Just Like Clockwork, Propaganda Push for Digital ID Kicks Into Gear in UK

What is Digital ID? Why is it important? | APPMAN

Nick Corbishley

After avoiding the issue for years, the legacy media are now trying to manufacture public complacency and consent for the government’s digital identity — and by extension, CBDC — agenda.

On July 5, the day Keir Starmer became UK prime minister, we wagered that a Starmer government would intensify the push to roll out a digital identity system in the UK — a country that has, until now, resisted all recent attempts to introduce an identity card system, including, most notably, by Starmer’s backroom consultant and mentor, Tony Blair.

Unfortunately, that prediction has proven to be pretty much on the money. Since taking office, the Starmer government has:

Launched the new Office for Digital Identities and Attributes, with the task of overseeing the country’s digital ID market. As of October 28, almost 50 organizations with DIATF-certified services had been added to the office’s register.Pledged to roll out a digital ID card for army veterans. As in the US, the UK government is also looking to launch a digital driving license by next year.Announced plans to introduce digital ID legislation for age verification purposes, meaning that young people will soon be able to use digital ID wallets on their phones to prove they are over 18 when visiting pubs, restaurants and shops.

Now, the propaganda is kicking into gear, and the main selling points, as always, are speed and convenience.

In its first commercial, the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology chose a British pub as the venue to showcase the, ahem, benefits of digital identity. In Greece, the government is trying to push the EU’s digital identity wallet on the public by making it obligatory for accessing sports stadiums. In Spain, the government is trying to make it a prerequisite for accessing online porn while Australia has just passed a law making it necessary for all Australians to verify their age (presumably with its fledgling digital ID) to access social media.

As we have noted in previous articles, digital identity programs, and the central bank digital currencies (CBDCs) with which they are inseparably tied, are among the most important questions today’s societies could possibly grapple with since they threaten to transform our societies and lives beyond recognition, granting governments and their corporate partners much more granular control over our lives — precisely at a time when democracy is on the decline across the West, authoritarianism is on the rise and public trust in government is sinking to record lows.

Given what is at stake, digital public infrastructure such as digital IDs and CBDCs should be under discussion in every parliament of every land, and every dinner table in every country in the world. That is finally beginning to happen in the UK, but if early signs are any indication it is likely to be less an open debate than a barrage of propagandistic talking points. In the past three weeks alone, there have been gushing articles, op-eds and editorials on the potential wonders of digital identity in the Daily Mail, the Times of London, the Financial Times and Sky News.

In an op-ed for the Daily Mail, Tony Blair, with characteristic zeal for digital public infrastructure (DPI), touts digital identity as a cure-all for just about everything, from bringing down NHS waiting lists to tracking illegal immigrants, to cutting benefit fraud and resolving the UK government’s fiscal crisis.

[…]

In its article, “Why Britain Needs a Digital ID System“, published last week, the FT concludes that “if Britain wants a truly modern state”, digital identity is “an idea whose time has come”.  The article cites estimates from the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change (who else?) that a digital identity system could boost public finances by about £2bn a year, “mostly by reducing benefits fraud and improving tax collection, on top of broader economic gains”:

[…]

How will they achieve such a large take-up within such a short period, without coer? Yet according to The Times, an overwhelming majority of UK citizens are in favour of digital identity, citing a recent poll for the Times and Justice Commission:

The poll found that more than two thirds of Tory voters backed the introduction of digital ID cards, compared with 12 per cent who opposed it. Sixty per cent of those who voted Labour at the last election were in favour of the policy and 15 per cent were against it. Among Liberal Democrats, 54 per cent supported the idea compared with 16 per cent who did not. For Reform, the split was 59 per cent in favour and 21 per cent opposed.

One should perhaps be wary of reading too much into the results of one poll, especially when said results appear to chime perfectly with the long-term policy goals of the government of the day. Readers may recall that back in 2021, a flurry of polls claimed to show that a majority of Brits support the roll out of digital vaccine certificates, including one by the Serco Institute, an international think tank tied to the Serco Group, a British multinational defence, health, space, justice, migration, customer services, and transport company.

As Blair himself admitted recently, in reality the British public will need “a little coercing persuading” to embrace digital ID. That is presumably where the mainstream media comes in.

What Doesn’t Get Mentioned?

There are so many gaping gaps in the UK media’s no-warts-at-all discussion of digital identity that it’s hard to know where to begin. The FT, to its credit, concedes that “Britain has a dismal record in public sector IT — think of the Post Office Horizon scandal.” What it leaves out is the fact that this disastrous government IT program, which ruined the lives of thousands of Post Office submasters, was the brainchild of Tony Blair, the man whom the media are now treating as an authority on all matters technological.

Nor does the FT article mention that Blair was warned that the Horizon IT system could be flawed before it was rolled out, but chose to proceed nonetheless. When the anticipated problems began surfacing, his government did everything it could to cover them up. Yet somehow Tony Blair and his foundation are still a voice of authority on issues of digital governance.

The Post Office Horizon scandal is just one of a laundry list of IT disasters that successive UK governments have overseen, as our regular UK-based commenter Paul Greenwood recently reminded us:

This is brought to you from the same regime that cannot:

a) get e-Gates at major airports to function,
b) has repeatedly postponed eVisas because they cannot get them to work;
c) has repeatedly postponed Phytosanitary checks on agricultural imports at borders because ……..cannot get it to work…

(That’s not to mention) the Great NHS Computer Disaster…….the largest IT Project in Europe… [that cost more than £1 billion and never launched].

The NHS computer disaster, now used as a case study for how large government IT projects can go spectacularly wrong, costing billions of dollars in squandered public funds, was also launched by Anthony Charles Linton Blair. It involved the participation of IT consulting giants like Accenture and Fujitsu, which was the lead company behind the Post Office Horizon system and has been selected to lead the digital ID scheme, despite a pledge earlier this year to refrain from participating in UK government procurement.

Of the four articles on digital ID, not a single one has offered more than a token paragraph on the potential risks and downsides of digital identity. As the leading industry publication Biometric Update gleefully reported on December 16, the UK press has been “won over” on digital identity, and is now setting about “explaining why” to the British public.

Other issues that are completely ignored or glossed over include:

Privacy. All four of the articles pay lip service to the threat digital identity poses to privacy. The FT argues that “privacy arguments have less force when most adults happily carry smartphones stuffed with apps that can track everything from how many steps they do to what colour socks they buy.” However, as some FT readers pointed out in the comments thread, those apps can be turned off at any time. And whose to say that everyone’s mobile phone is “stuffed with apps”? Mine, for instance, has just two on it (Spotify and WhatsApp).

One thing a near-mandatory digital identity system will ensure is that we will never be without our trusted mobile phones. This sort of “digital coercion” — a term I learnt from the German financial journalist and digital rights activist, Norbert Häring — is on the rise just about everywhere. As Häring reported in September, this should hardly come as a surprise given that one of the main organisations pushing for the rapid rollout of digital public infrastructure (digital ID, digital health passes, instant payment systems, central bank digital currency…) is the corporate-controlled, WEF-partnered United Nations.

Security. Another major issue with digital ID is security, though it is totally glossed over in the MSM articles. While the FT mentions “dangers with hacking and cyber attacks”, it also claims that digital ID could help to combat “identity fraud.” Yet Norway and Sweden are suffering an epidemic of identity theft and cyber crime despite having rolled out digital ID systems years ago that are now thoroughly integrated into people’s daily lives? In Sweden, many cyber crimes involve BankID, the ubiquitous digital authorization system used by nearly all Swedish adults.

India, which is home to the world’s largest biometric-based digital ID system, Aadhaar, has suffered huge security problems, from identity theft to innumerable data breaches, including two in which the data of roughly a billion people were compromised. Much of it ended up for sale on the net. Said data included each person’s biometric identifiers (i.e. their iris and fingerprint scans). If this data is hacked, there is no way of undoing the damage. You cannot change or cancel your iris or fingerprint like you can change a password or cancel a credit card.

In South East Asia, cyber criminals have been targeting iOS users with malware that purloins face scans from the users of Apple devices to break into and pilfer money from bank accounts – thought to be a world first. Likewise, in India there have been reports of bank accounts being emptied using compromised Aadhaar numbers and biometric identifiers.

As we shift into a world where digital public infrastructure (DPI) increasingly dominate our lives, the security of our data, including our biometric identifiers, seems to be increasingly at risk. Of all the UK articles on digital identity in the UK, not a single one mentions the word “biometric” once, perhaps because that might actually scare off some readers.

Exclusion.  While often touted as a tool for social and financial inclusion, the reality is that digital identity systems are inherently exclusionary. As the World Economic Forum admits, while verifiable identities “create new markets and business lines” for companies, especially those in the tech industry that will help to operate the systems while hoovering up all the data, they also (emphasis my own) “open up (or close off) the digital world for individuals.”

It is not just the digital world that could end up being closed off; so, too, could much of the analogue world. As the now-ubiquitous WEF infographic suggests, a full-fledged digital identity system, as currently conceived, could end up touching just about every aspect of our lives, from our health (including the vaccines we are supposed to receive) to our money, to our business activities, our private and public communications, the information we are able to access, our dealings with government, the food we eat and the goods we buy.

