Trailer for A Beauty So Rare
The trailer for A Beauty So Rare, the second Belmont Mansion novel is ready!
I love it when trailers incorporate the model from the cover, and that's exactly what Bethany House Publishers did. They shot footage of the model on the day of the shooting…in a conservatory much like the one that existed on the Belmont estate here in Nashville in the 1860s.

Alone Yet Not Alone (song by Joni Eareckson Tada)
I love this song (nominated for an Oscar) sung by Joni Eareckson Tada. Have you heard it before? It's from a movie by the same name. I haven't seen it yet but look forward to it. The words to the song remind me that no matter how many times we've been broken, no matter how broken we are, God can heal us, use us. And that no matter how lonely we are, we're never alone. Enjoy!

What makes you smile?
Have you ever known someone who just seems to look for opportunities to smile? I love being with people like that, don't you?Here are five things that make me smile!
