Dream Jobs
A new study by Casumo identified the top 18 dream jobs, based on Google Search data, and the odds of achieving that dream. Included in that list was the following online dream job:
#6: A Youtuber with +500K followers.
Odds: 1 in 179,361
Or you are 17.94 x more likely to have triplets than to become a 500k subscriber Youtuber.
Becoming a Youtuber was higher on the list than Astronaut (#17) or a Firefighter (#13).
What was #1? Pilot!
Interestingly enough, Author did not make the list. Why? I don't know for sure, but I suspect that it is a combination of the following:
* People don't know it can be a viable career
* People don't allow themselves to dream of this career
* People think becoming an author is hard
