Beautiful Photos Show Fall Colors at the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum

While living in Australia before moving to America, I didnt understand why what we call autumn in Australia is called fall in America. But once we moved to America, and specifically to the state of Kentucky, I understood! During autumn (fall), most of the leaves fall off the trees!

What an amazing reminder of the limitless creativity of our Creator.

Now, during winter, the place seems rather bare, but then in spring as the leaves come backwhat a glorious time that is. But fall c...

Canadian Medical School Discriminates, Making Some Students More Equal

In Canada, are some students more equal than others? A new medical school is opening in Toronto, Canada, and it will reserve 75 per cent [sic] of its seats for Indigenous, Black, and other equity-deserving groups including 2SLGBTQ+. Yes, that means what you think it meansable-bodied straight white students cant apply for these seats. Its discrimination in the name of equity. So whats equity?

Well, equity is a big tenet of critical race theory (CRT), the ...

Construction Update: Jerusalem Model and HQ Building

The team of artists at our design studios are continuing work on the exciting Jerusalem model project. Right now, theyre working on tile 11, just one of the many tiles that will make up the 2,000 sq. ft. model of first-century Jerusalem.

All the parts for this tile have been 3D printed using our new printers, and the artists are starting to assemble these components during this testing phase. They are also hand-painting and aging each piece. Enjoy the photos!

Two Movies I Recommend You Watch This Coming Week

There are two movies releasing within just days of each other that I think you should go and watch. The first to come out is Culture Warrior: Don Wildmon and the Battle for Decency, and the second is Patterns of Evidence: The Israel Dilemma. Both are important documentaries, and both will encourage you!

Culture Warrior

Culture Warrior is a new movie from the American Family Association, sharing the story of their founder Don Wildmon and his bold fight, beginning in the 1970s, for Christian morali...

New Protoceratops Exhibit Opens at the Creation Museum

Same evidence, two interpretationsbecause of two different worldviews. Thats the main teaching point in our powerful Starting Points room at the Creation Museum. And it just got a stunning new addition of two beautifully sculpted Protoceratops dinosaurs to teach guests about two different views of fossilization.

The Starting Points room already featured two large teaching exhibits: one on biblical kinds vs. the evolutionary tree of life, and the other on humans and apes as separate kinds v...

What Happened to the Transgender Child on National Geographic?

In 2017, a boy dressed in all pink appeared on the cover of National Geographic alongside the words Gender Revolution. This special issue was produced because, beliefs about gender are shifting rapidly and radically. When this issue came out, we covered itbut I dont think any of us fully appreciated back in 2017 how rapidly and radically beliefs about gender would shift throughout the West!

Featuring a boy dressed as a girl on the cover of a magazine was considered provoc...

Sovereignty and Responsibility: The US Election Is Over

Here in the US, God has spokenthats his sovereignty. And the people have votedthats our responsibility. Yes, sovereignty and responsibility go hand in hand. So, yes, the American people have elected Donald Trump as the 47th president of the United States, but he has also been appointed by God (as every ruler is).

Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God. (Romans 13:1)
He change...

Poll: 80% of Churchgoers Want Pastors to Take a Stand

Many pastors are nervous to discuss hot-button issueslike abortion, racism, social justice, politics, gender, and LGBTQfrom the pulpit (often for fear of creating division, etc.). But according to a recent poll, congregations really do want their pastors to address current issues in their sermons.

New Lifeway research has revealed that 80% of churchgoers believe pastors should be addressing current events, but only 62% said their pastor does so every week or almost every we...

Thank You to Our 327 AiG Volunteers

We love our volunteers! We were thrilled to honor them recently at the Ark Encounters Answers Center with an appreciation dinner. I also wanted to honor them here in my blogtheyre such a vital part of the ministry, and we so appreciate everything they do!

As a thank you, our volunteers were served a wonderful Italian dinner, and Bryan Osborne gave his Bible in Motion talk. He taught the volunteers hand and body motions to help them remember what God teaches in the Old Testament.
