Protecting Kids from Electromagnetic Radiation at Home and in School

Children are almost constantly exposed to wireless [electromagnetic] radiation, starting as early as the first weeks of life. As they get older, that exposure grows every day, thanks to the widespread use of smartphones, laptops and other wireless devices in the classroom and at home.
Wireless devices radiate radiofrequency electromagnetic fields. Research has raised concerns about the health risks of exposure to this radiation, including harm to the nervous and reproductive systems, and higher risk of cancer. Cell phone radiation was classified a “possible carcinogen” in 2011 by the International Agency for Research on Cancer, part of the World Health Organization. The agency said human epidemiological studies showed a link between higher risk of a type of malignant brain cancer and cell phone use.

Demand for unvaccinated blood is surging worldwide. Unfortunately the article is very negative and goes on to downplay the risks and call them……….conspiracy theories. The same people who told you the vaccine will stop transmission, the vaccine stays in your arm, the vaccine is safe and effective, etc., are downplaying the risks of mRNA spiked blood. Folks, most of what was called a conspiracy theory by the government and main stream media is now FACT. It’s better to be safe than sorry.
The general blood supply is now full of ‘fully vaccinated’ spike protein-laden blood. Blood Banks require you to indicate if you’ve been COVID vaccinated when donating blood. However they do not pass this information along to the recipient. They know but do not distinguish.
If an unvaccinated person receives a blood transfusion of blood containing the mRNA spike protein (and whatever else is in the vials) then that passes on to the recipient. The spike protein starts replicating again and your body is now a spike protein factory. The unvaccinated potentially become vaccinated along with all the damage that occurs.

Aside from the spike proteins (in the study referenced above) antibodies to the spike protein and T-cells are also found in the blood.
What can you do?
If you are unvaccinated and have an upcoming scheduled surgery you can be your own blood donor. Autologous Blood Banking is when you donate your own blood for your own personal use. Generally 72 hours before your scheduled surgery. This is the best way to be prepared if you possibly need a blood transfusion. The American Red Cross, along with other major blood banks regularly provide this service.

Film Review
This is an engaging and well-constructed film. It’s also it’s extremely disturbing. Mainstream critics have come done hard on the suggestion that Covid vaccines are part of depopulation agenda. I disagree. After laying a strong foundation for this hypothesis, I feel the filmmakers approached it with appropriate caution.
The film’s underlying narrative is interspersed with disturbing clips of healthy young people from around the world suddenly dropping dead on camera.
It begins by looking citing actuarial life insurance statistics pointing to a 40% increase in deaths in 17-49 year olds. From here, it segues to testimonials from funeral embalmers from the US, UK and New Zealand dealing with unprecedented amyloid* clots (some as long as three feet) in roughly fourteen percent of the bodies they embalm. The film includes scenes from an autopsy involving these clots** and even a live patient during open heart surgery. In a later scene a radiologist talks with a live vaccine victim struggling with multiple clots in his legs and one in his lungs that are unresponsive to conventional blood thinner treatment.
Next the film also looks at testimony army whistleblowers gave Senator Ron Johnson’s committee about military personnel struggling with huge increases in miscarriages (300%), cancer (300%) and neurological injuries affecting pilots (1000%).
Next an obstetrical nurse and obstetrician comment on the phenomenal increase in stillbirths following the vaccine rollout – from 6 per 1,000 to 29.3 per thousand. This has been accompanied by a comparable increase in miscarriages, birth defects, slowed fetal growth, fetal cardiac arrhythmias and heart attacks and reduction in amniotic fluid. And a significant reduction in birth rates for most of the Western world.
The film also features commentary by Dr Ryan Cole, the pathologist who first identified the role of Covid vaccination in “supercharging” cancers.
The most interesting part of the film looks at clips from the intense media blitz used to brainwash people into accepting an experimental gene therapy treatment with virtually no safety testing for a virus that turns out to be no more serious (for the vast majority of people) than the flu.
The film’s most controversial segment looks at the obsession of much of the world’s elite (especially those who attend the World Economic Forum) with reducing global population. Both the Air Force flight surgeon (and whistleblower) and one of the funeral directors raise the possibility that Covid vaccinations are bioweapons deliberately forced on people to reduce global population.
*Amyloids are aggregates of proteins characterized by a fibrous morphology associated with 50+ human diseases.
**The pathologist explains it’s fairly typical to find venous clots in cadavers but rare in arteries.

