Ben Shapiro, Editor-in-Chief of the Daily Wire fills in for Mark. The Trump administration will now be appealing the 4th Circuit Court ruling on the travel ban to the Supreme Court. The rationale of the court is nothing but tyranny. What the court is basically saying is that they don’t like President Trump therefore this is not good law. What the 4th Circuit ruling says is says is that foreign citizens have rights under the constitution and if your feelings are hurt that is unconstitutional. Trump should just enforce the law and enforce it in violation of 4th Circuit ruling. The President may lawfully suspend immigration when deemed appropriate; Barack Obama actually did this in 2011. In addition, one of the reasons you are seeing the rise of terror in Europe is because of un-vetted Muslim immigration. The terrorist in Manchester, Salman Abedi, was traveling back and forth to Syria and became radicalized and then returned to the UK to inflict carnage. The left is very upset over the desire to vet Muslim refugees. Courts have been very cold to the Trump travel ban but have been very warm to Barack Obama’s immigration policies which have caused crisis. The fact is, an open borders policy causes America and its people harm. After that, Media Matters and the left are now driving a campaign to take Sean Hannity off the air. They are pursuing every effort to boycott him and cause advertisers to drop off from his show. Media Matters has been designed to go after the Right and those with conservative viewpoints. Later, Greg Gianforte, a Republican running in Montana made a real mess Wednesday. Gianforte allegedly body slammed the Guardian's Ben Jacobs. In a civilized society, might doesn’t make right and it is a bad thing to violate someone’s right to be free of violence. The left is now being hypocritical in going after every Republican to see what they have to say about this. However, in the case of Bob Etheridge in 2010, the left and Democrats defended his physical confrontation against a student asking him a question. The case of supporting bad behavior as long as the person is in your camp has to stop.

Mark broadcasts from CBN studios in Israel. Iran has $150 billion that it didn’t have before and will now have access to all kinds of conventional weapons. The issue is more than how quickly the Iranians can get nukes. The issue is how can it be that America is ready to help them to become a local superpower without any demand that they change their rhetoric? America wouldn’t even start negotiations with the Soviet Union unless they changed their rhetoric about a global Communist revolution. In addition, what did the Obama administration do to stop any Russian interference in the election? They knew this was going on, yet did nothing about it. Finally, under the Obama administration, the NSA frequently violated American’s privacy by unmasking names and at a rate that has never been done before. People who have done nothing have their names showing up in intelligence reports. This further underscores the point of domestic surveillance. This is an even greater scandal than the phony Russian collusion issue. The media have been exposed yet again as they will not report this. Next, Natan Sharansky, Chairman of the Jewish Agency for Israel, discusses how he was brutalized in the Soviet Union and imprisoned for 9 years for being accused of being a spy for the CIA. Part of his time in prison was spent in solitary confinement. He rejoiced in prison when he read that Ronald Reagan had called the Soviet Union an evil empire. When he was released Sharansky received the Congressional Gold Medal in 1986 from President Reagan and the Medal of Freedom in 2006 from George W. Bush. Finally, Ze’ev Orenstein, Director of International Affairs at the City of David Foundation, calls in to talk about the City of David and East Jerusalem. The Mount of Olives one the most significant Jewish cemeteries in the world and the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, burial spot of Jesus are both in East Jerusalem. If you did a strict pre 1967 division of Jerusalem, the places significant to Christians and Jews would not be under Jewish sovereignty. UNESCO and the United Nations have erased the history of Jews and Christians from Jerusalem and are only assigning historical significance to Islam there. The values that western civilization are built upon come from Jerusalem. If we allow the UN to change objective history, they can change history for any country.

Mark broadcasts from CBN studios in Israel. In Manchester, England a child of Libyan refugees slaughtered 22 Brits and injured 59 in a terror attack on Monday night. Despite this there was no discussion about President Trump’s policy that would prevent people coming in from certain countries, including Libya. What is going on in Britain and Brussels will be in the U.S. if we don’t take our defense and immigration policy seriously. Also, John Brennan, former CIA Director, when asked about the Trump campaign, says he was concerned about known Russian efforts to suborn such individuals. He is treating this like a big deal but the Russians try to suborn all sorts of individuals. What does he mean by this? Does anybody have any evidence of collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign? No, so it should not be news that Trump wants former officials such as Brennan, Mike Rogers, and Dan Coates to back him. Brennan’s questioning before Congress underscores the point of domestic surveillance by the Obama Administration. Later, General Yaakov Amidror, former Head of Research for the Department of Military Intelligence calls in to talk about Israel’s victory in the 6 Day War and America’s cooperation with Israel. The argument during the war was, can Israel survive and even defend itself? After this war it was clear to the Arabs that they could not destroy Israel. This was the biggest achievement of the war. Now Israel and the Gulf Arab states are working behind the scenes with each other. These countries understand that Israel is a source of stability and technology. Also, Michael Oren, former Israeli ambassador, to the U.S. and Vice Minister of Diplomacy in the Prime Minister's office, calls in to talk about the 1967 Israel borders. The pre-1967 borders were not defensible and after the 1967 war it was assumed that Israel would keep Judea and Samaria. The Palestinians have no legal claim in history to these areas. Palestinians emerge as a political force only after 1967. Israel could not be overcome by conventional means, so her enemies have turned to terrorism and legal means. Finally, President Mahmoud Abbas says East Jerusalem should be the capital of Palestine but it was never theirs to begin with. East Jerusalem includes the Ark of the Covenant, where the Ten Commandments, the Church of the Holy Sepulcher and other holy sites common to Jews and Christians. Abbas is a terrorist and was behind the bombing and massacre of Israeli athletes during the Olympic Games in Munich. Why negotiate with a man who finances and is behind terrorism? Trump and his administration think the Palestinians are ready for a deal. What the Palestinians really want is the destruction of the Jews.

