Mathematical Abundance - Alice Rosewell

I have suffered from an abundance of…wait for it… maths teaching materials! Back in my thirties I retrained as a maths teacher. I thought Icould make a difference; I love maths. Turns out I was not so keen on kids, soalthough I got my teaching degree, I walked out of the classroom on the finalday of my teaching practice vowing never to set foot in a school again.  I have the utmost

Abundance at Harvest Festival Time

When I was a kid we spent many of our school holidays on a farm in rural Lincolnshine (UK). This important annual festival is tied to the seasons, and dates back to the pagan times in Britain.Once the last of the crops has been harvested, farming

The Many Faces of Abundance

by Courtney PierceHow many of you slogged through the 1980s with the rich impropriety of prime-time soap operas? I certainly did, and I even recorded them on VHS tapes for the privilege of watching these scoundrels over and over again. Remember Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, Dallas, Falcon Crest, and Dynasty? Many of these TVprograms were designed to make us envy lavish lifestyles and

A Contradiction of Thought

By Robin Weaver I love that RTG has a monthly theme. Having a single topicprovides just the right amount of inspiration to fire up my disjointed brain. If you’ve read any of my blogs, you know the theme and the resulting post aretypically miles apart. But doing the twist makes writing fun.I try to take the expected and do something completelydifferent. For the November theme, “Abundance,” I

An Abundance of Aliens

UnexpectedA Scifi Romance NovellaGoodreads | WebpageAmazon | Other RetailersSo Unexpected has lived up to its name yet again. Much to my amazement, it won a SFR Galaxy Award last week (my fourth now since the awards began), for one of the best and most interesting aliens. Of course I love my two MCs, but it's always great to learn someone else did too, and enough that they

Abundance in Affirmations

Hello everyone! This month I'm going to chat about journals... Journaling is for all ages! Let them be creativeThere are probably as many ways to journal as there areromance authors – And that’s a lot!Just like no two authors will tell the boy meets the girl story alike. No two people will journal the same.Because everyone journals for different reasons, much like how every boy will fall in

Constant Abundance

As an Aussie, thanksgiving isn't a 'thing' here but I do believe in being thankful. But being thankful shouldn't just be for one day of the year - which is why I make a point of being thankful every day. For big things in my life and the little things. Like now - I'm sitting in a restaurant, waiting for my BFF and writing buddy to arrive for a day of chat and writing. I'm so thankful that

The Season of Abundance ... by Delsora Lowe

Speaking about abundance in November, the first thing to come to mind is a Thanksgiving table laden with way too much food, most of it rich and heavy. And usually, there is an abundance of family and friends gathered around that table. But for me, and for anyone who has read my November RTG blog over the last few years, the one thing I have an overabundance of, at any time of the year, are books