Tax filing websites sending users’ financial information to Facebook

Major tax filing services such as H&R Block, TaxAct, and TaxSlayer have been quietly transmitting sensitive financial information to Facebook when Americans file their taxes online, The Markup has learned.
The data, sent through widely used code called the Meta Pixel, includes not only information like names and email addresses but often even more detailed information, including data on users’ income, filing status, refund amounts, and dependents’ college scholarship amounts.

The information sent to Facebook can be used by the company to power its advertising algorithms and is gathered regardless of whether the person using the tax filing service has an account on Facebook or other platforms operated by its owner Meta.
Each year, the Internal Revenue Service processes about 150 million individual returns filed electronically, and some of the most widely used e-filing services employ the pixel, The Markup found.
When users sign up to file their taxes with the popular service TaxAct, for example, they’re asked to provide personal information to calculate their returns, including how much money they make and their investments. A pixel on TaxAct’s website then sent some of that data to Facebook, including users’ filing status, their adjusted gross income, and the amount of their refund, according to a review by The Markup. Income was rounded to the nearest thousand and refunds to the nearest hundred. The pixel also sent the names of dependents in an obfuscated — but generally reversible — format.
TaxAct, which says it has about 3 million “consumer and professional users” also uses Google’s analytics tool on its website, and The Markup found similar financial data, but not names, being sent to Google through its tool.
TaxAct wasn’t the only tax filing service using the Meta Pixel. Tax preparation giant H&R Block, which also offers an online filing option that attracts millions of customers per year, embedded a pixel on its site that gathered information on filers’ health savings account usage and dependents’ college tuition grants and expenses.
TaxSlayer, another widely used filing service, sent personal information to Facebook as part of the social media company’s “advanced matching” system, which gathers information on web visitors in an attempt to link them to Facebook accounts. The information gathered through the pixel on TaxSlayer’s site included phone numbers, the name of the user filling out the form, and the names of any dependents added to the return. As with TaxAct, specific demographic information about a user was obfuscated but still usable for Facebook to link a user to an existing profile. TaxSlayer has said it completed 10 million federal and state tax returns last year.
The Markup also found the pixel code on a tax preparation site operated by a financial advice and software company called Ramsey Solutions, which uses a version of TaxSlayer’s service. That pixel gathered even more personal data from a tax return summary page, including information on income and refund amounts. This information was not sent immediately upon visiting the page but only when visitors clicked drop-down headings to see more details of their report.
Even Intuit, the company that runs America’s dominant online filing software, employed the pixel. Intuit’s TurboTax, however, did not send financial information to Meta but, rather, usernames and the last time a device signed in. The company kept the pixel entirely off pages beyond sign-in.
“We take the privacy of our customers’ data very seriously,” Nicole Coburn, a spokesperson for TaxAct, said in an email. “TaxAct, at all times, endeavors to comply with all IRS regulations.” Angela Davied, a spokesperson for H&R Block, said the company “regularly evaluate[s] our practices as part of our ongoing commitment to privacy, and will review the information.”
Megan McConnell, a spokesperson for Ramsey Solutions, said in an email that the company “implemented the Meta Pixel to deliver a more personalized customer experience.”
“We did NOT know and were never notified that personal tax information was being collected by Facebook from the Pixel,” the statement said. “As soon as we found out, we immediately informed TaxSlayer to deactivate the Pixel from Ramsey SmartTax.”
After The Markup contacted TaxSlayer, spokesperson Molly Richardson said in an email that the company had removed the pixel to evaluate its use. “Our customers’ privacy is of utmost importance, and we take concerns about our customers’ information very seriously,” she said, adding that Ramsey Solutions “decided to remove the pixel” as well.
Rick Heineman, a spokesperson for Intuit, said the company’s pixel “does not track, gather, or share information that users enter in TurboTax while filing their taxes,” although Intuit “may share some non-tax-return information, such as username, with marketing partners to deliver a better customer experience,” like not showing Intuit ads on Facebook to people who have accounts already. The company said it’s in compliance with regulations but has modified the pixel to no longer send usernames.
“This is appalling”
Mandi Matlock, a Harvard Law School lecturer focused on tax law, said The Markup’s findings showed taxpayers “providing some of the most sensitive information that they own, and it’s being exploited.”
“This is appalling,” she said. “It truly is.”
On Monday, after TaxAct was contacted by The Markup for comment, the company’s site no longer sent financial details like income and refund amount to Meta but continued to send the names of dependents. The site also continued to send financial information to Google Analytics. Also as of Monday, TaxSlayer and Ramsey Solutions had removed the pixel from their tax filing sites and TurboTax had stopped sending usernames through the pixel at sign-in. H&R Block’s site was continuing to send information on health savings accounts and college tuition grants.
How the Meta Pixel tracks usersMeta makes the pixel code freely available to anyone who wants it, allowing businesses to embed the code on their sites as they wish.
Using the code helps both Facebook and the businesses. When a customer comes to a business’s website, the pixel might record which items the customer browsed, say, a T-shirt, for example. The business can then target its ads on Facebook to people who looked at that shirt, allowing the business to find an audience that may already be interested in its products.
Meta wins financially, too. The company says it can use the data it gleans from tools like the pixel to power its algorithms, providing it insight into the habits of users across the internet.