It could also offer governments and the companies they partner with unprecedented levels of surveillance and control powers.

A Gateway to CBDCs. One other thing that doesn’t get a mention in any of the articles is the role digital identity will play as a gateway to CBDCs. In a 2021, the FT conceded that without a government-backed digital identity system, CBDCs would be unworkable.

The Potential Role of Roundup in Alzheimer’s Disease

Dr Mercola

Story at-a-glanceGlyphosate (Roundup) exposure is linked to increased neuroinflammation and Alzheimer’s-like pathology in mice, suggesting a detrimental impact on brain healthAminomethylphosphonic acid, a metabolite of glyphosate, persists in brain tissue long after exposure, indicating long-term effectsOver 80% of the U.S. population has detectable levels of glyphosate in their urine, highlighting widespread exposureFasting for less than 8 hours is associated with higher glyphosate levels, revealing dietary habits influence exposureChildren and adolescents demonstrate higher glyphosate levels compared to adults, raising significant concerns about potential long-term health impacts on younger populations

Alzheimer’s disease is a progressive neurological disorder that deteriorates your memory, cognitive function and ability to perform everyday tasks. This debilitating condition affects millions of Americans, stripping individuals of their independence and profoundly altering lives.

Characterized by symptoms such as memory loss, confusion and changes in behavior, Alzheimer’s disrupts both the lives of those diagnosed and their loved ones. As the disease advances, you may witness a loved one struggle with speaking, recognizing familiar faces and completing simple activities, leading to a significant decline in their quality of life.

Are Herbicides in the Environment Driving Alzheimer’s?

Over 80% of the U.S. population has detectable levels of glyphosate in their urine.1 These startling statistics highlight the widespread exposure to glyphosate and its implications for neurological health.

The ubiquitous presence of glyphosate in our environment raises concerns about its long-term effects on brain health. With such high levels of exposure, understanding glyphosate’s role in accelerating Alzheimer’s disease pathogenesis becomes essential for developing strategies to protect public health and mitigate this devastating disease.

Conventional Alzheimer’s treatments often focus on managing symptoms rather than addressing the root causes, which is frustrating for those seeking long-term solutions. Medications like cholinesterase inhibitors and memantine are commonly prescribed, but they come with side effects such as nausea, dizziness and confusion. These drawbacks highlight the need for a more comprehensive approach to managing Alzheimer’s disease.

The underlying causes of Alzheimer’s include genetic, environmental and lifestyle factors. Genetic predispositions, such as mutations in the APP, PSEN1, and PSEN2 genes, play a significant role. Environmental factors like exposure to toxins, including glyphosate, have been implicated in increasing the risk of developing Alzheimer’s as well. Lifestyle choices, such as poor diet, lack of exercise and chronic stress, also contribute to the disease’s onset.

These underlying causes contribute to the development of Alzheimer’s through a series of complex biological processes. For instance, genetic mutations lead to the abnormal production of amyloid-beta plaques, which disrupt communication between brain cells. Environmental toxins like glyphosate exacerbate neuroinflammation, further damaging neurons.

Lifestyle factors such as poor diet and lack of exercise lead to oxidative stress and inflammation, both of which are known to accelerate the progression of Alzheimer’s. By comprehending these mechanisms, we can better appreciate how this condition develops and progresses.

Often, Alzheimer’s diagnosis relies on a combination of cognitive tests, medical history and brain imaging, which doesn’t always provide a clear picture. Misdiagnosis is a risk, as symptoms like memory loss and confusion are attributed to other conditions such as depression or vitamin deficiencies. This complexity underscores the importance of thorough and accurate diagnostic procedures.

The limitations of current diagnostic methods lead to delays in treatment and management. Cognitive tests don’t always detect early-stage Alheimer’s, and imaging techniques like MRI or CT scans often miss subtle changes in brain structure. Additionally, the lack of a definitive biomarker for Alzheimer’s complicates the diagnostic process.

Glyphosate Exposure Accelerates Alzheimer’s Pathology in Mice

A study investigated the impact of glyphosate exposure on the progression of Alzheimer’s disease in mice.2 The research focused on understanding how glyphosate influences neuroinflammation, the buildup of amyloid-β and tau proteins, and cognitive impairments, even after a significant recovery period.

The findings revealed that glyphosate exposure exacerbates AD-like pathology and persistent neuroinflammation in the brain, highlighting the herbicide’s long-term detrimental effects. The study utilized 4.5-month-old 3xTg-AD mice, which are genetically modified to model Alzheimer’s disease, alongside non-transgenic (NonTg) control mice. Only female 3xTg-AD mice were included to ensure consistent neuropathological outcomes observed in females.

The researchers administered glyphosate to these mice over a 13-week period, followed by a six-month recovery phase. Behavioral tests conducted at 12 months of age and subsequent tissue analyses at 13.5 months provided comprehensive insights into the herbicide’s effects on both AD and non-AD mice.

One of the key discoveries was that glyphosate exposure led to significant increases in both soluble and insoluble fractions of amyloid-β (Aβ) 40 and 42, as well as an elevated Aβ42 plaque load. The study found, “Glyphosate exposure increases soluble and insoluble fractions of Aβ40 and 42, and Aβ42 plaque load by increasing cleavage products of the amyloid precursor protein despite a recovery period.”3

This indicates that glyphosate enhances the processing of amyloid precursor protein, leading to more amyloid plaques. It’s important to note, however, that some research suggests amyloid-beta accumulation is a protective response in areas of high brain metabolic activity, not the primary cause of Alzheimer’s.

Additionally, the research highlighted the accumulation of phosphorylated tau proteins in the brain. Specifically, glyphosate exposure resulted in increased levels of phosphorylated tau at multiple sites, including Threonine 181, Serine 396, and AT8 (Serine 202, Threonine 205).4

Phosphorylated tau forms neurofibrillary tangles, another feature of Alzheimer’s pathology, disrupting neuronal function and communication. Neuroinflammation was another significant finding. The study observed elevated levels of both pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines in the brains and blood plasma of glyphosate-exposed mice.

It was reported, “We found increased pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines persisting in both 3xTg-AD and NonTg brain tissue and in 3xTg-AD peripheral blood plasma.”5 This persistent inflammation contributes to neuronal damage and accelerates the progression of Alzheimer’s disease.

Glyphosate Crosses the Blood-Brain Barrier, Affecting Brain health

Behaviorally, glyphosate-exposed 3xTg-AD mice demonstrated increased anxiety-like behaviors, as evidenced by heightened thigmotaxia — or the tendency to remain near walls — in the Morris water maze test.6 These behavioral changes correlate with the underlying neurological damage caused by glyphosate, further linking herbicide exposure to cognitive deficits associated with Alzheimer’s.

Another aspect of the study was the detection of glyphosate and its major metabolite, aminomethylphosphonic acid (AMPA), in the brain tissues of exposed mice even after the six-month recovery period.7 This persistence suggests that glyphosate and its metabolites cross the blood-brain barrier and remain in the brain for extended periods, continuously affecting neuronal health.

The study also explored the biological mechanisms through which glyphosate exacerbates Alzheimer’s pathology. Once in the brain, glyphosate increases the activity of the beta-secretase enzyme (BACE-1), which plays a role in the production of amyloid-β peptides from amyloid precursor protein. This enzymatic activity leads to a higher accumulation of amyloid plaques.8

Moreover, glyphosate-induced neuroinflammation is driven by the imbalance of cytokines and chemokines, which are signaling molecules that regulate immune responses. The study reported, “Glyphosate promoted an imbalance of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokine and chemokine levels in the brain and periphery of 3xTg-AD mice.”9

This imbalance results in a chronic inflammatory state, damaging neurons and accelerating the neurodegenerative processes characteristic of Alzheimer’s disease. Overall, the study provides compelling evidence that glyphosate exposure significantly worsens Alzheimer’s disease pathology in mice. By promoting neuroinflammation and causing neuronal dysfunction, glyphosate plays a detrimental role in the advancement of Alzheimer’s disease.

The persistence of glyphosate and its metabolite in the brain underscores the long-lasting impact of exposure, emphasizing the urgent need for further research to understand its implications for human health and Alzheimer’s disease progression.10

Widespread Glyphosate Exposure in the US Population

A separate study sought to determine how widespread glyphosate exposure is among Americans and what factors influence its presence in our bodies. By analyzing urine samples from the 2013-2014 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES), researchers found that an overwhelming 81.2% of the U.S. population aged 6 and older had detectable levels of glyphosate in their urine.11 This extensive coverage highlights the pervasive nature of glyphosate in everyday life.

