4/4/17-Mark Levin Audio Rewind

Which Susan Rice is telling the truth? The one on PBS March 22 or the one on MSNBC Tuesday? Rice completed shifted her prior position from not knowing about any government efforts to unmask American citizens to claiming that she did not unmask Americans for political purposes. The allegation is that somehow, Obama officials used intelligence for political purposes. Rice denies this, but that is exactly what happened. These political appointees were involved in changing rules and other activities. Andy McCarthy of National Review, calls in to talk to discuss Susan Rice's Watergate style scandal in unmasking names. This is the kind of thing that happens in law enforcement all the time, if they deny it, you can’t catch up with them. Rice is stressing that the intelligence gathering was lawful, which is a defensive ploy on her part to make her actions look right. We should know why she was unmasking this information in the first place. After that, Michael Doran, former Senior Director in the NSC, calls in to explain more in the investigation into the leaks and his book, “Ike’s Gamble: America’s Rise to Dominance in the Middle East”. When you are unmasking names, it is for a very serious and somber purpose. Unmasking identities is not a routine event. The goal of intercepts is to see what foreigners are up to not American citizens. It is a specious argument that Rice is making. Later, Chuck Schumer is burning down the U.S. Senate. Schumer will drive his ideological end by any means. He led the battle to filibuster George W. Bush’s appellate court nominees which was unprecedented at the time. This destroyed tradition and weakened the institution. Then when Obama was President he decided to eliminate the filibuster for appellate court and judicial appointees. Now it is coming to a head over Neil Gorsuch where the filibuster will be suspended by republicans. Schumer and Democrats are now blaming Republicans for destroying the Senate, but it was they who started the filibuster and nuclear option, weakening our institutions.

4/3/17-Mark Levin Audio Rewind

Adam Housley of Fox News calls in to discuss the investigation into leaks coming from the Obama administration. What he found was that Barack Obama’s national security advisor Susan Rice requested that Trump officials be unmasked during the transition period. Rice says she knew nothing about it yet she is the one who is in these reports unmasking the names. Someone had to come to her to tell Rice what was in those reports, so who else is involved? There is a lot of information here and multiple paths that this investigation could go. This has been going on for a long time now. After that, Eli Lake from Bloomberg News calls in talk about what Devin Nunes is trying to get at. Susan Rice requested data on U.S. intelligence reports that were connected to the Trump transition. It all raises a lot of questions about what Susan Rice’s purpose was. What did she do with this information and why did she unmask it? The big question is who asked for the name of Mike Flynn to be unmasked? Finally, it was Ted Kennedy’s strategy to keep highly qualified Constitutionalists from the court and it all started with nomination of Robert Bork and one of the most vile speeches ever made by Kennedy. It was Chuck Schumer’s strategy that led to effort to destroy Clarence Thomas and the strategy being used to try to take out Neil Gorsuch now. We have now reached a point where filling the Scalia seat with a decent constitutionalist is now unacceptable.

3/31/17 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

Bill Cunningham fills in for Mark Levin. Michael Flynn is about the best there is, a retired 3 star general who served his country. He was offered to be granted immunity to testify on what he knew of Russia. The only reason the FBI and the democrats are granting immunity is to try and get rid of President Trump. The media is forgetting to mention that there were at least 5 former aides of Hillary Clinton, including Hillary’s former chief of staff who were granted immunity. When this happened with Hillary it was nothing because the media wanted to elect Hillary over Trump. After that, the Democrats have to create mass distraction to keep your eyes off the fact that the Obama was conducting a criminal investigation of Trump. Obama staffers involved in leaks against Trump committed felonies against him and one of the victims of those felonies is Flynn. To add, didn’t James Comey in essence confirm that the Trump campaign was being surveilled? Comey said he opened the investigation in July of 2016. What was the core of this investigation? Comey’s mere confirmation of an investigation confirms the thrust of Trump’s tweet. Later, the things that caused us to vote for Trump had nothing to do with Russia but the fact that we had enough with Barack Obama’s policies and Hillary Clinton. We wanted to put someone in power to drain the swamp and not play the Washington game.

3/30/17-Mark Levin Audio Rewind

On Thursday's Mark Levin show, it appears that President Trump considers conservatives to be the deplorables. Millions and millions of conservatives have embraced the principles of federalism, limited government and the Constitution long before Trump became president. If Trump takes conservatives for granted he does so at his own risk, and if he embraces Paul Ryan and the RINOs then he will fail. If Trump tries to wipe out conservatives in the primary, we will not only defend them, but we will try and wipe out the liberal and more moderate elements in the Republican Party. The President sounds like Richard Nixon, and every other moderate, establishment Republican who has ever walked the Earth hating conservatives. Freedom caucus members, Rep Dave Brat and Thomas Massie call in to defend themselves against Trump. Later, Evelyn Farkas is denying her involvement in gathering information on the Trump staff and the Russians. Apparently, any claim that she was involved is fake news and the Russians are behind it. If that is true, then the Russians are behind MSNBC and Morning Joe, whose show she originally spoke about this.

