The Leaders of the Future

The time is now. We cannot wait and watch any longer. It’s time to stand up and demand the change thats required for a greater future. We cannot be quiet while the current leaders of the world are degrading so much of what is great about mankind. We are the people that can choose to lead the change towards a future we would like to live with.

Human rights have been abolished, National Parks have lost protection, Nations are being divided and young lives are being lost to gunfire. It seems obvious that change is required and yet the people seem lost for direction when looking at the current leaders of the world. That is why I am asking you to stand up and take action, be the leader of your future and demand that this changes no matter what it takes.

Your time is now because you are alive, here with this world and all its inhabitants at this time. You are not separate from it, you are a part of this world and the way in which it gets created. Its how we engage with the world that shapes how it shows up everyday. It’s all of the choices we make and some that we don’t make that shifts the future of the world.

When we make different choices different possibilities become available. What possibilities are available to us that we have not yet considered? What future is available that we can now choose? When we stand up and demand to be the leaders of the future is when we open the doors to receiving the possibilities of what that can be. Being the leader is about the choices we can make now for the future we desire.

“Every choice you make contributes to creating the future, what future would you like to create?”

I often say “never wait, always create”, for me its this place where I realize that action is required now to change what Is going on so the world can have a greater possibility for the future. Its not going to happen if I wait, so I am always looking for the choices that are available that I can choose right now that begin to change things. I never wait, I always create.

When you ask for change and demand it of you the universe starts to contribute to your request and drops the gifts of choice and possibility that lead the way to the creation of a different future. You have to demand it and you have to choose it. It’s called being a leader of the future!

Where Happiness Becomes A Choice

If you have no projections, expectations, separations, judgments, and rejections, you can actually be happy!

It’s always wrong to be happy. Unhappiness makes you right. Happiness makes you wrong. Ever notice?

You have to get that the choice is to be right or to be free. Most of you would give up freedom for rightness every time. Good idea? Bad idea? What would you rather have?

The only freedom there is in life is the ability to choose. Which one are you most willing to have? The ability to choose? Or the rightness of your point of view?

Freedom is being able to choose anything. Rightness means you have chosen.

If you’re willing to be totally free, losing is not a reality. Most of you are not willing to be free enough to have the choice to lose or the choice to win. You have to ask: “What do I want? The freedom to choose? Or the rightness of my point of view?”

You’ve got to look at this on your own and ask: “What is most valuable to me? The rightness of my point of view? Or the freedom to choose?” This is the place you have to look from and choose from. If you had the freedom to choose anything, what would you choose? Most of you would choose to be right over choosing to create.

You do projections and expectations because you’re trying to make sure that nothing has to change and everything will remain the same, so you get to have all the control and be totally right.

What I’ve noticed is we create stuff as real and true when it isn’t, and we create things as not real and true when they are. So is anything real and true? No. The only thing that is real and true is what we make real and true. Good thing we’re cute!

The purpose of projections and expectations is not to be aware but to be right.

A Whole Different World

If you’re not living from projections, expectations, separations, judgments and rejections (also known short as PESJR’s) you get to see what is in front of you and you get to change anything.

It’s a whole different world.

Projections and expectations are what you think someone else will do even if they aren’t going to do it. A projection would be “This man is perfect for me.” An expectation would be “He will have the same point of view about me that I have about him. He’ll think I’m perfect for him.”

Judgment is any fixed point of view or any conviction that someone or something has to be a certain way. Separation occurs once you do a judgment of any kind. You separate yourself from the person or thing you judge, even if it’s you. Rejection is dismissing or refusing something.

Whenever you are doing projection and expectation of any kind, you are separating, judging, and rejecting anything that would give you awareness. You’re eliminating your awareness.

I never have any projections, expectations, separations, judgments, or rejections of anyone. I am always perceiving rather than believing. I am always capable of adjusting according to the moment. I don’t believe what people say. I am aware of what’s coming out of their head. I am only surprised when they do what they say.

Most of us have a lot of things projected at us at an early age, and those projections and expectations can have adverse effects on our body and being. Before the age of two, you do not perceive any difference between you and your parents or the people around you, and you take on their thoughts, feelings, emotions, and points of view. Then when you reach adolescence and seek to rebel against your parents, you are also rebelling against you, because you’ve made those projections and expectations part of who and what you are.

One of the projections and expectations in this reality is that you have to get married and have 2.5 kids. You’re supposed to do things in a certain way. But you never could live by that, could you? What would it be like if you were willing to create from what you know instead of whatever everybody else projects and expects you should choose and be?