The study focused on a diverse group of participants, ensuring a representative sample of the U.S. population. Among the 2,310 urine samples examined, it was revealed that both children and adults are significantly exposed to glyphosate through various means. Notably, elementary-school-aged children exhibited the highest average glyphosate levels compared to other age groups.12

This finding raises concerns about the vulnerability of younger individuals to related health effects. One of the key discoveries was the association between fasting duration and glyphosate concentration. Individuals who fasted for eight hours or less before sample collection had glyphosate levels that were 1.94 times more likely to exceed the 95th percentile compared to those who fasted longer.13

This suggests that recent dietary intake plays an important role in glyphosate exposure, likely due to the consumption of foods treated with the herbicide. Furthermore, the study highlighted the widespread presence of glyphosate in the environment. Glyphosate was detected in various environmental mediums, including air particulates from rural roads, agricultural soils, water sediments and even house dust.14

This widespread distribution means that almost everyone is exposed to glyphosate regularly, whether through the food they eat, the air they breathe, or their immediate surroundings.15 The ubiquitous nature of glyphosate makes it a challenging pollutant to control and mitigate.

Exposure to Glyphosate via Food Is Widespread

Glyphosate’s detection in a wide array of food items, such as fruits, cereals and pulses, underscores the herbicide’s integration into the food supply chain.16 These multiple exposure pathways contribute to the high prevalence of glyphosate found in the population.

Dietary habits emerged as a significant factor influencing glyphosate levels. Participants’ food consumption patterns were closely linked to the variation in glyphosate concentrations observed.17 Age also played a role in glyphosate concentration trends. The study found that glyphosate levels decreased from ages 6 to 11 and continued to decline until the age group of 20 to 59. However, there was an increase in glyphosate concentration among individuals aged 60 and above.18

This age-related fluctuation could be attributed to cumulative exposure over time or differences in metabolism and excretion rates among various age groups. Human exposure to glyphosate primarily occurs through three pathways: dermal contact, inhalation and ingestion via diet.19

Upon entering the body, most glyphosate is excreted unchanged through feces, accounting for 62% to 69% of the exposure.20 In contrast, only about 1% to 6% of orally ingested glyphosate is rapidly eliminated unchanged in urine,21 indicating that the majority of the chemical remains in the body longer.

Children and adolescents showed higher glyphosate levels than adults, highlighting a key area of concern. The elevated levels in younger age groups may result from their dietary choices or higher susceptibility to environmental exposures.22 The study highlights the need for strategies to reduce glyphosate exposure in children, such as encouraging dietary changes and monitoring environmental sources more closely.23

Dietary habits, specifically the types of foods consumed, significantly impact glyphosate exposure levels as well. The study found that individuals who consumed cereal-containing products had higher glyphosate levels, indicating that certain dietary choices increase exposure to glyphosate.24

Protecting Your Brain from Glyphosate’s Effects on Alzheimer’s

[…]

1. Switch to organic foods — You’ll drastically reduce your glyphosate exposure by choosing organic foods, especially grains, legumes and produce. . . Focus particularly on avoiding conventional wheat products, as farmers often use glyphosate as a pre-harvest drying agent.

2. Support your gut barrier — Glyphosate damages the gut microbiome and increases intestinal permeability. Rebuild your gut health by consuming probiotic-rich foods and supporting beneficial bacteria like Akkermansia. However, excessive consumption of polyunsaturated fats (PUFAs) like linoleic acid in seed oils and other mitochondrial poisons also disrupt your body’s mitochondrial function, reducing cellular energy and further disrupting gut health.

[…]

3. Boost cellular energy production — Enhance your mitochondrial function to combat glyphosate’s damaging effects on brain cells. Include targeted carbohydrates (200 to 350 grams daily for most adults) to support cellular energy production.

[…]

4. Reduce environmental exposure — Beyond food, minimize contact with glyphosate in your environment. Use natural lawn care methods instead of herbicides, filter your drinking water with systems certified to remove glyphosate and wash all produce thoroughly — even organic items due to cross-contamination.

Ukraine’s CIA Freedom Fighters

Wolves in Sheep’s Clothing

Directed by Vyacheslav Guz and Aleksandr Avilov (20240

Film Review

This film concerns an investigation by former Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) Vasily Prozorov (on behalf of Ur Leaks*) into the Russian Volunteer Corps (RVC). According to Prozorov, the RVC is a paramilitary terrorist organization run by Ukrainian intelligence. It’s supposedly made up of naturalized (now Ukrainian) former Russian citizens, seeking to “liberate Russia.” However Russian villagers who encountered RVC members when they invaded Kozinka in spring 2023 describe at least three African American RVC members speaking American English, as well as several speaking Polish, Ukrainian and other foreign languages.

After obtaining videos the RVC made of themselves, the TrackANaziMerc team (https://t.me/s/TrackAMerc), which tracks Nazi mercenaries in Ukraine, traced some of them to Quebec, Texas and Sweden. According to Prozorov, Ukraine’s Kraken Regiment provides intelligence and reconnaissance for RVC, and American mercenaries provide the weapons.**

The RVC invaded Kozinka (pop 1,097) in March 2023 and “completely liberated” it. See https://www.express.co.uk/news/world/1773083/Russia-Ukraine-war-Kozinka-border-raid

After firing on a civilian vehicle carrying the village pastor, the RVC occupied his church and raised the Ukrainian flag and made a video to post on YouTube. After the mayor attempted to talk to them, they fired on his car and shelled a school and several new homes. They then seized several civilian cars, which they set up as barricade.

Prozorov believes the so-called invasion was most likely a CIA-directed media operation for propaganda purposes. The CIA carried out many similar operations in Bosnia in the 1990s, when they trained Croats to masquerade as Serbs to disrupt strong community ties between Muslims and their Serb neighbors.

*UrLeaks sponsors journalistic investigations into Ukrainian war crimes

**According to Prozorov, CIA officers Lance Soliday and Robert Daielak have set up a scheme to provide unofficial (and illegal) Czehc munitions to Ukraine.

Read Between the Lies: A Pattern Recognition Guide

By Josh Stylman

When Avril Haines, Director of National Intelligence, announced during Event 201’s pandemic drill in 2019 that they would “flood the zone with trusted sources,” few understood this preview of coordinated narrative control. Within months, we watched it unfold in real time—unified messaging across all platforms, suppression of dissent, and coordinated narrative control that fooled much of the world.

But not everyone stayed fooled forever. Some saw through it immediately, questioning every aspect from day one. Others thought it was just incompetent government trying to protect us. Many initially accepted the precautionary principle—better safe than sorry. But as each policy failure pointed in the same direction—toward more control and less human agency—the pattern became impossible to ignore. Anyone not completely subsumed by the system eventually had to confront its true purpose: not protecting health or safety, but expanding control.

Once you recognize this pattern of deception, two questions should immediately arise whenever major stories dominate headlines: “What are they lying about?” and “What are they distracting us from?” The pattern of coordinated deception becomes unmistakable. Consider how media outlets spent three years pushing Russiagate conspiracies, driving unprecedented social division while laying the groundwork for what would become the greatest psychological operation in history. Today, while the media floods us with Ukraine coverage, BlackRock positions itself to profit from both the destruction and reconstruction. The pattern becomes unmistakable once you see it—manufactured crises driving pre-planned “solutions” that always expand institutional control.

Mainstream media operates on twin deceptions: misdirection and manipulation. The same anchors who sold us WMDs in Iraq, promoted “Russia collusion,” and insisted Hunter Biden’s laptop was “Russian disinformation” still occupy prime time slots. Just as we see with RFK, Jr.’s HHS nomination, the pattern is consistent: coordinated attacks replace substantive debate, identical talking points appear across networks, and legitimate questions are dismissed through character assassination rather than evidence. Being consistently wrong isn’t a bug—it’s a feature. Their role isn’t to inform but to manufacture consent.

The template is consistent: Saturate media with emotional spectacles while advancing institutional agendas with minimal scrutiny. Like learning to spot a fake smile or hearing a false note in music, you develop an instinct for the timing:

Money and Power:

While the media fixated on January 6th, BlackRock and Vanguard quietly tightened their grip on the residential real estate marketWhile coverage obsessed over Trump’s Twitter ban, Congress passed the largest upward transfer of wealth under cover of “Covid relief“While breathless reporting tracked every move of the Johnny Depp trial, the Fed printed more money than in the entire previous centuryWhile media flooded us with Ukraine coverage, unprecedented restrictions on energy production reshaped the global economyWhile reporters breathlessly tracked Trump indictments, central banks accelerated plans for programmable digital currency

Medical Control:

While media focused on celebrity vaccine promotion, unprecedented numbers of young athletes collapsed on fieldWhile networks ran wall-to-wall coverage of school shootings, documents revealed Pfizer knew about hundreds of side effectsWhile coverage fixated on anti-vax “misinformation,” insurance data showed alarming excess death rates

Digital Control:

While media obsessed over Twitter content moderation, digital ID infrastructure was quietly built worldwideWhile coverage focused on TikTok privacy concerns, central banks accelerated digital currency developmentWhile endless AI chatbot debates dominated headlines, biometric surveillance systems expanded globally

As these deceptions become more obvious, different forms of resistance emerge. The truth-seeking takes different forms. Some become deep experts in specific deceptions—documenting early treatment successes with repurposed drugs, uncovering hospital protocol failures, or exploring the impact of vaccine injuries. Others develop a broader lens for seeing how narratives themselves are engineered.

