Naughty in the Backseat is Looking for Reviewers
The folks at Naughty in the Backseat are looking for reviewers who are not published authors. For those who may be interested, here's their site:
http://naughtyinthebackseat.com/blog/
They were kind enough to review my latest book, The Angel of 13th Street, and conducted a nice interview.

I got this from Torquere today: (Please note that Torquere specializes in gay and lesbian romance novels.)

It's one hot summer this year and we're helping you beat the heat with a coupon for 15% off your purchases at Torquere Books (http://www.torquerepress.com).
Just put 'beatheat10' in the coupon code box when you check out and you'll receive 15% off your purchases.
Coupon is good today through midnight (est) Sunday July 18, 2010.

So if you've had your eye on a Torquere book, say The Wish or The Angel of 13th Street, now is the time to buy! I have shorter works there as well.
Their link is above, but because this is an opportunity for shameless self promotion, here's the link to my page on their site:

New M/M Authors Who Rock
I was nominated by a reader and mentioned in a post today at Reviews by Jessewave entitled "New M/M Authors Who Rock." It's for new authors in this genre who have been published for less than a year but have made an impression on readers. Here the link! http://www.reviewsbyjessewave.com/?p=...
I read about the other authors mentioned and consider myself to be in some amazing company. There will be other similar posts in the future, so if you have a favorite new writer you'd like to see get the recognition they deserve get on over there and submit their information.
Thanks go to Feliz for nominating me, and saying such nice things about my work.

Free Reads at GLBT Bookshelf
I've mentioned before the free stories available for download at GLBT Bookshelf, but not only can you download these works for free, if you're a writer and would like to share one (or more) stories, you can contribute. There's everything from short stories to full length novels, there's big names and new comers.
It's a great way to introduce yourself to readers. Please be aware that all the stories deal with same-sex couples. Here's the link:

The Angel of 13th Street now at Amazon and Fictionwise
I had thought that The Angel of 13th Street wouldn't be available anywhere but Torquere Press for three months after release, but was wrong. It's now available as a Kindle book at Amazon, and Fictionwise Ebooks has it in multi-format.

Judges Needed for Rainbow Awards
The Rainbow Awards, which recognizes GLBT works, is in need of judges for this year's competition. I was just at Elisa Rolle's site and saw the notice she had posted. There are a lot of folks here who love this genre, so I wanted to mention this in case you might be interested. Here's the link:

New Profile Pic
I just received the cover art for my next novel, Duet, due out August 25, and it's now my profile pic. The book is historical/contemporary/paranormal. I'll share the blurb as soon as I can.
Alessia Brio did the cover, and I think she captured the mood of Duet brilliantly. Two violinists and Scottish castle. There is, of course, a hot Highlander in a kilt.

Promo Opportunity for M/M Writers
I wanted to share with you an opportunity to promote your work if you are a M/M writer.
There's a new review site for M/M books called "Naughty Boys in the Backseat"(Love the name!) They reviewed The Angel of 13th Street, and also conducted an interview. They're currently looking for more M/M writers for future interviews. If you're interested, let me know and I'll send their email address, or you can contact them through their site. It's a rather new site, but I'm impressed.
Here's the interview and review if you want to see them:

The interview was a lot of fun.