You’ve got to give up looking to the past, or to your experience, or to your projections and expectations. You’re expecting something to show up that doesn’t ever turn out to be true. Guess what? In order to create the pretense that it’s all going to turn out right, you’ve got to cut off your awareness. Is that how you want to live your life?

As long as you’re doing projections and expectations of anyone, you can never see what’s actually true.

If you have no points of view and no projections, expectations, separations, judgments, or rejections, you can be aware of everything and change pretty much anything.

IDIOT SIGHTING 1:

I went through the McDonald’s driveway window and I gave the cashier a $5 note.

Our total was $4.25, so I also handed her 25c. She said, ‘you gave me too much money.’

I said, ‘Yes I know, but this way you can just give me a dollar coin back.’

She sighed and went to get the manager who asked me to repeat my request.

I did so, and he handed me back the 25c, and said ‘We’re sorry but we don’t do that kind of thing.’

The cashier then proceeded to give me back 75 cents in change.

Do not confuse the people at MacD’s in Shepperton Vic.

 

IDIOT SIGHTING 2:

We had to have the garage door repaired.

The repairman told us that one of our problems was that we did not have a ‘large’ enough motor on the opener I thought for a minute, and said that we had the largest one made at that time, a 1/2 horsepower.

He shook his head and said, ‘You need a 1/4 horsepower.’

I responded that 1/2 was larger than 1/4 and he said, ‘NOOO, it’s not. Four is larger than two.’

We haven’t used that repairman since. Happened in Bankstown NSW.

 

IDIOT SIGHTING 3:

I live in a semi rural area…

We recently had a new neighbour call the local council to request the removal of the WOMBAT CROSSING sign on our road.

The reason: ‘Too many wombats are being hit by cars out here! I don’t think this is a good place for them to be crossing anymore.’

My daughter went to a Mexican takeaway and ordered a taco. She asked the person behind the counter for ‘minimal lettuce.’

He said he was sorry, but they only had iceberg lettuce.

I was at the airport, checking in at the gate when an airport employee asked, ‘Has anyone put anything in your baggage without your knowledge?’

To which I replied, ‘If it was without my knowledge, how would I know?’

He smiled knowingly and nodded, ‘That’s why we ask.’

IDIOT SIGHTING 6:

The pedestrian light on the corner beeps when it’s safe to cross the street. I was crossing with an ‘intellectually challenged’ co-worker of mine. She asked if I knew what the beeper was for. I explained that it signals blind people when the light is red.

Appalled, she responded, ‘What on earth are blind people doing driving?!’

IDIOT SIGHTING 7:

When my husband and I arrived at a car dealership to pick up our car after a service, we were told the keys had been locked in it.

We went to the service department and found a mechanic working feverishly to unlock the driver’s side door.

As I watched from the passenger side, I instinctively tried the door handle and discovered that it was unlocked. ‘Hey,’ I announced to the technician, ‘its open!’

His reply, ‘I know. I already did that side.’

Expand Your Business

Most of us do not know what the purpose of our business is, we decide we are going to create a business based on what looks like a good idea. A good idea can create money, but you have to look at what will actually create something greater.

Are you creating for now, or the future, or both?

If you’re creating something in the future, you’re seeing it as something that in the future will create something for you rather than “I’m creating this now, for the future, and to create the future,  and to have a future, and to have the now.”

It’s a different reality.

Most people don’t do business from the point of view of “What future will this choice create?”

For me, it’s about what future is going to get created with every choice I make. I live my life from the choices I can make based on the choices I can make.

What are you going to create with the choices you make?

For example, when hiring people I ask “How is this person going to create the future?” What do they have as a future point of view? Do they have a future point of view?” You have got to be willing to look at every point of view somebody has. Start by asking the question “are you creating for now or now and the future?”

In business, and your life, you always want to look at the numbers. look at where you made money, where you didn’t, what you need to choose different, how you could create more and how you could create more people. Be in the question of it, not the conclusion of it. If you go, “I did not make enough money,” you have stopped the flow, you have concluded and created as a liability, not as an asset.

How many conclusions have you come to about your business that are keeping you from expanding your business beyond anything you have every thought was possible?

You try to come to conclusions about the rightness or the wrongness of your choices. You keep looking for the positive and negative. The negative is the conclusion, any conclusion is a negative even if its a positive conclusion. How many conclusions have you come to about your business that are keeping you from expanding your business beyond anything you have every thought was possible?