Massachusetts Death Certificates Show Excess Mortality Could Be Linked to COVID Vaccines
By Madhava Setty, M.D. After analyzing more than seven years of Massachusetts death certificates, independent investigator John Beaudoin, Sr., uncovered evidence that thousands of deaths in 2021 may have been linked to COVID-19 vaccines.
In this article, I highlight the work of independent investigator John Beaudoin, Sr., who analyzed nearly seven years of Massachusetts death certificates he obtained through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.Beaudoin’s findings demonstrate that the COVID-19 death toll in Massachusetts was largely confined to a short window of time in 2020, and that COVID-19 deaths in 2020 resulted from pulmonary causes — in contrast to COVID-19 deaths in 2021, which were more closely linked to illnesses of the heart and blood.
There is no reasonable way to explain how SARS-CoV-2 dramatically changed the way it attacks and kills human beings and why it did so at precisely the time the experimental mRNA inoculations were deployed.
Beaudoin’s analysis also suggests that medical fraud and negligence may have been in play on a scale yet to be definitively determined.

The ‘Big Story’ in Massachusetts
While the NEJM researchers were busy tabulating COVID-19 infection rates in different school districts during the first part of 2022, a far more important story was unfolding in Massachusetts.
Through a FOIA request made to the state’s department of public records, Beaudoin, an electrical engineer, obtained access to every death certificate in the state of Massachusetts between 2015 and September 2022.
His investigation into these records paints a disquieting picture of how the COVID-19 “vaccine” likely devastated the health of Massachusetts residents.
Beaudoin’s analysis is detailed and rigorous and stands as an example of why a medical degree or an academic appointment is not required to uncover explosive evidence.
In fact, those kinds of credentials can often be impediments rather than assets. There is no excuse why the Massachusetts Department of Public Health has not done the analysis Beaudoin chose to do himself.
For the purposes of this article, I will focus on the summary points. A deeper dive can be found on Mathew Crawford’s “Rounding The Earth” podcast or in Beaudoin’s own Substack, which he writes under the name “Coquin de Chien.”
Below is a plot of the raw numbers of daily deaths (confirmed by death certificates) over time for the years 2015-2021 overlayed:

The rise and fall of daily deaths over a 10-week period in the early-to-late spring of 2020 is representative of a non-immune population encountering an infectious and virulent pathogen for the first time. This bump in the black line was from the casualties of the first wave of SARS-CoV-2 infections in Massachusetts.
Whether or not the state was still in the throes of a pandemic emergency beyond the first few weeks of June 2020 is debatable because it is quite clear that daily deaths quickly returned to baseline and stayed there until the autumn — when a far less lethal second wave hit the state. Recall that Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) stipulates that a public emergency is required before any mitigating therapy can obtain EUA.
The rapid rise and fall of deaths in Massachusetts in early 2020 is unmistakable, but who died? Beaudoin answers this question here:

