”

The first Han emperor Gaozu moved the capitol to Changon after a popular uprising destroyed the Qin capitol Xianyang. Later Han emperors would move it east to Lyoyang.

Ruling a vast empire stretching from Vietnam in the north to Korea in the south and west into Central Asia, Gaozu employed a bureaucracy of highly educated Confucian and Daoist scholars. In the year 2 AD census, the Han empire registered 80 commanderies,* 10 kingdoms and 1,587 prefectures (which were further subdivided into wards).

Immensely popular for reducing taxes on the peasants, the first Han emperor adopted Confucianism as official government policy in 140 BC. The last Han emperor Wudi would found a Confucian academy to educate government officials and initiate the world’s first civil service exam.

The Han Dynasty continued the harsh criminal penalties enacted under the Qin Dynasty and forced all subjects to register locally for conscription for military service and imperial construction crews. To finance his numerous military campaigns, Wudi began minting coins, confiscating lands he had gifted to his nobles and increasing taxes on business activity. This income supplemented growing revenues from the government monopoly on the highly lucrative salt and iron industries.

Wudi is also remembered for dispatching the famous Han envoy Zhang Qian to Central Asia to seek an alliance with the Yuezhi nomads against the aggressive Xiongu nomads to the north of China. The international contacts Zhang Qian initiated would lead to the development of the first Silk Road.

Eventually the fiscal stress caused by Wudi’s military expansionism led to marked peasant unrest and the downfall of the East Han Dynasty in 9 AD. Daoist scholars particularly expressed harsh criticism of corrupt government policies (eg government monopolies in critical industries, incessant wars of conquest and the growing power of palace eunuchs).

One of Wudi’s court officials Wang Mang seized power in 9 AD, declaring the short-lived Xin Dynasty. Wang was immensely popular with Chinese peasants for apportioning land to them under the communal “well field system”** and for establishing grain reserves to stabilize widely fluctuating grain prices.

Wang was overthrown in 23 AD by a group of nobles who resented his favoritism towards the peasants.

The Xin Dynasty was replaced by the East Han Dynasty, which ruled for nearly two centuries. Eunuchs were incredibly powerful under the East Han Dynasty and frequently arrested Confucian scholars for protesting government corruption.

Meanwhile Daoist principles of equal rights and land distribution spread throughout the peasantry, leading to the Yellow Turban Rebellion (184 – 204 AD). As the Han Dynasty collapsed, power eventually fell into the hands of local governments and warlords.

*Provincial regions with decentralized administrative structures

**In the well–field system, one unit of land was divided among eight peasant families. A shared field was surrounded by eight fields, each worked by an individual family. The field in the center was worked jointly by the families for their noble lord.

Fauci’s Covid Disater: A Summary

News that Dr. Anthony Fauci is finally leaving his post after what seemed like an endless reign at the helm of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases should be a time for celebration.

But it’s not.

Fauci has caused such tremendous damage throughout the past few years that it’s almost impossible to comprehend.

In nearly every area of life in the United States, as well as in many other parts of the world, Fauci’s influence has been a key contributor to massive amounts of human suffering.

Fauci inexplicably had particular ire for children.

Long after it was abundantly clear that closing schools had no significant health benefit, Fauci continued to support shutdowns and restrictions on normal life for millions of children at little to no risk from the virus.

His capacity for outright political advocacy and activism has been breathtaking to behold and contributed to the extreme collapse of trust in public health “experts” and authorities.

So it seems worth revisiting some of the greatest hits of Fauci’s reign of incompetence.

Masks

Perhaps one of Fauci’s biggest and most dramatic failings has been on masks.

Early on, he famously opined on 60 Minutes that he was confident that masks didn’t work, that they might only block “a droplet or two,” but didn’t provide the protection people thought they did.

He then confirmed the same information to people privately asking for advice on whether they should wear masks when traveling.

He later absurdly claimed that his initial comments were made out of a desire to protect supply for healthcare workers. Except, of course, healthcare workers would never wear the types of cloth masking that Fauci and his allies at the CDC were recommending.

Not to mention that his claim is made even more ridiculous by the fact that he told people privately not to wear masks.

Had he believed they worked but wanted to protect limited availabilities, he could have easily told those who asked to wear a mask without jeopardizing any large scale supply for hospital workers.

Of course, that’s not what he did.

His claim that masking would lower transmission and would demonstrate clearly beneficial results compared to areas that didn’t mask has been proven false repeatedly:

Well after it had been confirmed, by copious amounts of data, that masks don’t work, Fauci continued to advocate for universal masking.

Even today, he’s remained completely steadfast that masks work, despite the conclusive evidence to the contrary.