If you really want to expand your business you have to find out what’s fun for you? And how can I be or do more of this? What would it be like if everything you do was fun for you?

A Different Point of View About Business

The Value Of Your Voice

There are all kinds of ways you can have your voice in the world. Right Voice for You is about finding your ability to write, to sing, to paint, to do artwork, being able to speak to audiences and finding the artistry of you in life. Every single time somebody chooses to be the voice that they are in the world they change the world. This is what these classes were created for and this is what I would like to see more of in the world.

The target of these classes is to get you to the point where you go “fuck it” and go ahead and stand up and do it anyway, whatever it is you would like to do or be. It’s about giving people the confidence to know they can be or do anything they desire. Be willing to be that which allows people to create whatever they desire. By asking questions you can find out what is going on for people. Always be interested and ask questions, never tell people anything about you or explain anything you do until they ask you a question. Lack of information creates curiosity and possibility in people in a world where the majority looks to dismiss and not include. So never give answers, people will try to determine what they are going to dismiss from the answers you give them.

What we start to ask people in these classes is to look at “Where do you have your voice and where do you not have your voice? Where would you like your voice to be stronger in the world? And what voice in the world are you being that you haven’t yet acknowledged?”

 

The purpose of Right Voice is to teach people they have different choices. You have to be willing to have the awareness of what people are not choosing and you’ve got to be willing to choose what could be rather than define what is. If you start to function from nobody is wrong and nobody is right, you start to create a different reality where no one is more, no one is less, and, they can choose it if they choose it.

How you walk in a room, the clothes you wear and the energy you be is what creates you as the valuable product that demands more from everyone and determines your level of success. Be willing to stand out and everyone will want to hear what you have to say.

 

You have got to add your sexual energy to your classes. I have watched people sing twinkle twinkle little star and add the sexual energy and it becomes way different. Sexual energy engages people and creates a different possibility. If you engage people, it is automatically an invitation. When you engage, you invite, but when you invite, you don’t always engage. The most engaging thing in the world is to have somebody who is aware of everything you are aware of. When you are silent, you engage people, because 99% of people on planet cannot stand silence.

Keys to Creating a Future

What is the valuable product in your life? What do you value more? The past, the present or the future? Most people value the past and what they can have now more than what can be created for the future. But if you don’t value the future, you will never create the future you desire.

Here are four keys to creating a future:

1. Gratitude

+++

Being grateful for everything and everyone is a key element in creating a future. If you’re not grateful for what you have today, you will never create a future.

If you have gratitude, you can create a future, if you don’t, you’re destroying everything except right now. You are living in the moment, you’re not living in the moment and creating a future. Living in the moment is great, but you have got to be willing to create a future as well. There is a consistency about gratitude that is about the future.

If you have no gratitude for your body, you will not create a future that has a body in it. That’s what’s killing the planet. People don’t have gratitude for their bodies so they can’t create a body that can have gratitude. They have to find a way to kill themselves off and they will find it. If you stop referencing what your body was in the past, and start creating it from what it can be today, then you can let all the stuff from the past go. If you keep looking for what it was then you are going to fuck yourself over. There is no past. Choose for right now; don’t choose for then.

When you have gratitude in your life, then you can create a future. You cannot create a future without gratitude. Be grateful for everything in your life and ask, “What gratitude can I have that will create the future I desire?”

2. Enthusiasm doesn’t create a future

+++

People have the illusion that what they are excited about, what they have entusiams for, will create their future. This is actually not true. Enthusiasm creates just for today. Enthusiasm is what you do for right now. When you do enthusiasm, it is to make you excited about what is happening now because it’s finally what you created from the past that is showing up. I always look at what I created in the past as well as what I am creating for the future. I look at the past and I am grateful that I asked for what I asked for twenty years ago and that it’s showing up now. It took me 20 years to get it, does that suck? No, I’m glad it finally showed up. That’s awesome!

3. Waiting for convenience will stop you

If you wait for what is convenient for you, you will never create your future. Convenience is the one way you eradicate all future possibilities. When you’re doing what’s convenient you’re not actually committed to your future, you’re committed to your convenience. That means it has no true value to you. It only has a convenient value. It’s like the inconvenient truth. No one wanted to listen to Al Gore and he was talking about creating a future.