The deeper the red, the greater the difference is over expected levels. The deeper the blue, the lower the difference.
The majority of the casualties were confined to the elderly (65 and older) over a 10-week period. This is represented by the deep red cells in ages over 65 starting April 1.
Contrary to the endless deluge of news reports that suggested otherwise, official death certificates indicate the pandemic in Massachusetts was short-lived and affected only the most vulnerable.
Beaudoin gives us the equivalent heat map for the year 2021. Once again comparisons are made with the years 2015-2019:

The short-lived and profound increase in deaths in the elderly in the spring of 2020 is not present in 2021. As mentioned above, the pandemic emergency was arguably over by the summer of 2020.There is a substantial and sustained (present throughout the year) increase in deaths in people ages 60 to 80 that is not present in 2020. What is causing or contributing to the excess deaths in this younger age group in 2021 that was not present in 2020?There is a substantial decrease in deaths in the eldest age group (85+).The paradoxical drop in deaths in the most elderly (85+) is best explained by the substantial jump in deaths from the previous year in that age group. SARS-CoV-2 took the lives of the most elderly leaving a hardier group of octogenarians.
The increase in deaths throughout 2021 implicates the COVID-19 “vaccines” as a contributing factor (among others) for two reasons.
First, the pattern of deaths is not representative of an infectious agent that takes the lives of the vulnerable while leaving behind a population that is more robust and that is attaining natural immunity through exposure, i.e., what was seen in 2020.
Second — and most obvious — is that the “vaccines” were present in 2021 and not in 2020.
What is actually killing people in 2021?
The increase in all-cause mortality in 2021 in Massachusetts is reflected in other parts of the world. This concerning trend is often explained as solely the result of pandemic restrictions that prevented people from obtaining basic healthcare, cancer screenings, chemotherapy, etc.
This is where Beaudoin’s Massachusetts findings go further. Here are some key points from his detailed analysis:
Average age of all-cause deaths in 2021 was 75, which is significantly lower than the average for the years 2015-2019 (75.6) and even more so than in 2020 (76.2).2021 saw an 8% jump in deaths from all causes compared to the average for the years 2015-2019, yet there was a substantial decrease in deaths attributed to COVID-19 compared to 2020. This could be explained by a vaccine that is partially effective in preventing COVID-19 deaths. However …2021 saw the biggest jump in deaths from cardiac arrest compared to the previous year. Deaths from cardiac arrest in 2020 made up 16.62% of all deaths that year. In 2021, it was 18.63% of all deaths — or a 12.1% increase from 2020, which already had the greatest percentage of the previous five years.A similar jump in deaths from pulmonary emboli occurred in 2021 as well. Moreover, COVID-19 deaths that involved pulmonary emboli doubled in 2021 compared to 2020 and more than tripled in 2022.The proportion of COVID-19 deaths that involved cardiac arrest increased by 47.5% in 2021 compared to 2020 and 63.3% in 2022. Recall that Pfizer’s six-month results demonstrated a four times greater risk of cardiac arrest in vaccinated participants than in those who received the placebo (Table S4).[…]
Evidence of medical fraud?
In his dive into the 400,000 or so death certificates he obtained, Beaudoin showed there is also a high likelihood that some deaths are being inappropriately attributed to COVID-19 while others are linked to the vaccine but no mention of this appears on the certificate.