Walter Kirn’s brilliant pattern recognition cuts to the heart of our manufactured reality. His tweets dissecting the United CEO murder coverage expose how even violent crimes are now packaged as entertainment spectacles, complete with character arcs and narrative twists. Kirn’s insight highlights a critical dimension of media control: by turning every crisis into an entertainment narrative, they divert attention from deeper questions. Instead of asking why institutional safeguards fail or who benefits, audiences become captivated by carefully scripted outrage. This deliberate distraction ensures that institutional agendas move forward without scrutiny.

His insight reveals how entertainment packaging serves the broader control system. While each investigation requires its own expertise, this pattern of narrative manipulation connects to a larger grid of deception. As I’ve explored in “The Information Factory” and “Engineering Reality,” everything from education to medicine to currency itself has been captured by systems designed to shape not just our choices, but our very perception of reality.

Most revealing is what they don’t cover. Notice how quickly stories disappear when they threaten institutional interests. Remember the Epstein client list? The Maui land grab? The mounting vaccine injuries? The silence speaks volumes.

Consider the recent whistleblower testimonies revealing suppressed safety concerns at Boeing, a company long entangled with regulatory agencies and government contracts. Two whistleblowers—both former employees who raised alarms about safety issues—died under suspicious circumstances. Coverage of their deaths disappeared almost overnight, despite the profound implications for public safety and corporate accountability. This pattern repeats in countless cases where accountability would disrupt entrenched power structures, leaving crucial questions unanswered and narratives tightly controlled.

These decisions aren’t accidental—they result from media ownership, advertiser influence, and government pressure, ensuring the narrative remains tightly controlled.

But perhaps most striking isn’t the media’s deception itself, but how thoroughly it shapes its consumers’ reality. Watch how confidently they repeat phrases clearly engineered in think tanks. Listen as they parrot talking points with religious conviction: “January 6th was worse than 9/11,” “Trust The Science™,” “Democracy is on the ballot” and, perhaps the most consequential lie in modern history, “Safe and Effective.”

The professional-managerial class proves especially susceptible to this programming. Their expertise becomes a prison of status—the more they’ve invested in institutional approval, the more fervently they defend institutional narratives. Watch how quickly a doctor who questions vaccine safety loses his license, how swiftly a professor questioning gender ideology faces review, how rapidly a journalist stepping out of line gets blacklisted.

The system ensures compliance through economic capture: your mortgage becomes your leash, your professional status your prison guard. The same lawyers who prides themselves on critical thinking will aggressively shut down any questioning of official narratives. The professor who teaches “questioning power structures” becomes apoplectic when students question pharmaceutical companies.

The circular validation makes the programming nearly impenetrable:

Media cites “experts”Experts cite peer-reviewed studiesStudies are funded by industryIndustry shapes media coverage“Fact-checkers” cite media consensusAcademia enforces approved conclusions

This self-reinforcing system forms a perfect closed loop:

Each component validates the others while excluding outside information. Try finding the entry point for actual truth in this closed system. The professional class’s pride in their critical thinking becomes darkly ironic—they’ve simply outsourced their opinions to “authoritative sources.”

Most disturbing is how willingly they’ve surrendered their sovereignty. Watch them defer:

“I follow the science” (translation: I wait for approved conclusions)“According to experts” (translation: I don’t think for myself)“Fact-checkers say” (translation: I let others determine truth)“The consensus is” (translation: I align with power)

Their empathy becomes a weapon used against them. Question lockdowns? You’re killing grandma. Doubt transition surgery for minors? You’re causing suicides. Resist equity initiatives? You’re perpetuating oppression. The programming works by making resistance feel like cruelty.

Something remarkable is happening beneath the surface noise: a genuine awakening that defies traditional political boundaries. You see it in the subtle exchanges between colleagues when official narratives strain credibility. In the growing silence at dinner parties as propaganda talking points fall flat. In the knowing looks between strangers when public health theatre reaches new heights of absurdity.

This isn’t a movement in the traditional sense—it can’t be, since traditional movement structures are vulnerable to infiltration, subversion, and capture. Instead, it’s more like a spontaneous emergence of pattern recognition. A distributed awakening without central leadership or formal organization. Those who see through the patterns recognize the mass formation for what it is, while its subjects project their own programming onto others, dismissing pattern recognition as “conspiracy theories,” “anti-science,” or other reflexive labels designed to prevent genuine examination.

The hardest truth isn’t recognizing the programming—it’s confronting what it means for human consciousness and society itself. We’re watching real-time evidence that most human minds can be captured and redirected through sophisticated psychological operations. Their thoughts aren’t their own, yet they’d die defending what they’ve been programmed to believe.

This isn’t just media criticism anymore—it’s an existential question about human consciousness and free will. What does it mean when a species’ capacity for independent thought can be so thoroughly hijacked? When natural empathy and moral instincts become weapons of control? When education and expertise actually decrease resistance to programming?

The programming works because it hijacks core human drives:

The need for social acceptance (e.g., masking as a visible symbol of conformity)The desire to be seen as good/moral (e.g., adopting performative stances on social issues without deeper understanding)The instinct to trust authority (e.g., faith in public health officials despite repeated policy reversals)The fear of ostracism (e.g., avoiding dissent to maintain social harmony)The comfort of conformity (e.g., parroting narratives to avoid cognitive dissonance)The addiction to status (e.g., signaling compliance to maintain professional or social standing)

Each natural human trait becomes a vulnerability to be exploited. The most educated become the most programmable because their status addiction runs deepest. Their “critical thinking” becomes a script running on corrupted hardware.

This is the core challenge of our time: Can human consciousness evolve faster than the systems designed to hijack it? Can pattern recognition and awareness spread faster than manufactured consensus? Can enough people learn to read between the lies before the programming becomes complete?

Bird Flu Should Be Subject of Criminal Investigation

Cattle in California allegedly killed by latest clade of H5N1 bird flu.

John Leake

When Dr. Peter McCullough, Nicholas Hulscher, and I investigated reports of what is being represented to the public as a new clade of H5N1 bird flu, it became apparent to me that life sciences professionals—at least those outside the clique that is performing Gain-of-Function research on H5N1—are lacking sufficient information to ascertain the reality of this phenomenon.

This is why, in our discussions about our paper—Proximal Origin of Epidemic Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza H5N1 Clade 2.3.4.4b and Spread by Migratory Waterfowl—I emphasized the urgent need for further investigation of this phenomenon. As we wrote in our Conclusion:

The proximal origins of highly pathogenic avian influenza H5N1 Clade 2.3.4.4b may be the USDA Southeast Poultry Research Laboratory (SEPRL) in Athens, Georgia and the Erasmus Medical Centre in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Genetic evidence and historical context suggest that laboratory activities, including serial passage and GOF research, could have contributed to the emergence of H5N1 clade 2.3.4.4b. However, causation has not been established, and further investigation is urgently needed to confirm these findings and to identify all H5N1 laboratory leaks that may have occurred with a focus on mallard ducks and other migratory waterfowl, which have the potential to infect a large number of poultry and livestock facilities around the world. A moratorium on GOF research including serial passage of H5N1 is indicated to prevent a man-made influenza pandemic affecting animals and humans.

A few notable life science professionals who publish on Substack have apparently drawn the conclusion that concerns about Gain-of-Function work on H5N1 are either overblown or completely unfounded. Based on my careful reading of the literature on H5N1, I am not so sure.

The public is being told that there is an influenza virus circulating that primarily affects birds, but that has also expanded its host range to infect mammals—most notably domesticated cattle and marine mammals. I suspect that some elements of this representation are based in factual reality, while others may be exaggerated or fabricated.

The proper why to get to the bottom of this story is to launch a criminal investigation, the rationale for which is the massive destruction of property that has already occurred—namely, the culling of millions of chickens and the purported deaths of hundreds of thousands of cattle in California.

If these animals were killed by masked brigands, an investigation would be performed to detect the perpetrators and to prosecute them for wanton destruction of livestock. It is only because the deaths of these animals are allegedly the result of a natural phenomenon—and not human agency—that no criminal investigation has been launched.

Here it should be noted that the USDA is aware of a 2021 paper titled ‘H5Nx Viruses emerged during the suppression of H5N1 virus populations in poultry’ by a research team of the University of Georgia:

We show that H5Nx viruses emerged during the successful suppression of H5N1 virus populations in poultry [in China], providing an opportunity for antigenically distinct H5Nx viruses to propagate. Avian influenza vaccination programs would benefit from universal vaccines targeting a wider diversity of influenza viruses to prevent the emergence of novel subtypes [6].

The findings of these researchers present an illustrative case of Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche’s thesis that mass vaccination with nonsterilizing vaccines can result in the emergence of a new, more virulent viral strain [7]. As the University of Georgia team note, “In particular, we show that the widespread use of H5N1 vaccines likely conferred a fitness advantage to H5Nx viruses due to the antigenic mismatch of the neuraminidase genes” [6].

Likewise, conventional wisdom has it that H5N1 clade 2.3.4.4b was first detected in October 2020 in the Netherlands, and that this clade purportedly evolved from H5Nx viruses and possesses even greater pathogenic functions [8].

An especially striking feature of the newly emerged H5N1 clade 2.3.4.4b is how rapidly it spread from birds in Europe to birds in North America. This rapid spread contrasts with the previously slow intercontinental spread of the goose/ Guangdong-lineage of H5N1. After emerging in China in 1996, it was first detected in Europe in 2005, and then in the United States in 2014 [9].