4. Be willing to change

+++

People like sameness; they don’t like change. Change is the only thing that is going to give you the ability to create the future. I’m being the change that will create the future because I am more interested in creating a future that is more expansive, not just creating money. The money is not that important to me. I can get money other ways. If we want to survive, we need to change the way we look at things. If we want to create a world in which there is more, we have got to look at things different. Until that becomes a reality, this world is going to die. Access is about changing the world so that it’s a better place, not about making you feel good.

X Men – Being the Future

As an X-men, you most likely have a capacity as a visual thinker. This reality teaches you that to create you must have the vision of how something should be, put it out in front of you, and DO everything you can to get there. You may have noticed, this doesn’t actually work for you. You are different. You are weird. You are wild. You are whacky and I hate to tell you, but creating from this reality is never going to work for you! No matter how hard or how long you try.

The real future doesn’t have a picture. The real future is a possibility until you get to it. Creating the real future is being the energy of the future you would like to BE and then catching up to the future you have already created. You are the future. You just don’t want to know it.

If you would like to BE the future that allows for a different possibility, here are 3 things to consider:

 

1. What future are you refusing to be that if you would be it would give you everything you desire with total ease, including too much money?

You are seers of the future. As an X-men, you will have a multidimensional reality that cannot be confined, cannot be defined and cannot be described in totality. Instead of allowing yourself to catch up to that future, you keep trying to find the picture of what you need to choose to get there. It only shows up when you choose it, so you won’t be able to see it until you choose it. And, when you choose it, you no longer see it. You actualize it. You be it.

2. You cannot see the future. You can only be the future.

This is where you need to ask, “What will my life be like in five years if I choose this? What will my life be like in five years if I don’t choose this?” You cannot create a solid picture when you ask these questions so you cannot solidify the future.

When I do investments or anything, I always ask, “What will this be like?” Not “What will this look like?” It will either be contractive or expansive or it will be greater than I can possibly imagine.

3. What’s possible here that is greater than anything I can possibly imagine?

Your imagination is a limitation. Your imagination is about what you can see and what you can see limits you. When you start to ask, “What’s possible here that is greater than anything I can possibly imagine?” you go beyond what you see, you go beyond what others see, you open the door to perceive the infinite possibilities that are available that few are willing to acknowledge because it doesn’t match the limited, no-choice universe they live in.

You are the future. Not a solidified, fixed future, but a future of possibility. When you are willing to BE the energy of the future you desire, the future you desire can show up with ease.

Predictable or Possible

Most of us have been taught to create a life that is predictable. Stable, secure, predictable results, we are told, are valuable. The problem with predictability is that it limits you from what is possible. It keeps you locked into everything always remaining the same. It prevents anything new from ever showing up.

If you really want to create something different, something greater, if you would like to have more fun, more joy and more of everything you desire, you have to ask for possibility and choose possibility. If you have a fixed point of view, you can only see the limited menu of choices you have based on the point of view you have taken. Your point of view creates your reality. Your reality does not create your point of view.

If you are not satisfied with a predictable life and would like more, here are 3 tips to get you started:

1. ASK: “How Many fixed points of view and predictable realities am I using to stop the possibility I could be choosing?”

Predictable realities are what you create when you come to conclusion. When you conclude, you limit what can show up, and you deny the contribution that the universe is gifting you all the time. If you would like to change it, ask, “How many conclusions am I using to create the predictable realities I am choosing?” and then be willing to change your point of view. If you would like to create something different, you have to be willing to choose beyond predictability by going around your limitations and choosing possibility.

2. ASK: “What choices beyond the choices I know I have can I now choose?”

When you choose from possibility you ask, “What will my life be like in five years if I choose this and what will my life be like in five years if I don’t choose this?” When you use this tool and choose for you, you actually break the cycles of limitation by choosing an undefined possibility. You could just ask “yes” or “no” but that would be too easy so you will probably never choose that. When you function from question, choice and possibility, you open the doors to all receiving and the universe assists you in magical and mysterious ways.

3. RECOGNIZE: Predictable is a form of defining what your future will be by the choices you make today based on the predictability of what it will create in the world.

Choosing possibility is not about creating a predictable result. It is choosing that which will create the most for everyone involved regardless of how it shows up. Choosing possibility is choosing beyond what most people can see, be, perceive or receive. Choice of possibilities is where what you choose cannot be defined, confined or limited by this reality. When you choose possibility always, you create realities beyond this reality and open the doors to the universe to contribute in ways you cannot even imagine.
