When not writing Ann Simko works as a nurse in a level one trauma center. For fun she studies karate and tries to keep both her children, husband and odd assortment of critters in line. It never works, but that doesn't keep her from trying.
Nothing entertains her more than trying to answer the question "What if?" and then twisting the answer until it becomes warped- cool, huh?
Ann has seven novels published with Uncial press, another two finished and looking for homes out there in the world of publishing and another two in progress.
She hopes you enjoy her twisted little corner of the world.

So in celebration of my new book Dark Crossings, being released I have joined with a wonderful group of authors in a kindle give away! Load your new kindle up with 100 free ebooks form amazing authors! details here-

Broken by Ann Simko
"Once again another great read! I really love these guys and hate to see them go. As always, great story line, plenty of action, and brotherly/family "there isn't anything I won't do for you!" I look forward to more from Ann."

Just wow! I wish I could express just how wonderfully written this book is - but words fail me. At first glance you might think this is a tail of Pirates, wenches and slavery- you would be right and so very wrong. Dalton gives the ugly side of slave ...more

“That was the beauty of Family, Dakota decided, you knew what it took to make them bleed. The magic was in choosing not too.”
Ann Simko, The Center of the Storm

“You don't have to do this, Dakota. Nothing that man has to say to you is of any consequence. You already know his song.”
Ann Simko, Fallen

“He changed me...here" He tapped his chest. "I'm not sure I can be the same person I used to be."

"I'm not asking you for that, man. I'm not asking you to forget or even forgive. I'm telling you to find a way to get around it, not over it.”
Ann Simko, Fallen