While it apparently took nine years for earlier variants to spread from Europe to the United States, H5N1 clade 2.3.4.4b was first detected in the Netherlands in October 2020 and then in the United States in late 2021 [8,9]. What could account for the new variant’s extraordinarily rapid intercontinental spread?

In a July 11, 2022 paper in Nature titled ‘Transatlantic spread of highly pathogenic avian influenza H5N1 by wild birds from Europe to North America in 2021,’ a large international team offered the hypothesis that birds migrating from Europe to Iceland and other North Atlantic islands, and from there to North America in 2021, must have carried the virus across the Atlantic [10]. As they noted in their conclusion:

The HPAI H5N1 viruses that were detected in Newfoundland in November and December 2021 originated from Northwest Europe and belonged to HPAI clade 2.3.4.4b. Most likely, these viruses emerged in Northwest Europe in winter 2020/2021, dispersed from Europe in late winter or early spring 2021, and arrived in Newfoundland in autumn 2021. The viruses may have been carried across the Atlantic by migratory birds using different routes, including Icelandic, Greenland/Arctic, or pelagic routes. The unusually high presence of the viruses in European wild bird populations in late winter and spring 2021, as well as the greater involvement of barnacle and greylag geese in the epidemiology of HPAI in Europe since October 2020, may explain why spread to Newfoundland happened this winter (2021/2022), and not in the previous winters” [10].

This conclusion contains an implausible element and a notable omission. First, the hypothetical spread of a new avian influenza variant by migratory birds from Europe to North America by crossing the North Atlantic has never been documented before and therefore appears to be unprecedented. Second, the paper’s conclusion omits the fact that at the same time (December 2021) the H5N1 clade 2.3.4.4b was purportedly detected in birds in Newfoundland, it was also detected in ducks in South Carolina, just two hundred miles east of the USDA’s Southeast Poultry Research Laboratory (SEPRL), which began performing serial passage experiments with H5Nx viruses on mallard ducks in the spring of 2021 [1113]. H5Nx viruses share the H5 hemagglutinin (HA) protein but have different Neuraminidase (NA) proteins, ranging from H5N1 to H5N9.

It seems to me that simply dismissing the entire literature on H5N1 clade 2.3.4.4b as mere fiction—fabricated for the purpose of manipulating the public—is not a sensible approach to this phenomenon. There is indeed abundant evidence that the true objective of Gain-of-Function research is to create new pathogens in order to justify the world’s government spending billions on new vaccines, thereby enriching people in the vaccine business.

However, this does NOT warrant simply dismissing the proposition that GoF-manipulated H5N1 viruses pose a clear and present danger to human health. Dismissing this proposition ignores mankind’s recent catastrophic experience with SARS-CoV-2 and the mountain of evidence that it originated in a lab.

Whether or not the public can be manipulated into accepting yet another dubious mass vaccination campaign will likely depend on whether or not an alarming number of people fall gravely ill. Theoretical models of disease spread and news media reporting probably won’t suffice. Reasonable adults will only become afraid if they have the experience of friends and family members falling gravely ill.

However, it seems to me that the phenomenon that is being called H5N1 clade 2.3.4.4b should not only be a matter of debate among life science professionals, but should be the subject of a rigorous criminal investigation.

There is plenty of evidence that this virus is being manipulated in university and USDA laboratories. What exactly these bio-technicians have done and continue to do should be ascertained by law enforcement agencies with the power to subpoena documents and witnesses.

Is UK on Brink of Economic Collapse?

Alex Krainer

The sequence of events that took place during the last few months of this year, including the presidential elections in the United States and the war in Syria overshadowed important developments in the news cycle, especially on the economic front. One of them is the approaching collapse of Great Britain.

I believe that we are close to the precipice of events that will remain recorded in history, perhaps like the 1921 Weimar republic hyperinflation, 1929 stock market crash, or the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991. The events will cause a lot of pain for great many people, but if we correctly anticipate them and prepare for the coming changes, at the very least we should be able to weather the storm intact.

[…]

Catastrophic fiscal conditions

[…]

The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) recently downgraded Britain’s economic prospects. They predicted that in 2024, the UK will have the worst performing economy among all the G7 nations with an expected growth of only 0.4%, not 1.1%; and 1% in 2025, not 2%.

But as it now turns out, even the OECD was much too optimistic. Namely, the official figures show that the British economy actually shrank 0.1% month-on-month for two months in a row, in September and October 2024

[…]

The most important indication that something was very wrong was the fact that the Bank of England (BOE) felt obliged to open the monetary spigots wide. Recall, on 22 July they hastily introduced a repo program, announced as a bold “transition towards a new system for supplying reserves” to financial institutions. This move was clear evidence that one or more of British financial institutions were about to collapse.

By September 5, the program already ballooned to over £40 billion. We’ll take a small detour to talk about repos here because it’s important to explain what repos are and why BOE’s launching a repo program is significant. If you feel you know enough about repos, feel free to skip to the next heading.

The repo red flag

Repos or repurchase agreements are an important source of funding for large financial institutions. A repo is a form of borrowing where the borrower sells securities to the lender with an agreement to repurchase them at a slightly higher price. Simply, it’s a form of secured loan. In the first step of the transaction, the lender buys some financial assets from the borrower.

The assets also represent the collateral which secures the loan. Normally, the collateral in question would be highly liquid, low-risk securities like government bonds, but they could also be mortgage-backed securities. In the second step, the borrower repurchases the securities at a higher price. The difference between the sale and the repurchase price reflects the interest on the loan that’s due to the lender. The lender might also demand that the loan be overcollateralized: that the value of the collateral exceeds the purchase amount by some percentage.

Repos are usually very short-term transactions, most often overnight, but they can also be arranged for longer time intervals spanning several days or several weeks. They can also be open ended, with no term specified. As a rule, in repo transactions the lenders are private, non-depositary financial institutions or money market funds. For them, repo transactions are a lucrative source of investment returns as they earn reliable interest income in transactions that are almost risk-free. The borrowers are usually investment banks for whom the repo market is a critically important source of liquidity.

In the U.S. over a $1 trillion in repo transactions are conducted each day. During financial crises, however, the repo market is one of the first to seize up. If a borrower is unable to repurchase the securities they sold, the lender might remain stuck with the collateral. In a crisis, the value of that collateral could collapse. In such conditions, the lenders might demand higher interest rates and higher rates of recollateralization. They might even be unwilling to engage in repo transactions at all.

In 2007, the Global Financial Crisis was catalyzed by a run on the repo market: the funding for investment banks became either prohibitively expensive or entirely unavailable. At that time the Fed did not enter the repo markets, but Ben Bernanke injected at least $1.5 trillion of liquidity by purchasing financial assets through other, longer-term facilities.

In 2019, yet another financial crisis was about to hit the proverbial fan. In August 2019, the President of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, James Bullard said that, “Something is going on, and that’s causing, I think, a total rethink of central banking and all our cherished notions about what we think we’re doing… We just have to stop thinking that next year things are going to be normal.” Well, as we now know, within a few months we got the New Normal!

The repo rates in the U.S. have been rising steadily since 2015, but by 2019 that trend began to accelerate quite sharply. On 16 September, repo rates exploded to 8%, fully 6% above the Fed Funds rate.

To avert another, much bigger Lehman Brothers moment, the Fed hastily intervened as the lender of last resort, providing tens of billions of dollars in liquidity to the repo markets. The intervention was supposed to be only temporary. The Fed’s repo facility was meant to be shut down by 10 October 2019. Except it wasn’t: instead, it continued to expand from the initial $53 billion to surpass $200 billion by the end of October.

We don’t know the full story however, because like the British authorities today, the Fed kept things very obscure. Writing about the episode in January 2022, Fed Watchers Pam and Russ Martens wrote that, “We’ve never before seen a total news blackout of a financial news story of this magnitude in our 35 years of monitoring Wall Street and the Fed.” The Fed never had disclosed which banks got how much repo cash[1]. The reason for all the secrecy was that the problem was much bigger than we were told and it wasn’t limited to the United States.

On Saturday, 19 October 2019 the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund held a meeting in New York. On the occasion, UN Secretary-General António Guterres spoke and underscored that the world economy was in “tense and testing times,” and facing severe headwinds. He pleaded with the overlords of global finance to “do everything possible” to avert the “the possibility of a Great Fracture” in the world. By January 2020, we had numerous reports about interbank lending and commercial credit drying up in Europe, with banks issuing margin calls and cutting credit lines. It appeared that a massive financial crisis was imminent.

But just then, a miracle happened!

But just then a fortuitous event almost miraculously rescued the banking system. The World Health Organization declared the Covid 19 pandemic, creating the perfect smokescreen for the bankers to stage a veritable global banking coup followed by the largest ever bailout of the entire Western financial system.

In the U.S. the CARES Act was passed, providing a $6.2 trillion ‘stimulus’ package for the economy. How much is $6.2 trillion? It is nearly $20,000 per man, woman and child living in the United States. Not only that, US lawmakers somehow had the foresight to introduce this Act into the Congressional procedure already in January 2019, more than a year before the pandemic was declared.

