Edinburgh Festival and how to get published...
Just a reminder that I'll be appearing at the Edinburgh Festival this Wednesday at 6.30pm. Hope to see you there!

Corrections
No news, it's the silly season, so allow me to be silly and correct things that only I care about, eh?
First, Neil Gaiman won the Hugo Award last week for The Graveyard Book, and good for him. I can say this because I reviewed it for the Guardian and said all sorts of nice things about it. One thing I did not say, however, was that it was a 'deathly delight'. That was only in the tagline of the review, provided by a sub-editor, and not in the review itself. A bunch of important things
Much to report, many questions to answer! The main one is for publication info about Monsters of Men, the newly revealed title of Chaos Walking book three. It'll be out May 2010 in the UK, should be out shortly after in Australia, and is scheduled for Fall 2010 in the US, with translations to follow! When I get exact details, I'll let you know.
And speaking of the US, The Ask and The Answer, Chaos Walking book two, comes out 8 September in hardback, so not long now. The Knife of Never...

Chaos Walking : Book Three - The Title Revealed...
The wait is over! Here it is at last, the title that follows The Knife of Never Letting Go and The Ask and the Answer to finish off the Chaos Walking trilogy with a bang. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" ?>
On page 430 of The Knife of Never Letting Go, Todd has a flash of memory: "War makes monsters of men, I hear Ben saying."
On page 102 of The Ask and the Answer, Viola remembers it, too: "War makes monsters of men, I say, quoting Ben..."
And in the final volume, they've come to it at last. They're going to find out for...

Chaos Walking Book 3 - title announced Monday!!
I'm over-doing the exclamation points, but yes, Monday is the day I reveal the title of book 3.

So. Any guesses?
