New Sound of Heaven

New Sound of Heaven New Sound of HeavenThere is a new sound coming forth to rock the earth. It is the sound of heaven. The Lord and his saints are immersed in the sound from heaven which is like a symphony of harpists playing their harps (Revelation 14:1-2). This joyous and harmonious sound comes from heaven, but it is heard on the earth. While the new sound may be expressed in different ways, a new song will surely come forth as an expression of the new sound. This post examines the new sound, showing what it is and how it operates.

Prayers that Never Fail

Prayers that Never Fail Prayers that Never FailWhy do people pray? Most people pray for one reason and that is to change things. They want to see changes in people and situations. Many of these prayers are ineffective, because the people who pray are led by needs they see and not by the unseen Spirit. Praying by faith and not by the things you see is pleasing to the Lord and effective. “We walk by faith, not by sight” (2 Corinthians 5:7). The word of God gives one reason to pray and that is to glorify the Father. Do everything for the glory of God (1 Corinthians 10:31). This study will show you how to pray strategically so God will be glorified and your prayers will not fail.

Sowing for an Abundant Harvest

Sowing for an Abundant Harvest Sowing for an Abundant HarvestOne basic principle underlies all riches in the world and in the kingdom of God: abundance comes from releasing the power of the seed. The power of the seed is unlimited. A tiny seed has power within itself to produce an innumerable supply of seed-bearing plants. One seed can produce a forest of trees without end throughout the ages. Our modern society emerged from one of subsistence when the few were able to feed the many by releasing the power of the seed. Jesus explained that even God's kingdom operates by releasing the power of the seed: “The kingdom of heaven may be compared to a man who sowed good seed in his field” (Matthew 13:24). This kingdom principle of sowing and reaping is God’s standard, and it cannot be altered. “While the earth remains seedtime and harvest . . . shall not cease” (Genesis 8:22). Good seed has to be sown in good soil to produce an abundant harvest. Abundance comes to those who sow generously and with joy. This post examines how to sow to produce an abundant harvest. It addresses the sower, the seed and the soil.

Transfer True Riches across Generations

Transfer True RichesGreat riches flow across the generations. Property passing at a person’s death to children or grandchildren is an obvious example of inter-generational transfer of riches, but there are many others. Children do not teach other children to read, and teenagers do not teach other teenagers how to be responsible adults. Older people teach younger people many things. Elders have wisdom and experience in the natural which can benefit the youth. In addition to natural riches, the true riches can be passed from one generation to another. True riches are more than material things. True riches are supernatural and eternal. Salvation, anointing, wisdom and authority are a few of the true riches. This study examines inter-generational transfer of true riches. Both hindrances to the transfer of these riches and the process of transferring true riches are considered.

8 Powerful Tips for Financial Planning

8 Powerful Tips for Financial Planning 8 Powerful Tips for
Financial PlanningMany different financial planning goals could be addressed. Maximizing income, eliminating debt and maximizing wealth are only partial goals, because they embrace only narrow aspects of life. Following any one of these partial goals could create problems in other financial areas. The best approach to financial planning for believers is to take a broad perspective that addresses income, debt, wealth and other important areas. This post examines financial planning for a rich life. Both short-term and long-term needs are considered. With creative planning you can break the hold of poverty and lack off your life.

Power of the Cross to Redeem and Transform

Power of the Cross to Redeem and Transform Power of the CrossAt the Last Supper Jesus explained what would happen to his body and blood on the cross and why these things were important. Foretelling that his body would be broken on the cross, Jesus blessed the bread and broke it and said, “Take, eat; this is my body” (Matthew 26:26). His body would be beaten and pierced through so we could have access to the Father and our bodies could be made whole. His followers would be blessed by recognizing and connecting with the body of Christ. His blood was poured out for the forgiveness of sins and to establish the New Covenant. He told the disciples to drink the cup of wine, “For this is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for forgiveness of sins” (Matthew 26:28). His blood is the New Covenant, and it is powerful for the forgiveness of sins. His sacrificial death on the cross would fulfill the law which thousands of animal sacrifices over the centuries could not do. This study examines two fundamental benefits of Jesus dying on the cross: redemption and transformation.

Live Victoriously through Servanthood

Live VictoriouslyThere are battles to be fought in this world, but victory abides within believers. You can be victorious in every situation. “Thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ” (2 Corinthians 2:14). Your victory over every enemy is based on three essential elements: the blood of Jesus, words of faith and sacrificial living. “They overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even when faced with death” (Revelation 12:11). This study deals with the third essential element for victory, not loving their lives. It relates to how believers regard their own lives in the midst of battles. Those who do not love their lives are willing to sacrifice everything, even their very lives. They trust the Lord and value his life more than their own.

Healing in God’s Will

Healing is in God's Will Healing is in God's WillGod’s will is his purpose. Everything he does is consistent with his purpose. He is effectively at work in his children to energize and create in them the longing and the ability to fulfill purpose (Philippians 2:13 AMP). The will of God should not be considered a mystery beyond the understanding of his people. His will is revealed by his nature, his name, his word and his covenants. His will is also revealed in the life, death and resurrection of Jesus, who is an exact expression of God his Father. Healing was provided by the finished work of the cross on which Jesus was crucified (1 Peter 2:24). Believers can know God’s will. “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is” (Romans 12:2). This post is aimed at those who are seeking knowledge about supernatural healing. Healing is shown to be an integral part of God’s will for his people.

Distinct Roles of Fivefold Ministry Gifts

Distinct Roles of Fivefold Ministry Gifts Distinct Roles of
Fivefold Ministry GiftsWhen Jesus vanquished all foes and freed the prisoners, he led a triumphant procession and gave gifts to mankind. He has given these gifts lavishly ever since. These gifts are the fivefold ministry gifts of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers (Ephesians 4:8-11). This study examines these fivefold ministry gifts and shows how they are all important for equipping God’s people. Special attention is focused on how each of these gifts differs from all the rest.

Prophetic Voice Rising

Prophetic Voice Rising Prophetic Voice RisingThe prophetic voice plays a crucial role in God’s plan to mature the saints. But it has been rejected frequently because of misunderstanding and misuse Many leaders oppose the prophetic voice, because it might question their motives, doctrines and/or actions. The prophetic gift has been misused by immature prophets who were not equipped to properly use it and were not under authority with supportive relationships. Despite carnal opposition, the prophetic voice is becoming stronger in the earth today. It is time for God’s people to understand the prophetic voice and let it take its proper position among the ministry gifts. The purpose of this post is to explain the prophetic voie, so people can understand it and apply it properly.