Ultimately, the total bailout gifted to the bankers exceeded 10 trillion dollars – well more than $30,000 per man, woman and child living in the United States.

That sum clearly dwarfed the Fed’s repo facility, but the repos were essential in averting the collapse in September 2019. Thanks to their opacity and complexity, repos saved the day as a sort of a Swiss Army knife in the bankers’ survival toolkit. For example, they can serve as a means of perpetual bailout: among others, Lehman Brothers systematically used repo transactions to conceal their investment losses and create for a time a false impression of liquidity. For central banks, repos can be a covert mechanism of monetary policy. The Reserve Bank of India routinely uses repos and reverse repos to increase or decrease money supply in the economy.

Today, it seems that we are at the precipice once more. Keir Starmer’s budget represents the largest fiscal loosening since the 2020 lockdowns and the Bank of England is flooding the financial system with liquidity. It is fair to ask then, how bad could things be in the UK?

The black hole: £71 or £22 billion?

I don’t really know the answer to that question. As a market analyst and a former hedge fund manager, I regularly read the financial press, and I’ve done so for over 25 years. But over that time, I couldn’t help noticing that UK’s public finances aren’t subject to the same level of scrutiny as those of other nations. We hear a lot about the US, Japan, Germany, France, or China. About Britain, not so much.

What we can find from public sources isn’t exactly sensational. We already know that UK’s government debt is high and rising; in 2023 it was nearly £116 billion, 27% more than the year before. UK’s Office of National Statistics says that the government added £64.1 billion in deficit spending through August this year and that debt-to-GDP ratio reached 100%.

The figures are bad, but they’re hardly panic-inducing stuff. I suspect that the real state of things is much worse and that it is being deliberately concealed.

There are times however, when some truth breaks into the public view through political squabbles. For example, on May 1 this year, Kier Starmer confronted then Prime Minister Rishi Sunak about the £46 billion black hole before correcting himself, first to £64 billion and then to staggering £71 billion! Whatever the case, the “black hole” is there and it is probably much bigger than we know. Of course, by the time Starmer became Prime Minister, the hole had magically shrunk to ‘only’ £22 billion – the sum that’s perhaps small enough that it can be fixed in part by freezing a few thousand pensioners this winter.

The system that demands human sacrifice

Incidentally: what is this financial system that requires a limitless flow of free money to gorge the gods of finance while at the same time it inflicts savage austerity on the poorest and most vulnerable members of society, condemning many of them literally to death. Whatever the Gods of finance are, they clearly demand human sacrifice. Our liberal democracies fear these gods enough that they are prepared to appease them at an industrial scale.

To save about £1.4 billion, Sir Keir Starmer has decided to cut winter fuel subsidies to 10 million pensioners in Britain. Back in 2017 Tory Prime Minister Theresa May floated a similar proposal. At the time, Labour was in opposition and their own research concluded that cutting winter fuel allowances would kill an estimated 3,850 pensioners that winter. That was five years before “typical household energy bills increased by 54% in April 2022 and 27% in October that year.

Britain now has the highest cost of energy in the world and the required human sacrifice could turn out considerably higher than 3,850 pensioners, all to save a relatively insignificant sum of money: a mere £1.4 billion of the supposed £22 billion fiscal black hole.

[…]

Then there’s the all-consuming Project Ukraine. From February 2022 until now, Britain allegedly spent more than £13 billion in aid to Ukraine. But the real damage from this misadventure cost many times more. Sanctions against Russia have caused extensive damage to Britain’s economy, starting with a sharp increase in prices of energy and other inputs. Farmers reported that the cost of fertilizer has quadrupled, from £250/ton before the sanctions to £1,000/ton today. Many British companies lost business on account of sanctions.

Guantanamo Detainee Held Without Charge Since 2022 Released

A total of 26 people are still being held at the prison that the US promised to shut down in 2009

The Pentagon has announced the repatriation of a Tunisian detainee, who had been held at Guantanamo Bay prison since its opening in 2002.

Ridah Bin Saleh al Yazidi was among the first terrorist suspects brought to Guantanamo Bay on its first day on January 11, 2002. Despite spending 24 years at the facility, located within a US naval base in Cuba, he was never formally charged.

US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin had notified Congress of his intention to support the release of al Yazidi in January this year, the Department of Defense said in a statement on Monday.

And now “in consultation with our partner in Tunisia, we completed the requirements for responsible transfer,” the statement read.

According to the Pentagon, al Yazidi was airlifted from Guantanamo Bay to Tunisia in a covert operation. No details of the security arrangements surrounding the 59-year-old’s return to his home country were released.

The Tunisian had been captured in Pakistan, near the Afghanistan border, shortly after the 9/11 attacks as part of a group of 30 men, some of whom were believed to have been bodyguards of Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden.

A leaked 2007 prison assessment described al Yazidi as a potentially dangerous detainee, who exhibited hostility toward the guards. However, in 2010, a task force under the administration of then US President Barack Obama cleared the Tunisian for release to another country, stating that he could not be prosecuted for war crimes.

Ian Moss, a former State Department official involved in detainee transfers, told the New York Times that al Yazidi “could have been gone a while ago but for Tunisian foot-dragging.”

Tunisia had initially been deemed unsafe or unwilling to accept him, while the detainee refused to discuss his transfer with other countries, Moss explained.

Al Yazidi’s release comes as part of the push by the administration of outgoing US President Joe Biden to reduce the prison population at Guantanamo Bay. The latest case was the fourth detainee transfer from the facility in two weeks.

The Tunisian’s departure leaves 26 detainees at Guantanamo Bay, down from 40 when Biden took office. Among them, 14 are approved for transfer to other countries, while another nine are in pretrial proceedings or convicted of war crimes. This means that the Biden administration will likely also be unable to achieve the goal of closing the prison announced by Obama back in 2009.[…]Via https://www.rt.com/news/610221-guantanamo-pentagon-us-tunisia/

The Link Between Chlorine-Treated Water and Cancer

Dr Mercola

Story at-a-glanceResearchers have identified chloronitramide anion as a byproduct in chlorine-treated water, raising concerns due to its structural similarity to known toxic molecules and its consistent presence in tested samplesHigh levels of trihalomethanes (THMs) in drinking water are linked to an increased risk of colorectal cancer in men, particularly affecting the proximal colonElevated levels of total trihalomethanes (TTHM) and haloacetic acids (HAA5) in drinking water are associated with a higher risk of endometrial cancer, especially for low-grade tumors among women with long-term exposureThe presence of chloronitramide anion in America’s water supplies highlights the need to reevaluate current water treatment methods and policies due its similarity to other known toxic compoundsTo safeguard your health, invest in whole-house water filtration systems that remove common contaminants in water, as well as keeping them maintained to provide constant protection

Toxic pollutants continue to be detected in America’s drinking water, putting millions of Americans at risk for chronic disease. According to a report from the National Resources Defense Council (NRDC):1

“Chronic underinvestment has left water infrastructure outdated and on the verge of collapse in many places across the country …

Lead, per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances known as PFAS, industrial pollution, and agricultural runoff are contaminating the drinking water for hundreds of millions of people — and many don’t even know it.”

PFAS, also known as forever chemicals, have been linked to different diseases, such as cancer, liver problems, abnormal fetal development and hormone disruption.2 Now, the list of pollutants has gotten longer. Researchers have discovered a pollutant so new that its effects on public health haven’t been determined yet — chloronitramide anion.

Chloronitramide Anion — A New Byproduct Identified in US Drinking Water

A study published in Science investigated the presence of a previously unidentified byproduct resulting from the decomposition of inorganic chloramines in U.S. drinking water systems. The research focused on chloraminated water, which is a common disinfectant treatment aimed at preventing the growth of harmful microorganisms.3 For context, chloramine is a mixture of chlorine and ammonia.4

The study examined 10 chloraminated drinking water systems across the United States, serving more than 113 million people. By analyzing 40 water samples from these chloraminated systems, the researchers discovered “chloronitramide anion” (Cl–N–NO2−), a new byproduct formed during the breakdown of mono- and dichloramines.5 It was consistently detected in all tested samples.6

The water samples had median concentration of 23 micrograms per liter, with the actual range going as low as 1.3 micrograms per liter to as high as 92 micrograms per liter. Notably, chloronitramide anion was absent in ultrapure water and in drinking water systems that do not use chlorine-based disinfectants, indicating a direct link between chloramine usage and its formation.7

While the exact toxicity of chloronitramide anion remains unknown, its structural similarity to other toxic molecules suggests that its prevalence poses significant health implications.8 According to a report from NBC News:9

“It could take years to figure out whether chloronitramide anion is dangerous — it’s never been studied …

The scientists said they have no hard evidence to suggest that the compound represents a danger, but that it bears similarities to other chemicals of concern. They think it deserves scrutiny because it’s been detected so widely.”

