ADDICTED TO HISTORY

Today I'm over at Embracing Romance talking about books that inspired me to write historical romance. This time, I'm focusing on much-loved historical novels for children; later I'll do a blog about books for adults.

Hop on over to EmbracingRomance.com to read about my childhood favorites by Rosemary Sutcliff and more--and answer the trivia question for a chance to win our monthly prize.

KINK OR NOT? AND A 3-DAY #GIVEAWAY

Just a quick post -- Back to Bite You is free on Amazon for three days - today, tomorrow, and Wednesday.

Also, since Back to Bite You has not only mystery and romance but a food fight club as well, that's what I'm blogging about this week -- to kink or not to kink. Today, I'm at Embracing Romance with a recipe for Banana Cream Pie (a specialty of the club!). Tomorrow I'll be at the Pink

LOVE SCENES--THE DREADED CLIMAX

Today I'm at Embracing Romance lamenting about love scenes -- both reading and writing them. I'm looking for advice and recommendations, so come on over and tell me what you think about this burning issue! ;)

We're also playing a historical trivia game over at the blog. My question today is about a bit of sensual tension

BACK TO BITE YOU is out today, and there's a #giveaway!

I had fun writing this little story -- it has a vampire heroine, Mardi Gras history, and a food fight club. It was up on Amazon a few days early, but today is the official release day. At only 99 cents, I hope you'll take a chance on it.

I'm at Embracing Romance today with a giveaway, and I'd love to see you there.

Mottoes, Rolling Naked in the Dew, and a #Giveaway

Today, March 25th, Eileen Dandashi is interviewing me again, among other things about how a stately home inspired a novella.

And on Thursday, March 27th, she's reviewing my May Day Mischief novella duet, just in time for anyone who plans to roll naked in the dew on May Day morning. (Yes, I know it's a month away, but it would take me a while to psych myself up. If I were going to do such a

Defending #Superstition, #Giveaway, #Indian Mounds and #Ostriches

I have a busy two days this week.

Today, Monday, I'm posting my first blog at Embracing Romance.

It's St. Patrick's Day, which reminded me of my visit to Ireland, so I've got pics from my visit to the land of the fairy folk.

(And there will be a giveaway.)

Also, the kind and generous Eileen Dandashi is continuing to feature me with an
interview today on Indian Mounds, which were

March Featured Author, Lovely Review, and Travels!

Today I'm at Eileen Dandashi's blog again. :) She has very kindly made me her March featured author, and she gave me a lovely review of Tastes of Love & Evil a few days ago. Click here to see her review.

Today she's interviewing me about my travels and my dream destination. At the moment, it's Scotland! Actually, I've always wanted to go to the Isle of Skye -- at least, ever since childhood

Embracing Romance! And Eileen Dandashi's Featured Author, too!

I'm very happy to announce that I've joined a brand new group blog, Embracing Romance, with a bunch of other authors. We all write historical romances, but we write other genres, too. It's a fun new venture, and maybe I will actually get around to blogging regularly. I hope so. Click here to see our great new blog site.

I'll still keep this blog open, but it will be used much as before -- mostly