“Grade-A Gaslighting”: FDA Says Anti-Ivermectin Campaign Was Just a Recommendation

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), which mocked Americans for taking Ivermectin to treat Covid-19, now says their campaign telling people to “stop” taking it was informal and just a recommendation, according to an argument made by government lawyers during a recent hearing.
“The cited statements were not directives. They were not mandatory. They were recommendations. They said what parties should do. They said, for example, why you should not take ivermectin to treat COVID-19. They did not say you may not do it, you must not do it. They did not say it’s prohibited or it’s unlawful. They also did not say that doctors may not prescribe ivermectin,” Isaac Belfer, one of the lawyers, told the court during the Nov. 1 hearing in federal court in Texas according to the Epoch Times.
“They use informal language, that is true,” Belfer continued, adding “it’s conversational but not mandatory.”
Yet, in 2021 the FDA created a web page titled “Why You Should Not Use Ivermectin to Treat or Prevent COVID-19,” before then tweeting: “You are not a horse. You are not a cow. Seriously, y’all. Stop it.”

A second Twitter campaign stated: “Hold your horses, y’all. Ivermectin may be trending, but it still isn’t authorized or approved to treat COVID-19.”
In a separate page noted by the Times, the FDA said: “Q: Should I take ivermectin to prevent or treat COVID-19? A: No.”
Jared Kelson, an attorney representing the plaintiffs, told the court during the hearing that that informal claim “doesn’t explain the language they actually used: ‘Stop it. Stop it with the ivermectin.’”
The FDA’s actions “clearly convey that this is not an acceptable way to treat these patients,” he argued.
Plaintiffs in the case include Dr. Paul Marik, who began utilizing ivermectin in his COVID-19 treatment protocol in 2020 while he was chief of pulmonary and critical care medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School and director of the intensive care unit at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
After the FDA’s statements, Marik was told to remove the protocol from the school’s servers while Sentara issued a memorandum to hospitals telling them to stop using ivermectin against COVID-19, with a citation to the FDA. -Epoch Times

This widely prescribed anti-parasitic which is also used in horses has shown massive efficacy worldwide in the treatment of mild and moderate cases of Covid-19, plus as a prophylactic. India’s Uttar Pradesh province, with a population of over 200 million, says that widespread early use of Ivermectin ‘helped keep positivity [and] deaths low.’

Conclusion: Two-dose ivermectin prophylaxis at a dose of 300 μg/kg with a gap of 72 hours was associated with a 73% reduction of SARS-CoV-2 infection among healthcare workers for the following month.

Conclusion: There was no difference in the primary outcome i.e. negative RT-PCR status on day 6 of admission with the use of ivermectin. However, a significantly higher proportion of patients were discharged alive from the hospital when they received ivermectin.
Discussion: In the present study, patients with mild or moderate COVID-19 infection treated with ivermectin in combination with doxycycline generally recovered 2 days earlier than those treated with placebo. The proportion of patients responding within 7 days of treatment was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the placebo group. The proportions of patients who remained symptomatic after 12 days of illness and who experienced disease progression were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the placebo group.

• Pfizer’s program did not include a comprehensive end-to-end test of all components of the final approved product (the mRNA COVID-19 vaccine). Instead, the studies included in the document package submitted to the FDA employed several variants and analogues of the product, whose comparability to the actual COVID-19 vaccine was not demonstrated or evaluated.
Thus, no comprehensive assessment of product safety can be made on the basis of these studies.
• A key determinant of a drug’s toxicity is its distribution within the body. However, with the mRNA active ingredient of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine, this crucial aspect was never studied!
• Pfizer claimed absence of potential for “vaccine-elicited disease enhancement” based on studies of an animal species that does not get sick from SARS-CoV-2.
• The CDC, the FDA and Pfizer all lied about “vaccine staying at the injection site;” they knew all along that distribution of the vaccine throughout the body had to be expected.
• Pfizer skipped major categories of safety testing altogether.
• Pfizer used dishonest and self-serving interpretation of regulatory guidelines to justify the shortcuts it took in routine safety testing.
• Both FDA and Pfizer knew about major toxicities associated with gene-therapy medicines in general, and they therefore cannot claim lack of anticipatory knowledge of these risks with the particular gene therapy medicine that is Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine. I want to remember a person, it was a friend of mine, a health practitioner who under the mandates got the first inoculation. He developed a very severe myocarditis. In fact, it was so severe, two or three days later he could barely walk up his stairs in his home or cross his lounge. Using his wits he used his own personal funds to go to a cardiologist who supported his application for an exemption. Well, the application went before the then-Director General of Health, Ashley Bloomfield, who acted with the — either it was the speed of science or the speed of Fauci, I can’t figure out which, how fast it was, but he declined that exemption.
So, knowing that one little anecdote, we have to conclude that if this were truly about health and the concern for our, our welfare, a decision like that would never have been made.