Recently, after his incessant mask-wearing was completely ineffective at preventing him from being infected with the virus, Fauci continued to recommend people wear masks while lying about their effectiveness, saying they were “recommending people when they are in indoor congregate settings to wear a mask.”

“Those are simple, doable things that can help prevent us from having even more of a problem than we’re having right now.”

Just like the mask mandates during winter 2021-2022 were able to prevent the spread of the virus, right?

Lockdowns

The incomprehensible amount of lying that Fauci has done over the past few years extends past masks to lockdowns and business closures and capacity restrictions.

Fauci now claims that he never said to lock down the country.

Except, of course, that’s exactly what he said on the record in 2020:

In September of 2020, Fauci claimed that states like Florida that reopened were “asking for trouble,” while praising New York for having one of the “best” responses.

Almost immediately afterwards, hospitalizations in California and New York shot past Florida with businesses closed, capacity restricted, and universal masking.

His bewildering lack of awareness is bad enough, but even as late as 2021, long after lockdowns and business closures were disproven, he continued to suggest that areas that reopened were engaging in extremely risky behavior by going against his dictates.

The headline of a story out of Jacksonville in April 2021 read: “Fauci: Opening Florida for business as COVID-19 variants surge a ‘risky proposition.’”

Just a few months prior to this remark, he had pointedly criticized Florida for reopening, only to see other states that followed his advice have significantly worse results.

You’d think that being proven wrong would create some humility, uncertainty, and willingness to admit mistakes.

But that’s not what Dr. Fauci does.

Instead, he doubled down, and said that Florida reopening in April 2021, months after vaccines had been available, was “risky.”

Except that California reported significantly higher rates of age-adjusted COVID mortality than Florida for all of the first and second quarters of 2021, with mask mandates and capacity limits for part of that time frame:

He pulled the same thing nationally, claiming inaccurately that the country would risk a new surge due to “relaxed” restrictions and new variants:

Remember too that Fauci claims to be the singular representative of “science.” If this is what “science” is, it clearly doesn’t deserve the respect it’s been given.

Of course, even into this year, Fauci is defending his recommendations, all evidence to the contrary, while denying that lockdowns, which permanently harmed tens of millions of people, didn’t irreparably damage anyone:

Children

Perhaps Fauci’s most damaging recommendations were related to schools.

Jordan Schachtel compiled perhaps the best timeline of his advocacy to keep schools closed or excuse those who wanted to keep them closed.

In his capacity as a masking fanatic, Fauci’s also promoted school masking, saying children over 2 should be forced to mask in school if local officials decided it was necessary.

No matter how many times masking in schools is disproven, he’ll never admit these statements were baseless nonsense.

Between school closures and forced masking, the damage he’s caused to children is quite literally incalculable.

Vaccinations

There’s also his incomparable track record of inaccuracies on what the vaccines would do.

Among many other issues, his prediction that reaching certain levels of vaccination would eliminate the potential for future surges was, like everything else he’s done, almost immediately proven wrong.

His failures in this area are endless.

Obviously this is nowhere close to a comprehensive list of the incomprehensible stupidity that Fauci’s demonstrated over the past few years. A full list would require a book, or several books to chronicle.

His incompetence, hubris, awe-inspiring ego and commitment to being wrong in every possible circumstance is quite literally incomparable.

US Army Paying Hefty Price to Steal Syria’s Oil

The US Army came under escalated attacks recently in Syria, the Pentagon claims they maintain less than a thousand of their troops in Syrian territories to combat ISIS, former US officials say they lied about that number and about that mission.

Recently, there were a series of rocket attacks against the US Army in the Al Omar field, the largest oil field in Syria, and in Conoco field, the largest gas field in Syria, both in the province of Deir Ezzor in northern Syria. These attacks come after several attacks against the US military base in Al Tanf in the southeastern Syrian desert on the border junction between Syria, Jordan, and Iraq.

The US army steals 60,000 oil barrels a day from the Syrian oil fields, smuggle them into neighboring Iraq and from there they either go to Israel via Turkey or are refined and given to ISIS terrorists in wartorn Iraq. In exchange for that oil, the US deploys thousands of troops in Syria and logistic support in neighboring countries at a huge cost shouldered by the US taxpayers. Needless to say, the USA is the world’s largest producer of oil with over 14 million barrels per day, they do not need those 60k barrels.

The US Army occupies oil and gas fields and has established illegal military bases in strategic locations in Syria to disrupt any connection between Syria and Iraq, the US operations in Syria are illegal as they have not obtained the consent of the Syrian government who, on the contrary, calls them occupation forces, they also have not obtained a mandate from the United Nations Security Council to override Syria’s sovereignty.

