Feeling of Depravation
There are two sides of the human personality — the material side and the spiritual side. If man feeds only the material side of his personality, he will always suffer from feelings of deprivation. But if he feeds the spiritual side of his personality along with the material side, he will not suffer from such feelings of deprivation.
Make yourself happy
Happiness is a state of mind. It does not exist outside of it. One should learn this principle, and only then will one see things in a different manner. Only you can make yourself happy. No one can gift happiness to you.

Waste of time

Let anger subside
Anger is like a fire in the mind. An unpleasant word or experience can make it flare up suddenly. But the duration of this fire is very short. So when we are angry, it would be wise to hold our tongues or divert our minds and wait for it to subside. And in no time we will be normal again.
