I've always felt a deep desire to help others, though for much of my life, I wasn’t sure how to channel that drive. My teenage years were a period of exploration and uncertainty. Influenced by my father, I initially pursued computer engineering, but after a challenging first year, I shifted both my field and college. I found a better fit in Biological Engineering, specifically in the field of food science.

This path led me to work as an assistant science researcher, quality manager, teacher, and consultant. Still, something felt incomplete. Eventually, I transitioned into the world of Fitness and Nutrition, becoming an instructor and personal trainer. NEW BOOK IS OUT - November First

I never intended to do a follow up on "The Life and Spiritual Journey of No One." However, events led me to write a book that turned out to be a natural sequel to the first. This book, much like the first, is pretty out of the norm, but I hope it might be an important tool someday.