3/29/17-Mark Levin Audio Rewind

On Wednesday's Mark Levin show, Evelyn Farkas, former Deputy Assistant Secretary at the Pentagon under Barack Obama, who appears to have confessed to the existence of a concerted effort to surveil the Trump team and hide the findings in the federal bureaucracy ought to be brought before Congress as a witness. She recalled how she and others worked in the waning days of the Obama presidency to hide data about members of the Trump transition team and their dealings with Russia. This is a big deal regardless of what the media think. She is more than a witness but a perpetrator. Do we or do we not need to get to the bottom of the Obama administration’s misuse of intelligence information and intelligence agencies? Also, Farkas resigned from the Pentagon in 2014, well before Trump announced he was running for president in June of 2015. So, which Trump staff was she referring to in the interview on MSNBC? In addition, Devin Nunes is referred to as controversial. When you have a gutsy Republican who stands up, he is attacked, mocked and asked to step down. Democrats attacking Nunes claim to love this country but they ought to fight for it. They seek to fundamentally transform the country and have done more damage to it than any of our enemies. The Democrat Party exploits the institutions of republicanism. Later, Bernie Sanders is getting excited about President Trump's position on infrastructure and drug prices. Marxists think the U.S. is Venezuela or North Korea. What has Sanders created that has improved American’s welfare? Government intervention in these areas will just drive up costs.

3/28/17-Mark Levin Audio Rewind

On Tuesday's Mark Levin show, so called conservatives, Sens John Cornyn and Mitch McConnell are attacking conservatives and the Freedom Caucus as purists. They should remember it is not about purity, but about integrity. Politicians made a promise, election cycle after election cycle to repeal Obamacare and they lied to the American people and the the Tea Party. You can’t ram through a massive new government spending bill in 18 days and start trashing conservatives when it doesn’t make it through. They have abandoned principles and the Declaration of Independence. The Republican Party has lost its identity. We didn’t hear a peep from Cornyn or McConnell when this replacement bill was in the House, because they wanted it to fail. They were never going to do the heavy lifting necessary to repeal Obamacare. After that, why is the House Intelligence Committee chair Devin Nunes under attack? What did he do that created conflict of interest? The media got Mike Flynn to resign and Jeff Sessions to recuse himself and now is trying to humiliate Nunes. Nunes has done nothing wrong and is only helping to expose those who leaked against the Trump administration. It is the Obama admin that should be under investigation not Nunes. We want to know who and the extent to which individuals in that administration were misusing classified info, intelligence agencies and law enforcement agencies.

3/27/17-Mark Levin Audio Rewind

On Monday's Mark Levin show, while President Trump attacked the Freedom Caucus and other conservative groups that opposed RINOcare, we congratulate the 18 members of the Freedom Caucus who stood fast and opposed it. This is not about governing our way to the poorhouse but restoring our Republic. But apparently the Republican Party is not up to it so they trash the 18 men that stood up to them. Paul Ryan promised in 2016 that Obamacare would be gone and committed to repealing Obamacare. However his recent attempt to do this was not a true repealing of Obamacare. The Freedom Caucus only wanted to do what Ryan promised in 2016. The Freedom Caucus is exposing the system for being as corrupt as it is. The American Healthcare Act never actually repealed Obamacare. Instead of living up to their promises, Republicans have turned their backs on repealing Obamacare and now are reaching out to Democrats. In addition, if Barack Obama himself seven years ago had proposed this exact plan that Trump wanted, every single Republican would have voted against it and condemned it. They would be going on and on about how we have to introduce competition into healthcare and enable insurance across state lines. Later, Daniel Horowitz of Conservative Review calls in to talk about how the GOP Establishment tried to pass the American Healthcare Act. And Rep. Mark Meadows, Chair of the Freedom Caucus, calls in to discuss his role in the caucus. After that, no matter what Trump does to placate Democrats, it will never be enough. Richard Nixon tried this, by creating department after department. Nixon tried to buy peace with the more left wing Democrats and moderate Democrats, yet they still wanted his head. The Democrats hate Trump more than they ever hated Nixon and they took Nixon down. Who believes if Republicans give Democrats $1 trillion they will all of a sudden want to work with Trump?