Now that scientists know what the byproduct is, they’re now moving onto the study phase. According to lead author Julian Fairey, “Now, we can go about the hard work of trying to figure out what its toxicological relevance is in our water systems.”10

Chlorinated Water Linked to Higher Colorectal Cancer Risk in Men

In another study, conducted in Sweden, researchers delved into how long-term exposure to trihalomethanes (THMs) in chlorinated drinking water influence the chances of developing colorectal cancer. Researchers aimed to uncover whether elevated levels of these byproducts, commonly found in treated water, could be a significant risk factor for this type of cancer:11

“Although several drinking-water disinfection byproducts are confirmed rodent carcinogens, the evidence in humans for carcinogenicity associated with these byproducts, including colorectal cancer, is still inconclusive.”

The study examined 58,672 participants (32,872 men and 25,800 women), drawing data from the Swedish Mammography Cohort and the Cohort of Swedish Men. Participants were monitored over an average period of nearly 17 years, accumulating over 988,000 person-years of data. The focus was on individuals who consumed water from public systems, ensuring that the findings were relevant to typical drinking water sources.12

Findings revealed a connection between high THM concentrations (15 micrograms per liter or more) and an increased risk of proximal colon cancer in men. Specifically, exposure at this range puts men at a 59% greater risk compared to those with lower exposure. Interestingly, the study did not observe a similar association in women, indicating that the risk differs based on gender.13

The research also highlighted that the proximal part of the colon, the section closest to the small intestine, was particularly affected by THM exposure. The risk for men in this intestinal region was significantly elevated, emphasizing the localized impact of these chemicals within the gut. The findings also align with previous studies cited by the researchers, reinforcing the threat posed by THMs in drinking water.14

For context, THMs form when chlorine, which is used to disinfect water, reacts with natural organic materials present in the water supply. These chemicals are not just byproducts — they possess DNA-damaging properties, leading to mutations that ultimately lead to cancer. “High THM concentrations in drinking water were associated with increased risk of colorectal cancer in men,” the researchers noted.15

Biologically, THMs are reactive substances. When they enter the body, they interact with cellular components, leading to genotoxicity. This means they damage the genetic information within cells, causing mutations that result in cancer.

Previous animal test studies cited by the researchers have shown that exposure to THMs lead to the formation of aberrant crypts and large-intestine carcinomas, providing a plausible mechanism for how THMs contribute to cancer development in humans.16

Water Contaminants Increase Endometrial Cancer Risk

In another study, researchers investigated the relationship between certain chemicals found in drinking water and the risk of developing endometrial cancer, which affects the lining of the uterus. Specifically, the team looked at disinfection byproducts (DBPs) like total trihalomethanes (TTHM) and haloacetic acids (HAA5) to determine their impact on endometrial cancer risk.17

The researchers selected a group of postmenopausal women aged 55 to 69 years from the Iowa Women’s Health Study cohort. It included 10,501 women who had been using the same public water supply for over 10 years, ensuring consistent exposure levels to DBPs across the participants.18

Findings revealed that women with higher average concentrations of DBPs in their drinking water had an increased risk of endometrial cancer, and those in the highest percentile of exposure showed a significant association in risk. This trend was particularly evident for low-grade tumors, which are less aggressive and typically have a better prognosis than high-grade Type I tumors.19

The study further highlighted that long-term exposure to DBP levels above half the maximum contaminant level (MCL) was linked to higher cancer risk. Women who had been exposed to this specific range for more than median period (16 years) showed a stronger association compared to those with no such exposure.20

Interestingly, the research found no significant link between nitrate levels in the drinking water and the risk of endometrial cancer. Nitrates are common contaminants, especially in agricultural areas, but in this case, they did not influence cancer risk the same way DBPs did. “We did not observe any statistically significant associations or trends across quintiles of dietary nitrate or nitrite,” according to the researchers.21

DBPs like TTHM and HAA5 contribute to cancer development by disrupting hormonal balances in the body. These chemicals interfere with hormone receptors and hormone homeostasis, leading to increased estrogen levels and decreased progesterone levels. This environment is a known risk factor for endometrial cancer, as it promotes the growth and proliferation of cancerous cells in the uterine lining.22

The study also noted that some DBPs have been classified as probable human carcinogens due to their ability to bind to hormone receptors and disrupt normal hormonal functions. Animal studies support these findings, showing that ingestion of DBPs lead to infertility, disrupted estrous cycles and elevated estradiol levels, all of which are linked to increased cancer risk.23

How to Protect Yourself from Toxic Water Contaminants

Modern environmental toxins constantly infiltrate the country’s water supply, undermining your cellular energy production and overall health. Contaminants such as heavy metals and pharmaceutical residues disrupt mitochondrial function and pose significant risks to your well-being. And now, the public also has to deal with chloronitramide anion.

Here are effective solutions to shield yourself and your family from water-based environmental threats:

1. Install a comprehensive whole-house water filtration system — Protecting your entire household from toxic water contaminants begins with a robust filtration system.

Available whole-house filtration systems include reverse osmosis, ion exchange and activated carbon block filtration, which eliminate chlorine, THMs, heavy metals and other harmful chemicals in different degrees. Do your due diligence to find out which one is the best for your home at a comfortable price point.

By ensuring that all water entering your home is purified (both drinking and showering water), you’re preventing toxins from impairing your cellular energy production.

2. Filter both drinking and shower water separately — While a whole-house filtration system provides broad protection, adding another layer of filtration at the point of use will further enhance safety. Install high-quality reverse osmosis or activated carbon filters on your kitchen taps to ensure that your drinking water is free from residual toxins.

For shower water, use specialized shower filters to remove chlorine and other chemicals that are absorbed through the skin. This dual-filtration approach ensures comprehensive protection for all household water uses.

3. Regularly test and monitor your water quality — Maintaining optimal filtration requires regular assessment of your water quality. Resources such as the Environmental Working Group’s Tap Water Database will help identify prevalent contaminants in your area.24

For precise analysis, especially if you rely on well water or live near industrial/agricultural sites, I recommend conducting independent water testing with a laboratory. Regular monitoring allows you to adjust your filtration systems as needed, ensuring continuous protection against emerging water toxins that disrupt cellular functions.

4. Stay informed and upgrade filtration technologies as needed — New water contaminants will always emerge due to the constant intrusion of industrial waste and environmental pollution into our water supply. Staying updated on the latest advancements in water filtration technology will ensure your systems effectively target the most current threats.

5. Maintain and service your filtration systems regularly — To ensure that your water filtration systems operate at peak efficiency, regular maintenance is crucial. Replace filters according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and perform routine inspections to identify any signs of wear or malfunction.

Well-maintained systems are more effective at removing contaminants, thereby continuously supporting your mitochondrial function and cellular energy production.

11 Dead in ‘Safe and Effective’ Bird Flu Vaccine Trial as Big Pharma Races to Roll Out Jabs

The People’s Voice

Serious safety concerns are surfacing after 11 participants died during trials for the bird flu vaccine AUDENZ™, touted as “safe and effective” by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

The alarming fatalities have been covered up by the mainstream media and are fueling questions about whether lessons from the controversial COVID-19 vaccine rollout are being overlooked.

Amid heightened alarmism from media and health officials over a potential bird flu pandemic, pharmaceutical giants and health authorities are rushing to fast-track H5N1 vaccines, sparking concerns about safety and the accelerated pace of development.

11 trial participants die during testing of new bird flu vaccine, raising serious safety concerns

Dr. Leana Wen, a prominent public health advocate, has called on the Biden administration to expedite vaccine authorization in the remaining weeks of his presidency to bolster the nation’s defenses. “We cannot afford to wait,” Dr. Wen claimed. “Delays in vaccine development and distribution could leave us unprepared for the worst-case scenario.”

However, critics argue that the rushed development of AUDENZ™—a vaccine approved for emergency use—echoes the mistakes made during the COVID-19 vaccine rollout, where opaque safety testing led to widespread public distrust and skyrocketing adverse events.

The UK has already ordered five million doses of the AUDENZ™ vaccine as part of the government’s pandemic preparedness plan, with other European countries preparing to follow suit. But data from its clinical trials paint a troubling picture.

In addition to 11 fatalities, trial participants experienced elevated troponin T levels, a marker for cardiac stress or damage, raising concerns about potential heart injuries.

The trial’s design has also drawn criticism. Participants were only monitored for a few weeks, leaving long-term safety and efficacy data unavailable.

Dr. Richard Bartlett, a vocal advocate for rigorous vaccine safety standards, expressed serious concerns.

“Tracking participants for just a few weeks is grossly inadequate,” Dr. Bartlett said. “We need at least six months to a year to evaluate long-term effects and monitor for delayed complications.”

Dr. Bartlett also questioned the vaccine’s limited scope: “The package insert clearly states AUDENZ™ only protects against the specific H5N1 subtype in the vaccine. What happens if the virus mutates? The public deserves answers before we start rolling out millions of doses.”

The push for bird flu vaccines has revived memories of the rushed COVID-19 vaccine rollout, which many critics believe prioritized speed over safety.

The COVID vaccines were introduced under emergency use authorizations with limited long-term safety data, and the consequences have been disastrous for some.

Reports of adverse events, including myocarditis, blood clots, and neurological issues, have fueled widespread skepticism and eroded public trust in health authorities.

