A Taste of Things To Come #1

Here at Elyot Manor, I’m starting to think ahead. The fog is clearing and the numbers 2014 are revealed, clear and proud.

So I thought I’d give you a few sneak previews of things that are to come over the last weeks of 2013.

The first one is a bit of a cheat because it’s out already in ebook format, but I’m going to hold off campaigning and promoting it until after Christmas, for something to look forward to.

It’s calledPrincess In Chains, and it’s a first for me in two ways. First, it’s the ope...

Xcite November Must Reads #4 – The Business of Pleasure

By me!

Good old BoP. If you haven’t read it, why not give it a whirl? It’s proper old-school full-on erotica from when that was all right.

If one call could set you on a trail to the heart of your darkest fantasy, would you make it? Charlotte does, and her bold decision propels her into a world where no desire is too outrageous, decadent or extravagant to be satisfied, for a price. Her own fantasy life merges with reality when she is hired to work for the shadowy organisation she first encounte...

Sunday Snog – Lecture Notes

Here’s a Sunday snog from Beth and Sinclair – smooch on over to Victoria Blisse’s page for more lip-to-lip links.

“Please don’t leave me again,” I whisper.

“I won’t,” he whispers back and then our lips are together, touching softly, and even the stale whiskey-breath is not enough to keep me away from the all-consuming, all-forgiving kiss we share.

At first a languid tenderness, a whispering tickle of beard, a tentative refamiliarisation with old ground. Has it changed? Must we re-map it? It seem...

Kay Jaybee’s Festive Fantasies

You just know these are going to be good, don’t you? I mean, Ms Jaybee’s unfestive fantasies are already deliciously intense – what on earth will happen when they get tinsel on top? Find out by reading on… Welcome, Kay!

I love writing Christmas stories. There is something about playing with tinsel, spices and the prospect of the office Christmas party that brings out the kinkster in me- even more than usual!

I’m something of a big kid when it comes to the festive season. It is the only time of...

Xcite November Must Reads #3 – Kinky Girls by Various

Our third November must-read book, but our first anthology, isKinky Girls.

I have a story in this, calledJust Watch Me, about a woman’s path to webcamming, and there are lots of other juicy, toothsome pieces alongside it by Alcamia Payne, Tabitha Rayne, Sommer Marsden, K D Grace and more.

Kinky girls come in many shapes and sizes, but all share some common qualities. They live for pleasure – both to give it and receive it – and they’re definitely not afraid to push the sexual boundaries to real...

Prose and Cons

It’s three and a half months since I decided to try out self-publishing and so far I can report mixed results.

Ask No Questions, my rural tractor-sex novella sold modestly but didn’t really cause more than a ripple.Lecture Notes, the novel that sat on my hard drive for six years, has done rather well in terms of sales and recognition – maybe because of this ‘second life’ effect.

All the same, it can be wearing to keep an eye on things all the time and make sure the books are available – for exa...

That Warm And Fuzzy Festive Feeling

Do you have it yet? If the combined efforts of John Lewis, the garden centre decoration section and shelves full of chocolate popping up in the supermarkets aren’t doing the trick, maybe this will.

Three stories full of the romance of the season – my ownUnder The Mistletoe, plus Christmas crackers from Elizabeth Coldwell and Sallyanne Rogers. It’s available now, from Xcite’s super-stylish Secret Library range, so get the fire crackling and curl up with a hot chocolate and an even hotter story....

Notes on Lecture Notes

Well, the 5 day free promotion of Lecture Notes bagged seven good reviews, so I guess it was worth it, even though the sales rankings have slid right back down where they were before, as if nobody had downloaded it at all. Thank you to everyone who made the effort.

I’ll be moving on to talk about some more, newer stuff next – there’s still time to squeeze more juice out of 2013.

It’s at #3 in free erotica right now – perhaps it might hit the top spot. I’d love to think so.