Secondly, I want to go back and remember something that was very very important in my mind, and for all of us, and this harks back to that wonderful time at Parliament, when people from every walk of life came together — people who believed in the ideas of human liberty, human autonomy, and all that stuff, congregated there and made a very important point. And I believe that demonstration was a big victory for us. But with respect to the actions of the police, who invaded the grounds on that February morning, I want to tell some of you something that you may not know.
The afternoon before, the police were supposed to have been in a group of lawyers and doctors, myself being one of them, who were going to negotiate a peaceful dispersal or settlement — we were going to start the process of resolving what had become a difficult issue. At the very last moment the police did not show up. That was an ominous sign.
On that same afternoon, the Human Rights Commission hosted a gathering, which I attended as an observer in a Zoom session, and it included Rodney Hide and other notable people who spoke very eloquently about the mandates and freedoms and whatnot. I understand that people in the Commissioner’s own office begged him, knowing that there was going to be an invasion the next morning, to go out and bear witness and to make sure that our human liberties and rights — as the responsibilities of his office demanded — would be protected. Well, Paul Hunt declined.
So, knowing these several facts, I think it’s not a stretch to conclude that these people in institutions, who are running on the power that we’ve entrusted them with, have abused that power. And I think that the inoculation is only one part of a very large program that all of us have to become aware of and have to spread the word about.
The unfortunate fact is that these people in power are acting and have acted lawlessly. They will continue to act lawlessly. Their institutions are corrupted. And we have got to fight smart and tough.
And I’m afraid that I’ve concluded that the battle we’re in is not a battle that’s going to be over in a few years. I think we’re in for a very long haul, but we have no choice, if we want to remain human and want to have any semblance of liberty, to continue to fight that battle.
But we have to fight this battle knowing the kind of enemy we are up against.
And one final note. Their psyops campaigns, their propaganda, their stoolies — they have been very very effective as mesmerising the many people we know who live and work around us who think now that everything is back to normal.
So we have — it’s incumbent upon us to talk to people— clearly, rationally and in a dignified way — about what’s actually happening. But also to be aware of the fact that if your only source of news is the ‘single source of truth’ aka the mainstream media, you’re not going to know anything else.

Twitter reinstates Project Veritas after it was banned for revealing Big Tech censorship

The non-profit investigative journalism enterprise Project Veritas had its Twitter account reinstated on Sunday. Its founder, James O’Keefe, remains in Twitter jail.
Project Veritas was banned in 2021 after posting a video of Facebook Vice President of Integrity Guy Rosen admitting that Facebook had developed a system that could freeze commenting on a post where hate speech or violence has been detected, without first confirming if indeed the speech is violent or hateful. O’Keefe’s account was also banned after posting that video.
Musk promised to reinstate some accounts that had been permanently banned under the previous ownership.
In a video leaked by Project Veritas in the summer, Musk said: “I think it’s essential to have free speech and for us to be able to communicate freely…If there are multiple opinions — but just make sure we’re not sort of driving the narrative.
“In order for people to have trust in Twitter – I think it’s extremely important that there’ll be transparency.”
Musk has reinstated the accounts of key figures like Donald Trump, Kathy Griffin, Dr. Jordan B. Peterson, Kanye West, and The Babylon Bee.

Due to land use change, agrochemical pollution, monocultures, genetic ecocide, plastic contamination, fossil fuel use, long-distance transportation it is now one of the largest causes of planetary destruction.
It has caused ecocide and biodiversity loss, soil desertification, erosion and contamination. It has caused mass water pollution all throughout the water cycle, greenhouse gas emissions and a rupture or imbalance of the nitrogen, water, methane and carbon cycle.