“The COVID-19 vaccines should have taught us that rushing safety protocols comes with a steep cost,” Dr. Bartlett said. “Instead of learning from those mistakes, we seem to be repeating them—this time with a new pandemic threat.”

While pandemic preparedness is important, it cannot come at the expense of rigorous safety standards or ethical oversight. Yet time and again, the global elite, in partnership with Big Pharma, have exploited public fear—amplified by relentless mainstream media fearmongering—to push their agendas, coercing the masses into accepting rushed vaccines with minimal transparency.

The public deserves both protection and accountability—without shortcuts that risk repeating past tragedies.

Dr. Wen’s call for urgency comes as the Biden administration faces growing pressure from Big Pharma and the Covid cabal to act swiftly. However, looming political shifts are set to drastically alter the landscape.

The incoming Trump administration, with figures like Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in key health roles, has Big Pharma bracing for scrutiny and potential roadblocks to their vaccine initiatives.

Bolivia’s Use Of Chlorine Dioxide Led To Best Covid Outcomes In South America

Pierre Kory, MD, MPA

Chlorine dioxide is a broad antimicrobial that is safe for ingestion. Bolivian MP’s passed a law supporting widespread use to combat Covid. This action led to a massive reduction in deaths.

In my first post in this series, I introduced the topic of chlorine dioxide as a therapeutic within its “political” context, not scientific. After a cursory introduction regarding its safety along with a few citations of its efficacy, I highlighted the regulatory, media, and judicial attacks against any who manufacture, recommend and/or sell chlorine dioxide for medicinal purposes via oral ingestion.

A key point I brought attention to is the bizarre prohibition against “oral ingestion” that “they” are trying to block at all costs (despite studies of both oral and IV administration showing little to no toxicity and the fact that there are numerous products already on the market for oral and/or dental applications).

In this post, I will share what I recently learned of what happened in Bolivia around chlorine dioxide. I think it is a story the world needs to hear. Again, these are the first of a series of posts on chlorine dioxide with later ones going more deeply into the data on safety and efficacy as well as treatment approaches for various conditions.

[…]

THE BOLIVIAN EXPERIENCE

The most notable event around chlorine dioxide in Bolivia was when a group of parliamentarians managed (somehow) to pass a law which allowed for the manufacture and distribution (and use) of chlorine dioxide in Bolivia on October 14, 2020.

[…]

To give what the Bolivians did some additional context, know that other South American countries also attempted such legislative efforts: a similar petition action was taken by Brazil’s chamber of deputies a year after Bolivia, but the law was quickly rescinded after the president changed from Bolsonaro (right) to Lula (left)/

[…]

And then in Peru, a group of parliamentarians passed a resolution to “study its use” in Covid (49 parliamentarians to be exact). However, as this newspaper article outlines, the fight over the resolution and over chlorine dioxide was both highly political and either willfully or negligently misinformed by the health authorities in opposition.

[…]

Also know that in Peru in June 2020, the Chief of the Covid Command in Ayacucho, a region of 100,000 people, was dismissed for treating patients with chlorine dioxide/

[…]

A similar pro-chlorine dioxide petition effort also took place in Paraguay’s Chamber of Deputies.

[…]

THE BOLIVIAN EXPERIENCE

Lets get back to Bolivia now because that is where the “action” really happened around chlorine dioxide in South America.

After the law supporting the manufacture and use of chlorine dioxide was passed, the Bolivian Ministry of Health quickly issued a press release attacking the law and also the idea that chlorine dioxide was safe or that there was evidence it had anti-viral properties (which is astounding given it is likely the broadest and most effective viricide in use).

The Ministry tried to assert their authority by stating that the law was in opposition to its guidelines as a health authority and its responsibility to protect the health of the general population in Bolivia. Of course the “health of the Bolivian people” was their primary institutional concern! Who would ever openly question that?

[…]

Unsurprisingly, after Bolivia passed the law allowing for the manufacture and distribution of chlorine dioxide, newspapers (gleefully?) reported that this action directly defied the PAHO (a specialized health agency of the United Nations).

[…]

Thus the actual scientific and clinical data results of the Bolivian program are not accurately known (which I would argue is as intended) however, as you will see below, the epidemiological and anecdotal evidence is overwhelming (including reports of eradication of Covid in certain cities).

The below interview televised on “El Pais” is fascinating given that El Pais is one of the largest media outlets in Bolivia. Unlike the way the U.S media treated the topic of ivermectin, El Pais “presented both sides” by interviewing one clinical researcher who stated its safety and efficacy and then they interviewed a pharmacy regulator who stated there is insufficient evidence for chlorine dioxide and that it is dangerous to patients. The actually broadcast contrasting opinions instead of having someone simply call it a horse dewormer (or toxic bleach in this case) over and over again. Worth a watch (I added English subtitles, 6:16 total):

[…]

One statement from the clinician expert in chlorine dioxide jumped out:

“over 50,000 in Cochabamaba were using chlorine dioxide, and the lines to get treated were up to 500-800 people a day.”

I swear that was my initial vision/fantasy after discovering the potent efficacy of ivermectin in Covid – I first imagined a U.S national ivermectin distribution program! I had thought we could just “copy” the 40 year old WHO ivermectin distribution programs against parasitic diseases that had been conducted across Africa and other continents. Do you guys remember Fauci’s national ivermectin distribution program for Covid in the U.S.? I didn’t think so.

Anyway, let’s contrast some statements from the “regulator” and the “expert clinician:”

Chlorine Dioxide Expert Clinician:

So, when they threaten us with trials, they think they are going to shut us up. This is something that is not going to stop anymore. This is something that has already grown in such a way that it is impossible for any human power, no matter how much, I don’t know how no human power, no matter how many, what do I know, high level authorities want to stop it. They are not going to scare me with a process because I am not doing any harm. They have to prove to me that I have done any harm.

[…]

As I detailed in my first post, recall that the worlds “authorities” moved against chlorine dioxide even before their later coordinated attacks on HCQ and then ivermectin.

So, with all the fervor and national attention on chlorine dioxide in Bolivia, the powers that be hit back.. with lies (if you read the article below they mention 5 people being poisoned but no links or references to this statement were given, plus, even more absurdly, if you look at the sub-headline, they mention 10 people being “poisoned.” Isn’t it weird that a simple number was so different in the headline and the text of a major media newspaper?

Dr. Callisperis recently told me,

“The universities started to produce chlorine dioxide too. And then in some of the cities (Ed: all hyperlinks go to news reports showing evidence they were doing this) like Universidad Técnica de Oruro, Universidad Gabriel René Moreno, and Escuela Militar de Ingeniería in La Paz. and they started giving it out for free to all the people.”

The interview above was held with the Vice Rector of the Gabriel René Moreno University, Dr. Osvaldo Ulloa. He first admits that the university was producing it for their workers and students:

our University Social Security, directed by Dr. Méndez is justly using it, he has said so publicly and its effects are quite beneficial and that is very important because what we want is to collaborate.

Well, actually we have developed it and we have donated it, we can say, to the university insurance and the idea is to produce it to distribute it in a totally free way.

For that, of course, we need the support of the authorities such as the governor, the mayor’s office, so that they are the actual owners, right?

Those responsible for managing the first, second and third level hospitals in our capital. So, therefore, doctors i n some way depend on the Ministry of Health and of course also municipal governments and the government.

So, in order to use it in the treatment of these people who are hospitalized, we necessarily need their authorization. We know that there is a controversy at this moment, right?

From the Ministry of Health, which issued at a certain time a ban on consumption, since it claimed that it is a toxic product that we have done the research into. Doctors must control the supply of this product, even though we are aware that the product is not toxic, what is more, paradoxically I could tell you that if someone wants to commit suicide or, for example, has the idea of committing suicide and wants to commit suicide with chlorine dioxide, it is not you will be able to get it (sic: done) because it is not really toxic.

So rather with any other the drugs that are being used it would be much easier to do so. ŸOusand then that shows us that this product in the quantities and in the measurements of its components, as established and as indicated, could be very beneficial to combat the coronavirus and above all to give life expectancy to people, that is the objective that we pursue. We are aware that so far there is no definitive protocol that says this definitively cures the coronavirus (Ed: How can there be if authorities refuse to allow publication of the data or to do prospective research?)

All the medications that have had good results are still in research and that research is still ongoing.

Basically, if you listen to the whole interview, the Rector of the University states that they were having excellent results treating students, staff, and the community while pointing out that “the Ministry of Health calls it a toxic product.” Further he points out that in order to treat the patients in the hospitals, they “need the collaboration of the Ministry and municipal governments and federal government” (which they were not getting).

Interestingly, the head of Human Rights for Bolivia ended up intervening on the side of the chlorine dioxide program by going after the Ministry of Health for not drafting the regulations on the use of chlorine dioxide which the law demanded they do. This article below called out the “administration” for not obeying the law of the people. Imagine that?

On the issue of the University Rector calling out for collaboration with authorities to help the patients in hospitals, in the below article, the Mayor of San Juan De Chiquitos boldly proclaimed that they “emptied their ICU of 16 critical patients” after using chlorine dioxide and that “he was bringing the records of all 16 patients to La Paz” (Ed: like data makes a difference).