Mark broadcasts from CBN studios in Israel. President Trump campaigned to move the U.S. embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. It's shocking that he seems to have reversed course on this and has not mentioned this in his press conference with Benjamin Netanyahu. Jerusalem is their capital and Israel should not have to divide it up. Also, it's obvious that one of things that Trump is doing, is that he is trying to rally the entire Middle East against Iran. This is a good thing but the U.S. does not appear to be taking any action. Obama gave the Iranians $150 billion with the Iran Deal and what do they do? They violated the deal with ICBMs and continuing to pursue their nuclear program to make nuclear warheads. With this Obama sealed the fate of America's next war. After that, there is a silent coup against a president who was legitimately elected by 30 states in the Electoral College. From day 1 the Democrats have sought to destroy him and his agenda. First they delegitimize him and now are criminalizing events around him. Now a special counsel appointed by Rod Rosenstein will be investigating a case that is not underscored by one criminal statute. ​Later, Dore Gold, former President of the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs and former advisor to Benjamin Netanyahu, joins Mark to talk about the history of Israel and Jerusalem. Jerusalem was established by King David in 1000 B.C. Even then Jews still inhabited the land up to present times and Jerusalem is still the eternal capital of the Jewish people. During this period where were the Palestinians? The word Palestine as a nationality, is a 20th century phenomenon promoted by Yasser Arafat. They are pretending to be the native population and that the Jews are a European colonial power. However, Jews have been there as a majority population since 1863. In addition, Bethlehem which is very important to the Christian religion is under the control of the Palestinians. Arafat sought to change the Christian majority by bringing in Muslims. Finally, Elie Pieprz, Director of External Affairs of the Jewish Communities of Judea and Samaria, discusses Judea, Samaria, and the Temple Mount. Judea and Samaria are terms in the Bible, but even the UN used the terms until the early 1950s. Israel is celebrating the 50th year of the liberation of Jerusalem. The Jews have a legitimate heritage in the Middle East despite opposition from the Palestinians.

Dan Bongino, Contributing Editor for Conservative Review fills in for Mark. You have these people buried in the bureaucracy and in the White House whose sole purpose is to destroy President Trump. Trump has not even been convicted of any single crime, but they are leaking sensitive, and highly classified information to subvert a duly elected president. This speaks to what liberals are all about - brutal savagery, and liberal big government. In addition, when a Democrat scandal happens, they will say there is nothing to see here and the media will ignore the story, lightly report on it and call us crazy for asking questions. When a Republican is in charge, the media will report the scandal over and over, and then demand the Republican resign. When the deep state wants to nail you, they will do it. The most dangerous force right now is an out of control government coming after conservatives and a Republican President that the deep state doesn’t like, without evidence or cause.

5/18/17-Mark Levin Audio Rewind

The liberal media seems to be conveniently ignoring an exclusive report from Reuters, citing anonymous “U.S. officials,” asserting that the Trump campaign had at least 18 “undisclosed contacts with Russians” during the closing months of the 2016 presidential campaign. Buried six paragraphs down in the report is the admission that there is “no evidence of wrongdoing or collusion between the campaign and Russia” from these leaked communications. That’s because the real wrongdoing is by members of the bureaucracy illegally leaking information to the press — informationthat could only come from one place. The only way that they know this is through the domestic surveillance and the unmasking of Flynn, among others. It’s the only way they know this information that’s being leaked to Reuters. This is part of the domestic surveillance that took place. This is part of the unmasking of Trump advisers, Trump transition team members, Trump campaign members, American citizens. This is part of the unmasking of American citizens and abuse of power by the prior administration being used and being leaked to the media! Also, James Comey testified on May 3rd that it would be a big deal to tell the FBI not to investigate somebody. This hearing would have given him the occasion to disclose the memos he kept on Trump and that he thought Trump was trying to interfere with the investigation. He didn't then. Why not? Because he didn't really feel threatened by Trump or think the President was telling him to call off an investigation. Finally, the questions Congress should ask Comey if he appears before a committee.

5/17/17-Mark Levin Audio Rewind

Ex-FBI director Robert Mueller has been appointed special counsel to investigate the Trump team over Russia allegations and with this the Democrats got what they wanted. Now we will have a prosecutor focused solely on one matter, which is an aberration; that’s not how prosecutors are supposed to function. But yet there will be no such treatment of the Obama administration’s and Hillary Clinton's numerous scandals. The report leading up to this is an absolute disgrace. There has been no obstruction of justice or impeachable offenses committed. President Donald Trump has done nothing unethical. We will now see relief from political Republicans on Capitol Hill who now believe that this problem is somehow behind them now that Democrats have claimed their political victory. They don't even endorse what the people support and are happy that there is an investigation. After that, Andy McCarthy, Contributing Editor at NRO, calls in to talk to discuss the goal of the special council; it’s to discern the intention and actions of a foreign power, not to build a case against any one person.
