New Covers and Cover Preferences

So, I have some new covers for the entire Gully's Fall series and for Adam's Thorn. Let me know if you like them or not!

See, here's the thing. It's really hard to try and figure out what, exactly, readers like on covers. The heaving bosom, the manly chest, the hugging couple, maybe just a pair of legs facing each other, a symbol...what? Then there's the whole expected cover-style for erotic romance, steamy romance, comedy romance, romance suspense, general contemporary romance, sweet romance - you name it. And then let's add the latest trend to that as well, shall we?

Do you have any idea how hard it is to get covers for BBW romances that feature a couple? Especially when you've already written it and hello! Cannot find a woman or bloke with the same coloured hair or length or eyes or build or whatever, because the writer (*aka me) was a dumb bum and should have maybe checked covers out BEFORE writing the book? But then that'd mean my idea of the hero or heroine would have to change. And that in turn means it wouldn't be the same character, right? Not the same as I'd pictured, as had come to me. Etc etc. You get the idea.

So anyway, let me know what you think of the new covers (honest opinion, I won’t be hurt ) and hey! Tell me what you like to see on your romance covers!!