The same is true for the destruction of soils. Due to agrochemicals such as artificial fertilizers and agrotoxins, the life of the soil has been destroyed. Artificial fertilizers and pesticides are proven to kill the diverse microbiota of the soil, causing a lack of ability to naturally convert nitrogen and carbon.
Soil with no life also has no water-holding capacity and no fertility to support animal or plant life. Soils’ lack of water-holding capacity and lack of carbon, or organic matter, is one of the reasons mass floods, droughts and forest fires are becoming more extreme.

The dangers of reductionist narratives
In another year of climate in-action, we are actually seeing a rallying behind the false solutions that just maintain business-as-usual, or even work to consolidate industrial models. Corporations are now interested in using the necessary urgency for climate policy to their advantage with a series of false, greenwashed solutions.
The solutions proposed in response to the imminent climate crisis are costly, unproven and often dangerous technological fixes that are geared toward replacing the very natural processes they have been destroying.
They constitute an imposition of technological innovations such as artificially grown lab food, gene editing, carbon capture, carbon credits and the financialization of nature.

Synthetic fake foods
In order to erase the last remaining small farmers, corporate-sponsored narratives are now pushing for the reduction of complex ecological collapse into dualistic narratives around plant versus animal, instead of addressing the larger crisis of how current industrial practices are destroying Earth’s ecosystems.
In these false dichotomies animals are now being blamed, instead of industrial systems as a whole, for the food system’s impact on climate.
The integral, complex and interconnected husbandry of animals in many traditional cultures around the world is now being lumped in with industrial animal production, effectively erasing the importance of these traditional food and cultivation cultures.
In these false climate narratives, animals have also been reduced to mere products for protein, that can simply be replaced by more efficient technologies such as lab-engineered products.
This reduction effectively ignores the multidimensional and essential roles animals can fill in diverse agroecosystems. It thus completely ignores our relationship with nature and creates a rift separating humans from nature and food from life.
While it is a fact that all industrial production systems, whether for plants or animals, are heavily responsible for ecological collapse, agroecological and small-scale systems are not one and the same.

Instead, these ultra-processed “plant-based” foods rely on dangerous technical innovations such as synthetic biology, CRISPR-Cas9 gene manipulation and new GMOs. These techniques involve reconfiguring the genetic material of an organism to create something entirely new, and not found in nature.
Some companies are also investing in cell-based meat, grown from real animal cells. The result is a whole range of lab-grown fake meats, eggs, cheese and dairy products swarming the market to ultimately replace animal products and alter modern diets.

‘Nature-based solutions’
Nature-based solutions are a broad concept increasingly used by corporations and world leaders to promote a range of carbon-offsetting schemes for climate and biodiversity protection that is firmly grounded in discredited market mechanisms and corporate greenwashing.
It is a concept that seeks to instrumentalize nature, by using the transactional logic of market mechanisms, all while externalizing ecological destruction and perpetuating neocolonial dispossession of indigenous populations, peasants and many other communities through carbon offset projects.

If left unchecked, these tactics will continue to exacerbate the crises by bolstering inequality and corporate power. “Net zero” and “carbon capture” are two solutions advocated by multinationals and billionaires that fall under this umbrella.
In order to push for these false solutions we have seen a reduction of whole ecological collapse to just the issue of carbon emissions. In both international and everyday discourse, carbon emissions are seen as the sole vector for climate change. This allows for the idea of “net zero” to seem like a viable solution.

However, net zero will not lead to real reductions in carbon emissions for several reasons. First, net zero focuses only on emissions flows and as such fails to consider the cumulative nature of carbon.

Second, net zero is based on a lie because offsets do not actually reduce atmospheric concentrations of CO2. CO2 levels will thus continue to rise at an alarming pace if they are not effectively sequestered by the soils and oceans.

In reality, “net zero” is nothing more than an elaborate corporate greenwashing scheme that grants polluting companies the right to expand their activities and continue polluting as usual, as long as they can claim to sequester carbon elsewhere.

This reluctance to address systemic issues is by no means accidental, rather, it is a deliberate attempt by giant multinationals to maintain their control by perpetuating the same power structures that created our current crises, without taking responsibility for the large-scale pollution and environmental degradation they have caused.