They feel they have been treated unfairly.It is the vaccinated workers who are getting sick with COVID, but it is the unvaccinated who are punished with constant testing, restrictions, and threats of losing their jobs.The COVID shots are a disaster. Even for the elderly which is supposed to be the most compelling use case, death rates in elderly homes went up by a factor of 5 after the shots rolled out. Each time the shots are given, the deaths spike. Nobody is talking publicly about this. It’s not allowed.“I have a patient who owns an adult care home that gave vaccinations to their six adult clients. They all died within a week.”Doctors are seeing rates of injury and death increase dramatically in all ages of people. The injuries are only happening to the vaccinated. There is no doubt that this is happening but many doctors have so much cognitive dissonance that they don’t see it.One nurse with 23 years of experience says she’s never heard of anyone under 20 dying from cardiac issues until the vaccines rolled out. Now she knows of around 30 deaths.“I have been a nurse for 36 years. I have NEVER witnessed people in their 20s and 30s having strokes, atrial fibrillation, or cardiomyopathies until the Covid vaccines. I work in cardiology. When I mention that someone should look at the vaccines as a possible reason, I am immediately silenced and told, “It is NOT from the vaccine.””Doctors aren’t recording vaccination status in the medical records so that all the deaths are attributed to the unvaccinated.Doctors are deliberately ignoring the possibility that the vaccines could be the cause of all the elevated events. The events are simply all unexplained.Many doctors have either quit or will quit.Some doctors and nurses at top institutions such as Mass General Hospital have falsified vaccine cards. They publicly toe the line and encourage their patients to take the shot knowing full well it is deadly. They value their job more than the lives of their patients. The important thing is they are risking 10 years in jail for doing this. These highly respected medical workers are telling the world that these COVID shots are so dangerous that they are willing to risk 10 years in prison to avoid taking the shot. That’s the message America needs to hear. And if Biden were an honest President, he would call for full amnesty and protection from retaliation for all these cases if people admitted publicly they did this. He’d be amazed at the number of responses he’d get. But he won’t do that because it would be too embarrassing for his administration.Things don’t seem to be getting any better.The medical examiners all over the world are not doing the proper tests during an autopsy to detect a vaccine-related death. Without doing the necessary tests, it is very hard to make an association. There isn’t a single “guidance” document from any medical authority anywhere in the world to do these tests on people who die within 3 months of their last COVID vaccination. This is why no associations are found: they aren’t looking and it is deliberate. The mainstream press doesn’t call them out on this either.Doctors are being forced to take other vaccines so the hospital can meet their quota. This was admitted to them.“I’m sorry I don’t have more definite data. I am a dermatology physician assistant. In the past year, I have seen more new onset cancers (brain, kidney, ureter, leukemia) than I have in the past 12 years of seeing patients.”The document paints a very troubling picture of healthcare in America

Julian Assange has been been persecuted by the Brits and the Americans long enough.

The Wikileaks Whistleblower who exposed American  human rights abuses in Afghanistan and Iraq performed a heroic public service.

Assange has been under house arrest, first in the Ecuadoran Embassy in London, and for three years in a British prison while his fight against extradition continues.

This is a human rights violation of the first order. The American government needs to stand down and let Julian Assange, now 51, get on with his life.

The Australian prime minister, Anthony Albanese, has previously stated “enough is enough” regarding Assange’s ongoing detention.

Lawyers for WikiLeaks publisher Julian Assange have filed an appeal against his extradition to the US, as the United Nations human rights chief lends support to the Australian’s cause.

Assange, 51, has been indicted on 17 espionage charges in the US and one charge of computer misuse over WikiLeaks’ publication of thousands of military and diplomatic documents leaked by whistleblower Chelsea Manning. The charges carry a maximum sentence of 175 years in prison.

WikiLeaks says Assange’s legal team filed “perfected grounds of appeal” in the UK’s high court against the US and the UK home secretary, Priti Patel, who approved his extradition in June.

Assange’s lawyers argue he is “being prosecuted and punished for his political opinions”.

His wife said the prosecution was unlawful. “Overwhelming evidence has emerged proving that the US prosecution against my husband is a criminal abuse,” Stella Assange said on Twitter on Saturday.

“The high court judges will now decide whether Julian is given the opportunity to put the case against the US before open court, and in full, at the appeal.”

Assange remains in London’s Belmarsh prison, where he has been in detention since April 2019.

A UK judge blocked his extradition last year but the US government successfully appealed in the high court.

Julian Assange – Continuing subject of American DOJ harassment sits in a British Court

The appeal comes after the UN human rights chief, Michelle Bachelet, met with Assange’s lawyers and his wife in Geneva.

Advocacy group the Assange Defence Committee told AAP they detailed to her his deteriorating health, with the Australian publisher suffering a mini-stroke recently.
